Welcome to this mindfulness meditation for a greater sense of calmness and relaxation.

My name is Mihaelina and I will guide you to this deep state of inward focus and self-awareness.

Before we go deep into this wonderful trance,

Just make sure that your phone is disconnected and you are in a place where you can really relax and no one is going to disturb you.

This is your time,

Time to completely unwind,

Relax and let go.

It's time to go deeply inside.

So put yourself in a comfortable position,

Sitting or laying,

And relax.

Let my voice guide you to a deep,

Relaxing state.

Don't worry if you fall asleep,

It will still work.

And now focus your attention on your breathing,

On every breath in and every breath out.

Breathe deeply and slowly.

With every breath you feel more and more relaxed.

You are doing great.

So just let go and enjoy this sensation of absolute calmness,

Peace and serenity.

And now just look up as high as you possibly can.

It's completely safe and fun and it's going to be a wonderful experience for you.

So look up as if you are looking into your own eyebrows and fixing your eyes on a real or imagined spot overhead.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Take another deep breath in and breathe out.

And just last time,

Keep your eyeballs up,

Breathe in,

Hold it,

And now close your eyes intending to become more relaxed.

And already as your eyelids shut down,

Breathe out as the muscles and nerves in and around your eyes are becoming heavy,

Droopy,

Drowsy.

Your eyelids are becoming to feel as if they have been glued shut,

Sealed shut,

Locked tight.

Your eyelids are getting heavier and heavier and the heavier they feel,

The more relaxed you are.

And just forget all about your eyes.

Let my voice guide you.

That's right.

You are feeling like all tensions are fading away.

You are relaxing more with each sound that you hear.

Your eyes are feeling heavier and heavier.

So just allow a drifting floating feeling to develop in your body.

Don't try to make it happen.

Just allow that drifting sensation to develop in your body.

And now,

In your own time,

In your own way,

Invite your body to relax even more.

Allow your powerful mind to activate calm,

Smooth,

Harmonious alpha brainwaves.

And like the waves of the ocean coming into the shore and rolling back out.

Coming in and going out.

Coming in and breathing out.

Feel the air float through your body like the ocean's wave from the top of your head and all the way down to your toes.

That's right.

Go deeply.

Every time I say go deeply,

You are just becoming more and more relaxed.

Just go deeper.

Drift deeper.

And deeper just means going deeper into an awareness of yourself.

Becoming calm and resilient.

One of the things that is important to become is to be around nature.

Every single day when you listen to this recording,

You lie or sit down,

You relax and you just let go.

As you let go,

You can imagine the warmth of the sun on your skin.

As that drifting,

Floating feeling continues,

You can see perfectly well with your eyes closed.

And I want you to imagine that you are standing in front of the beautiful staircase,

Descending and leading you to a garden.

You are moving down into a beautiful garden of your own creation.

It's a happy,

Safe place where you are free to be yourself.

You are taking step 10 as a wave of relaxation washes over you and you are going deeper.

You are taking step 9 going deeper into an awareness of yourself.

And as you take step 8 and 7,

You can feel the surface under your feet.

You breathe and switch your nervous system into a relaxed,

Calm state.

And you move onto step 6.

You commence this powerful process of changing the state of your body to a restful,

Calm one.

As you are taking step 5,

Going deeper into an awareness of yourself.

You are taking step 4 and 3,

Feeling a pleasant breeze letting the air take over your body.

You are taking step 2 and 1 and you are entering a beautiful,

Perfect garden of your own creation.

You can feel the grass beneath your feet.

You can see all the wonderful colors of flowers,

Plants,

Trees that are in bloom.

You can see and hear a stream nearby.

You can hear birds in the trees and you are enjoying this feeling of being surrounded by nature,

Feeling a part of nature,

Feeling calm and relaxed.

What else do you hear?

See,

Smell.

Explore the surroundings.

It's such a serene,

Safe place.

You feel the grass,

The earth under your feet.

You feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.

You see all the wonderful colors,

The flowers.

You smell their fragrance and you find this relaxes you.

It brings you serenity and inner peace.

Every time you play this recording,

You take yourself into that garden where you are centered,

Strong and free to be yourself.

A happy,

Safe space where you allow the calmness of your imagined garden to wash away what doesn't serve you and instill in you serenity,

Resilience and total relaxation.

And soon you will notice that even by thinking of my voice,

Even by thinking about this beautiful garden,

About the sun on your skin,

You can access a state of total,

Deep relaxation and calmness.

You know that you have been given an incredible gift of calmness and this wonderful feeling is spreading throughout your body.

Take a moment to know everything about this feeling of serenity,

Harmony,

Peace.

Connect with this feeling,

Feeling safe,

At ease and secure.

Knowing that you carry this with you at all times,

You can come back to this feeling whenever you need to.

Just breathe deeply.

Think about the garden of your creation.

Think about my voice.

And you can tap into any relaxation,

Into your inner calmness,

Your resilience,

Resourcefulness.

You can recreate this centered,

Safe feeling in any situation.

It's always there,

Accessible to you at any time.

This is your space.

Now you can visit this safe place again whenever you like,

Whenever you need.

You can easily and effortlessly relax and instill a sense of calm.

Just breathe deeply and slowly and you become relaxed with every deep breath.

Your muscles and nerves relax and you let go.

And as you connect to that inner part of you,

You understand that relaxing is vital to your well-being.

You now think of relaxing as recharging.

Just like a battery,

Your body needs to rest and recharge.

And you make time to relax and recharge your body.

And you do it regularly,

Knowing that while you are in this wonderful state,

Your blood pressure is normal.

Your glands are working in harmony.

Your body chemistry is balanced.

Your body is able to repair itself.

Your body relaxes.

Your mind is clear and calm.

Every day you tell yourself very clearly,

I choose how I feel.

I choose to feel calm,

Relaxed and confident.

And your mind is turning to scenes,

To thoughts of relaxation.

And you are feeling completely relaxed from your head to your toes.

Each muscle,

Each nerve is loose all across your stomach,

The pelvis,

The chest,

The back,

The arms,

The legs,

The neck,

The head,

The face.

As you listen to my voice,

You feel a healing blanket of warmth wrapped around you like a big hug.

You feel safe,

You feel comforted.

All is well.

You are well.

And as you put that blanket on you,

Your body is glowing.

Your heart is content.

And you feel warm and loved,

Safe and secure.

Your mind is relaxing fully right now while you recharge and regenerate and repair your body so that you are perfectly able to deal with any challenge.

You are able to deal with whatever life has to offer and you are able to relax fully,

Deeply,

Regularly.

You are free to be the person you want to be,

Knowing you can handle anything,

Face anything,

Rise to any challenge because you are strong,

Resilient,

Capable,

Competent.

Your life so far is evidence of your own strength and resilience.

You have already overcome so much.

You have learned so much and you have grown so much from everything you have faced.

As you easily develop and maintain inner calm,

You are now able to feel safe and secure.

And that centered,

Calm feeling stays with you long after my voice fades out.

And now I'm going to count from 5 to 1 and bring you back to full awareness.

And should you ever play this recording prior to sleeping,

Just ignore the counting and drift into a deep,

Wonderful sleep full of restoring dreams.
