Resolving Soul Contracts Through Compassion (Mantra/Anuhazi)

This Meditation guides you through the Inner Sanctum of Being into the Realm of Compassion and Oneness. The Soul Contracts and difficult Relationships will be resolved and purified through the Art of Compassion. The energetic signature of the pain resp. emotion will be transformed and alchemized through the elements and eventually transcended through a buddhist compassion Mantra and united through the ancient Anuhazi Language. Welcome to this guided meditation to resolve difficult relationships and soul contracts. So take a few deep breaths in, Inhale and exhale. And while you observe and follow your breath without judgment, Feel the contact to the ground, Feel the contact to the surface you're sitting on or lying down. And feel the contact of your hands and arms on the place they are resting at. And now try to draw the contours of your body within your inner eye, Beginning with your feet, Your shins, Your knees, Your upper legs, Your hips, Your belly, Your lower back, Your chest, Your upper back, Your shoulders, Your arms, Hands, Fingertips, Further to your throat, To your jaw, Ears, Eyes, Nose, Forehead and the top of your head until the whole picture is complete. And now feel the body as a whole. Keep in mind that you're protected in a seamless mirrored Akasha Kokon. Therein the Christ's clear and pure light, Yeshua, And the Maharik shield protects you now, Forevermore and always. So be it. And it is done. And as it is said, So it is done. And now let go. Follow your breath. And with the next inhale, Turn your focus inwards, Into your inner sanctum and your inner space of creation and manifestation. And within yourself, Within your inner cosmos, There is a golden door that appears in front of you. And it is like a threshold is a threshold in between the worlds, Your world, Where you're currently at, Identifying and the world that is beyond every measurement, Every perception, Where no time exists. And as soon as you're ready, You can move beyond this golden door and move beyond the threshold of time. And as you pass this door, You recognize that you're that you find yourself bodiless in a vast, Beautiful, White, Clear space. The foundation, The singularity of creation. There's no past. There's no future. There are no habits. There's no identity. There are no fears. No longings. Nothing at all. Only the sensory perception of presence. And in this presence is silence. And within the silence is only pure joy of existence. The sense of the deepest feeling of being. Only the I am. And when you feel this I am, There's no separation. There's everything. And you feel that you are nothing, No thing and everything at the same time. You are the space and the space in between everything. Enjoy this feeling of oneness, Of eternity and just being. And now I want you to imagine a person with whom you have or had a difficult relationship. Imagine that person in front of you in that space of oneness. You see that person and feel the energy signature that lies in between you. And since there is no separation, You are this person. We observe the energy signature that pops up. We observe the quality and the movement of this feeling and in which region for a sensory perception we can feel it. Try to give it a form or shape and try to follow the movement or non-movement. What is the quality of earth in it? Is it heavy or light? How is the density of it? How is the quality of water in it? Is it cold or warm? Does it move like a river or more like a lake? Does it feel alive or does it feel dead? Now try to bring that feeling into movement like a river moving through beautiful high mountains, Clear and pure. And now take this water, Especially this energy signature within this water within the big pot and try to boil it with fire. Try to heat it until this energy signature within this boiling pot in the water becomes gas, Becomes air, Moving towards heaven. Go with it into the airstreams of the wind and feel it totally. And let it move. Let it become one with the circles, Divine circles or earthly existence. And as you recognize it as a part of a circle, As an eternal process and a part of everything, You recognize it as a part of yourself because all is one. And even if you feel alone with it, You know that you are all one. And if you're ready, We will transcend this feeling together. Repeat after me. OM MANI PADME HUM. OM MANI PADME HUM.
