As we feel the spiritual energy,

As we breathe that in,

As we allow ourselves to be filled with divine light,

We feel that we've attained everything.

The more we feel we've attained everything,

The more we actually have attained everything.

So today we're diving into a magical word,

And not just a word,

But a magical experience.

Something you can really go into and feel and practice,

And that word is Manmanabh.

Manmanabh.

This is a Sanskrit word,

A very ancient,

Magical Sanskrit word.

Manmanabh.

It means mind,

Mind,

Offer.

Literally,

It means mind,

Mind,

Offer.

What does it mean for us?

It means to offer up your mind to the One.

To hand over your entire mind to the source of all bliss,

And all goodness,

And all love,

And all healing.

This is a magical experience because we have a mind,

Right?

And let's be honest,

The mind has been mismanaged in most cases,

Hasn't it?

Let's be honest,

For ourselves,

Most people,

Most people,

Their mind's all over the place.

Lots of stress,

Lots of psychosomatic illnesses.

There's all sorts of things going wrong in the mind,

Which then is causing all sorts of problems in the world.

And in people's health,

It's just a total disaster.

So what we're doing is we're saying,

Look,

Let me offer up this thing that I have called the mind,

And give it to the beloved,

Give it to the spiritual hospital,

The spiritual surgeon,

The spiritual doctor,

The spiritual healer,

The spiritual psychologist,

Right?

Let me have the humility to allow myself to get some help with my mind.

So we are remembering I'm a spiritual being.

Inside the spiritual being,

We have a mind.

We are in the body,

And the mind affects the brain.

The mind affects the physical brain.

The mind is separate from the brain.

The mind is in the consciousness.

Consciousness is separate from the body in the brain.

So we are this non-physical spiritual being,

And we have a mind.

And if our thoughts are aligned with reality,

Sanity,

Purity,

Spiritual,

Eternal reality,

Then our mind will be happy,

And also our brain will benefit from that,

And our body,

And our life.

If our mind is full of negative thinking and worries and stress and random nonsense spinning around,

It causes us actual physical stress,

Health issues,

Bad decisions.

So all change,

Realistically,

All change is a consequence of a change in consciousness.

All the good things that have happened,

Like think about some of these wonderful inventions that have been developed,

They began in the mind.

And also the terrible inventions,

They also began in the mind,

Right?

If someone did something wonderful,

The idea started in their mind.

If someone did something terrible,

The idea began in their mind.

So either way,

It can help us or harm us.

So Man Man Above is saying,

Look,

Let me offer this mind up to the one who can really help heal and purify the mind.

And let's do a little practice,

And each day we do this,

And each session that I'm sharing,

We're going to go deeper into some of these different things.

So we're just touching on these topics,

And we're going to keep practicing,

Keep experiencing.

And you'll gradually take these words and these ideas,

And they'll become real feeling experiences in your real life.

So first of all,

We remember a little practice.

Remember that you are that spiritual being,

That shining light,

Being of divine light,

Like a happy,

Smiling,

Spiritual guest in your body,

In your brain,

Behind your eyes.

And inside of you is your mind.

Just become aware of your mind.

The mind can think,

Can create images,

Sounds,

Ideas.

And imagine that you almost hold your mind.

Imagine the mind is like a 3D screen with all these things in it.

Just imagine holding it and offering it up into the light.

The divine God,

The One,

Is like a being of divine light,

Shining sun,

Like we are,

A spiritual being like us.

And just hand it up to that being and say,

Look,

Here it is.

I'm giving you this mind to help me with.

I'm just going to give it to you,

And I'm going to focus my mind on you,

On you,

Because you are the ocean of love,

The ocean of bliss.

You are the bestower of all blessings.

You are the one with all spiritual vibrations.

And just see that being,

The supreme being,

As a being of light.

Manmanabh means I focus on you,

Focus on that light.

You are eternal,

You are immortal.

And really just focus your heart and your mind on this beautiful being that is shining so much love,

So much peace into your soul,

Into your mind,

Into your heart.

Manmanabh means instead of focusing on trying to fix everything and all this stuff,

I'm just going to focus on the source,

The bestower,

And let the bestower take care of it for me.

I'm just going to be in the company of the blissful one.

I'm going to let the blissful being heal the mind for me.

So just surrender it up,

Focus all your attention on that being of love and peace.

And smiling,

Shining.

And you can even think the word manmanabh,

Manmanabh,

Manmanabh,

Again and again in your mind,

In your heart.

You're allowed to smile while you do this.

So this is the practice today.

I'm keeping these sessions short and sweet for you to go into it yourself.

Now you know the word manmanabh.

It means you focus all your attention on being in the company of the one who is the bestower of all good vibrations.

And then you are,

Instead of thinking all these various thoughts,

You just focus on that light and say,

I'm giving this to you,

Manmanabh,

Manmanabh.

My focus is on you,

On the light.

And everything else,

I'll let you take care of it.

I'm giving you my burdens.

I'm giving you my issues.

I'm giving you my worries,

My pain,

My sorrow,

My confusion.

Giving it all up.

You're the most powerful being in the world.

Are you talking to the beloved in this way?

And handing it over.

And the more you focus on that,

The more you stay in that consciousness,

The more your mind starts to get purified and healed and transformed.

So enjoy this experience.

Practice it,

Enjoy it,

Come into the feeling of it.

The more you do it,

The more that gets stronger and deeper.

And every second,

Even one second,

Is a huge success.

So congratulations,

Congratulations.

You've now learned a very magical word,

And you can start experiencing and practicing this moment by moment,

Whenever you have a moment.

Wishing you a magical day,

Manmanabh.

Lots of love.

Om Shanti.
