Welcome to the surrender and letting go of everything meditation.
This meditation we're going to practice completely letting go of all worries,
All fears,
Any thoughts about all the different details of life.
We're going to have a wonderful experience of being completely free from everything.
Normally in life there are lots and lots of thoughts about lots and lots of different things.
We're going to do an unusual practice where we will imagine being dead.
And when we die physically,
The soul that we are never dies,
But when our body ends,
All of the problems,
All of the goals,
All of the details,
Every single thing that we normally think about is no longer anything to worry about.
We're completely free.
And this freedom,
This feeling of freedom which we experience actually allows us to enjoy life more.
So the more we practice this meditation and this method,
Not only will we feel more relaxed and more peaceful,
But we'll also enjoy and have more appreciation and enthusiasm for life and be able to have more confidence and freedom.
So to begin let's just take a few beautiful deep breaths,
Nice gentle slow breaths.
And as you breathe,
Just becoming aware that you are the presence,
The witness of the breath and of your body.
There are two distinct and separate things.
One is you,
Pure consciousness,
Watching,
Witnessing.
And then the other thing is the body,
Functions of the body and the world around the body.
So just taking a moment to notice that you are watching the whole world and the awareness of the body,
The senses.
And as you breathe,
Just noticing the breath happens all by itself.
Breathe when you're asleep,
You're not in control of the breath,
It's happening because the body is its own thing that can breathe.
And the body has all these wonderful things going on,
All these different systems and the breath,
The blood pumping,
The nervous system,
There's so many chemical reactions and things happening all the time,
We don't know about it.
We are witnessing what happens.
And now let's do a lovely experiment where you imagine that you leave your body,
Everyone will at some point die physically.
We know lots of people,
Grandparents,
Parents and different people who left the body.
So just imagine leaving and you're completely in peace because you are pure consciousness and you're floating up above your body.
And as you float up you completely let go,
It's like you pop out of the body and all the worries connected to the body,
To people,
To the world,
To projects,
To things,
To bank accounts,
All of these things immediately lose their relevance.
Just feel the relief,
Imagine you are now 100 years in the future,
200 years in the future,
500 years in the future and the whole body,
The whole world is far far away and you completely let go.
Nothing to worry about at all,
Everything is completely fine and you are just surrounded in infinite peace,
Infinite peace,
Fine love,
Completely content and relaxed,
Just floating in light,
Floating in light.
Everything else is completely let go,
Far far away,
Zero problems,
Nothing to worry about,
Think about.
All that's left is complete contentment,
Relaxation and toes,
Complete relief,
Nothing to do,
Everything is absolutely perfect.
And you feel that you've attained everything,
How would it feel if you had attained everything,
Totally satisfied,
Content.
Nothing left except total contentment,
Surrounded in divine love.
Totally safe.
And the whole world is a fascinating game far far away,
It doesn't matter what happens you are completely fine.
And then when you are ready you can bring your consciousness back into this big game,
The game of life.
As if you've returned from home,
Into this game,
Into the body and bring back the feeling of total relief and peace and you've already attained everything.
And you don't need to achieve anything at all in this world,
Because you've already achieved everything.
How would it feel if you're in your life and you feel in your heart that I have attained everything already at the beginning.
And then from the feeling of having all attainments,
Then and only then you can come into action.
And you can of course achieve physical things and do things in life and you can do it from a state of satisfaction,
A state of fulfilment.
Instead of feeling that you will feel better later,
You can feel good at the beginning and then act from that place.
How would your life be different if you felt you'd already attained everything first and only then did you come into action.
So you can come back to this practice whenever you like,
Just release the whole thing.
The easiest way to practice letting go is to imagine being dead.
It's a one shot practice.
Then you get absolute relief,
Freedom and then you can come back refreshed with a totally different attitude.
And you'll find all the problems of life seem a lot smaller,
Much more manageable and you can come from a place of satisfaction and good vibrations that you already have and always will have inside of your being.
