How can we clear out the past mistakes,

Experiences?

How can we become free from the past and be our best selves and not be held back?

How can we feel clean and pure once again?

Welcome to this special episode on freedom from the past,

How to stop belittling yourself and holding yourself back.

In this session,

We're going to be going through some practical exercises,

So make sure you have a pen and paper ready.

We're going to explore how to stop playing small,

How to feel free and start a new life now.

Oceans of love and welcome.

Welcome.

Thank you for your beautiful presence.

It's such a beautiful topic.

Someone asked us to talk about this because we all have something or other from the past.

There's different things that can go wrong in our life.

There's things we ourselves have done,

Which we don't feel good about.

And then there are just bad things that happen to us or situations that get stressful.

And what's interesting is that even if you never did anything wrong at all personally,

So you've never done anything wrong,

And if you have,

Then round of applause,

Most of us have done something.

But even if you hadn't,

If you're in a demeaning situation or you're in a stressful situation,

That in itself can change our feeling about ourselves and about our life.

So whether it's something we've done or whether it's something that's happened to us,

It doesn't really matter.

We've got to let that stuff go and break free from it.

Otherwise we are trapped in someone who we're not.

We're trapped in a limited sense of self based on the past rather than being here.

So would you,

Would you love to just to be a joyful free soul in the now?

Wouldn't that be wonderful?

Fun and games,

Fun and games.

Then you can actually enjoy your life and be liberated and not be held back by any of these things.

That we're not here to be trapped in the past.

So beautiful.

And so much of this topic is really,

And we're going to delve into this,

A shift in consciousness.

Can we shift our perspective to awaken to the gifts and the benefit in every situation?

Because as soon as we can have that shift in consciousness,

Which really is a miracle in itself,

Then we can re-experience and recreate in a sense our lives and everything we've been through.

We can really extract the benefit and the learning and the gifts and that in itself can profoundly help us move forward on our journeys.

So important.

So we have to ask ourselves,

Do we live in a universe that is beneficial or is it a terrible place?

What kind of world are we living in?

And from a spiritual perspective,

We're very,

Very clear that this is a benevolent universe,

A sacred universe.

This is not some random thing that we happen to be in by accident.

We're here on purpose.

There's a reason for everything happening.

And it's wonderful.

It's wonderful.

We need to have the attitude.

It's wonderful.

Life is wonderful.

And the past is wonderful.

And the things that have happened to us are wonderful,

Wonderful,

Wonderful,

Wonderful.

That's what we need to have that in our hearts.

There's a great slogan.

Let's see if I remember it.

The past was good.

The present is better.

And the future is the very best.

Is the best.

Is the best.

So if we want to get out of the past,

Getting caught in the past,

We've got to truly find the secret benefit in whatever happens.

There's three steps.

One is to figure out the benefit in what happened.

The second step is to let it go so that we're no longer holding on to it,

To genuinely clear it out.

And then the third thing is to actually act differently,

To create a different behavior.

If we act the same way,

Then we haven't changed.

And it's fascinating thing.

I've got this book here,

Which I was reading,

And it's called The As-If Principle.

It's based on what William James talked about,

The psychologist back in the day,

That when,

For example,

Let's just do an experiment.

I'd like everyone listening to this to smile.

Just a nice big smile,

Cheesy smile,

Big smile,

Nice big smile.

And you can even laugh if you want.

So you're allowed to laugh.

You don't have to.

You can be miserable if you want,

But you can choose to smile.

They've done experiments that if you smile,

You will feel better,

Even if you weren't feeling better before.

If you dance,

You'll feel better.

If you do different things,

You'll feel better.

Even how you sit,

If you're sitting all hunched over,

Looking down,

You will not feel as confident as if you are sitting in a more confident pose with your shoulders back and your head up.

Even putting your hand in a fist,

I'm all putting your hands saying yes,

Putting your hands in the air,

Makes you feel better,

Right?

So if we want to get out of the past,

We've got to really find the benefit,

So sincerely,

Then release it and then actually behave in a different way,

To have a break from ourselves,

From our old self.

Otherwise we're still stuck.

So get a pen and paper out if you haven't already,

This is really useful.

We're going to go through a little exercise to sincerely,

Heartfully,

Genuinely find the benefit in the past.

And before we do,

Just ask the question,

Would I love to really and honestly feel that the past was good?

Would you like to do that or are you still holding on to resentment?

Because if we're holding on to negativity and resentment and all these things,

We can't extract the benefit.

This is a major shift in consciousness that we need to make.

So the first step is to ask yourself,

Think about a past situation.

It could be,

Just think of one situation for now.

You can always come back and do this with other things.

Think of a situation that you think is holding you back,

That's lingering in your consciousness,

So your heart,

Your mind.

Write down what it is,

The situation.

And the first question to ask your heart is,

What did this situation help me learn?

What did it help you learn?

There's always some strange learning we get from these challenges.

What have you learned about life,

About people,

About something?

You must have learned something from it.

What have you learned?

And just tune into this and write it down and you can always come back and add to it if you feel like it.

The next question is to ask yourself,

How was this situation beneficial for me?

How was it good for me?

Just tune into it.

I've had situations in my life where things did not work out as I expected and all sorts of things went horribly wrong and all sorts of bizarre things happened.

At the time,

Admittedly,

I can't say I said,

Yay,

This was the greatest thing ever,

I'm really happy about it.

But later on,

I can sincerely from the depth of my heart say this is extremely good that it happened because it helped me learn this thing and it helped me change something.

Most of us actually don't change anything in our lives in a sincere way until we have really bad things happen to us.

There's a wonderful expression,

Human beings will only do the right thing when we run out of all other options.

Isn't that wonderful?

Human beings only do the right thing when there's literally no other option left.

You know,

We'll do all the other stuff first.

So just tune into it.

In what way did this situation that you're thinking about actually help you in your life?

How is it beneficial?

It's got to be at least one thing.

And tune into this a little bit because there's going to be definitely at least one thing.

There's probably a long list.

And the benefit could be on different levels of life.

Sometimes if we go through a major physical illness or ailment or problem,

Maybe it doesn't seem that beneficial physically,

But there's enormous benefits spiritually.

There's enormous benefit mentally and emotionally.

So it could also be that if you're not seeing the benefit,

Look on another level of life.

It might seem like a loss to a certain level of life,

But such a massive benefit on another level.

I know David Hawkins has said that sometimes something might be a total blow to the ego and really doesn't seem like there's benefit for that aspect of ourselves,

But there's an enormous,

Glorious victory for the spirit.

So tune into the level of life that the gift is present in.

So there's spiritual,

Mental,

Emotional relationships,

Financial,

Environmental,

You know,

There's all these levels.

I'll give an example.

We just,

We went on a trip recently,

Haven't been on a plane for,

Since 2019.

And apparently it was the busiest travel weekend,

4th of July weekend of like the whole year in America.

So the airports were totally crazy.

We didn't,

Of all of the four flights we had booked,

We did not make any of those flights,

Just to give you an idea.

We missed our first flight.

We were on,

I don't know how it happened actually,

But it,

And then the whole day we were,

You know,

Sitting around and it was,

We had a great time.

It was a great,

It was a great travel.

We loved getting in the plane and being up in the sky.

It's such a magical thing.

But there was tons and tons of people,

No doubt loads of people were sick.

We got to Cleveland and we worked with this guy in Cleveland,

A health person,

And we had a bunch of sessions with him and we also got some bugs.

I tested positive for COVID when I got home.

We haven't been vaccinated or anything and I never thought I'd get COVID actually,

But you know,

There's probably flying around in the airport.

So we were totally knocked out,

Totally knocked out,

Having delirious symptoms,

Major headache.

Arielle said it,

What was it?

The second most painful thing you've ever had physically,

Number two.

I think it was up there.

I think I've been.

.

.

India was number one.

Yeah,

I think it was worse than India.

India does a good job on us.

You know,

We've gone many times,

But it was just awful and wonderful.

It was wonderful and awful.

I remember I was totally delirious,

Major headache.

It was just,

It was crazy actually.

But I felt good about it mostly even while it was happening actually.

And so you could say,

Oh,

Isn't that awful?

You got sick,

You got this virus.

You're in this weird place with these strange people.

The whole thing was very weird.

But we came back,

We actually had to change our trip because we weren't well enough to fly.

And so we came back a bit later,

Got back to the house and we realized on the way back that going through the airport,

It's just relentless.

I don't know if anyone has had this experience.

You're going through the airport and it's just out of control.

There's all these screens everywhere and it's just,

It's relentless.

Mainstream society is just relentless.

It's just endless consumerism and loads of noise and like just chaos.

And we were just like,

Oh my gosh,

This is so over the top.

So anyway,

We got back finally and we realized having been in a different place with not very spiritual people in a weird environment,

We realized how we ourselves had actually become somewhat trapped in consumerism and just trapped in general.

You know,

Like we think of ourselves as liberated people actually.

And compared to most of the world,

We are very liberated,

But there's always higher levels.

So we came back and realized,

No,

We're still caught up in the same things that we're complaining about other people being caught up in.

So we got rid of our credit cards.

This is Ariel's great doing.

So that was beneficial,

Right?

Get rid of all the credit cards.

I don't know if anyone else has ever done that.

Get rid of your credit cards,

See how you feel.

You know,

I think it's a wonderful thing.

Business credit cards,

Personal credit cards,

Got rid of Amazon Prime.

That's an illegal thing to do in America.

Getting rid of credit cards and Amazon Prime is highly illegal,

But we managed to do it anyway.

Not encouraged.

Not encouraged.

I think the bank tried to block us a bunch of times,

Wouldn't let us pay off our credit cards.

It's just hilarious.

And then we got rid of tons of stuff.

Our neighbors are all very blessed.

And yeah,

And then we're going to go on more trips.

There's been,

Like I could just list these huge things.

So getting really sick,

Getting knocked out,

Feeling very awkward,

Turned out to be extremely beautiful.

And we're very,

Very grateful to have had that experience.

It's just a recent experience.

And it feels like when you get sick and you get shaken up,

That everything kind of gets a good shake.

Do you know what I mean?

It all gets shaken up nicely and then we can go to another level.

I think if you're willing to move with it and allow the experience to purify you,

You know,

The fever and the,

I'm just talking about that type of illness.

If you really allow it in the moment as well as when you look back upon the benefit in the moment to just clean you out and clean out your life and open to it and open to what is life asking of me?

What do I need to clean out and clear out of my being?

And it ends up something that seems so horrible and so negative.

And certainly in our media,

These things are portrayed that way.

Actually turns out to be an incredible victory to the soul,

To the spirit.

And you know,

If you really allow and move and take the actions and make the changes,

You know,

It becomes an incredible blessing and you're far better off.

We're going to move to the next topic here.

You end up being far better off than you would have been if it never happened.

It's the best.

Yeah,

It's such a wonderful blessing.

None of these things are random.

It's not like we're going through life and these random things happen to us.

It's happening for a reason.

It's deliberate.

It's very specific.

And we can either deny that and say,

Oh,

It shouldn't be like this,

Shouldn't be like that.

Or we can acknowledge that and embrace it in our heart and say,

This is fantastic.

It's wonderful.

And that's completely up to us.

You know,

It's completely up to us.

So really tune into these things.

In what way has the past actually helped you?

And connected to this is,

And I think this is one of the things that helped both of us,

Is when you get sick,

Especially if you're really sick and your brain doesn't work properly and you're all over the place,

It gets us in touch with death.

You know,

I literally was lying in bed with this major pounding headache and delirious and fever.

And it was just,

You know,

But the thing is that I've got a meditational insight timer about this.

How can you experience freedom from pain?

And I don't want more pain,

By the way.

I'm not encouraging this and I don't encourage it in you either.

But there is a place within us when we're in serious pain where we're kind of outside of the pain and we can experience peace really and truly.

And loads of people have done that meditation,

Pain relief meditation,

And they come to this state of freedom from pain,

Even though it's there,

But it doesn't feel there.

But when we have that pain,

It also connects us to death.

And when we realize that we're all going to die physically and this whole situation and all the opportunities we have will come to an end,

When you really contemplate death,

Then you realize this is all very,

Very,

Very temporary.

Then you say,

Well,

Why not have a wonderful,

Wonderful,

Wonderful,

Wonderful life while we got the chance?

Why not have a wonderful life?

It's wonderful,

Wonderful to be alive.

But if we don't think about death and we think this is just going to carry on and we're stuck in the past and we're caught up in,

Then nothing ever changes.

So it's worth just bringing that into your contemplation.

Think about death every day,

Because death is actually the opportunity to live the life.

To really allow that contemplation to awaken in you.

What,

What are you here to do?

What if there is anywhere you're holding yourself back?

You know,

If you have that contemplation,

You can realize,

Wow,

I have to do this to do this now.

I have to live my calling.

You know,

I have to,

To really fully be here.

And that was one of my biggest inspirations from this recent trip was witnessing so much unconsciousness in,

I'm just going to say our country.

I know it goes out into the world,

But let's say our country.

And wow,

Just,

Just the gravity of it,

You know?

And I was really honing in on,

On this,

This theme of consumerism and materialism that is quite steeped in,

I'd say in American culture.

And it's,

It's even more prominent in certain areas and maybe a little less than others.

But that paradigm is existing because souls are lacking meaning and purpose.

If we are living in alignment with our true self,

With our purpose,

With meaning,

We're not interested in all of the American consumerism and materialism and media and gossip and all of that.

But if we are not in touch with that deep meaning and purpose of our lives,

Then that's what consumes people.

And I really grew up in an environment that was so present and,

You know,

We had everything,

All material things,

Anything you could ever want.

Like when we go and see my parents,

If there's anything you need that's already there,

Oh,

They'll go and rush off and get it.

Oh,

Let's go and get it.

It's going to be great.

And we got two of them and you can choose which one you want.

It's like,

It doesn't matter.

You know,

It's like being the religion of convenience.

And you might have everything,

But there's a spiritual emptiness.

And really what I was recognizing is,

And one of the gifts I followed of this,

This trip,

This experience was,

Was that recognition of,

Wow,

What's the real issue though,

Behind that is it's that we're not living in alignment with ourselves and our calling and our purpose here.

And I really believe that the more each of us does,

That becomes the conversation that becomes what's dominant,

That becomes what's real and alive in our world.

Not all of the,

Again,

You know,

The media,

The consumerism,

The materialism,

The gossip,

The focus on negativity,

Like that,

That weight that I'm sure you have witnessed as well.

So just kind of spontaneously sharing here with you some of those,

Those jewels,

I feel like we gained from the trip,

The recognition,

The awareness.

And when we recognize where is that still existing in myself and how can I clean that out?

How can I be the change?

Praise the Lord.

What a wonder.

It's such a beautiful thing.

So we can either have comfort or meaning,

And we can have comfort and meaning,

But normally it's either running around after comforts,

Convenience,

Or we can do things that are meaningful to us that normally are a little bit uncomfortable,

Actually,

If we're honest,

To do something different,

To try stuff out,

To let things go,

To get out our comfort zone.

It is a bit uncomfortable,

But it has so much meaning,

So much joy behind it.

So absolutely.

So I know we're kind of like going on a beautiful little tangent together.

So I'll just bring it back now.

But just to give you an example of why we feel there was so much benefit in that experience.

And so now I'd like to invite you to answer the question for yourself and you reflect on an experience,

Past experience.

Why are you now better off than before?

Perhaps what shift in consciousness have you had shift in perspective,

Shift in actions?

What did you learn?

So go ahead and answer that.

Why are you now better off than you were before?

And perhaps whatever that past experience is,

What was it trying to push you into?

You know,

Like maybe there is an experience of suffering because you're being asked to let go of that reality,

That paradigm,

That way of being.

So what is that beautiful,

Benevolent,

Painful situation trying to move you into?

Because we live in a benevolent universe and life is always teaching us.

And if nothing else,

Sometimes these experiences are to bring us closer to God,

To the divine.

And that is what we do.

So tune in,

Take a few more notes and perhaps allow your gratitude to flow as these realizations come.

You might write down,

I'm grateful,

I am grateful for this experience because.

.

.

Ah yes,

And you can come back to this as much as you like.

Do it with different things because when you extract the gold from the situation then you become very wealthy,

Very wealthy.

Absolutely.

So,

You know,

Go back through these questions and I just want to share one more thing,

One more perspective as you go through this process.

We've been mainly focusing on what has been the benefit to yourself.

However,

We are all connected and united and so often what we go through is to be of great benefit to others.

So I'll give you an example from this recent trip when we missed our flight and we're sitting in the airport for several hours.

I was kind of playfully curious,

Feeling,

You know,

Connecting with God and feeling,

Huh,

I wonder what the significance is.

Like this is really interesting.

This isn't what was expected.

And there were multiple layers of benefit,

Absolutely.

And one that stands out is when we landed in Chicago airport,

We were not supposed to go through Chicago.

We were supposed to go through Dallas,

But we were in Chicago both times.

We were definitely meant to be there.

And there was a moment we had a few hours to wait and we walked towards the back of the airport where it was quite quiet.

There was barely any people and just sitting there and I had walked to the trash bin,

I think,

To throw something away.

And I turned and came back and my vision caught this woman who in that moment literally fell backwards and fainted.

And she,

We didn't know,

She was on the ground and people were coming to make sure she was okay.

And it was a whole scenario.

She had just missed her flight to France and she was in a very challenging place.

And I happened to have bought an extra water bottle and I walked over and I gave it to her and gave some space and came back and just told her,

She's safe.

You know,

You're surrounded in peace.

It's okay.

It's okay.

And it was so beautiful to be able to be there for that soul.

I would have never been there in that moment.

I wasn't even supposed to be in Chicago.

The timing of being in that part of the airport where no one was and being available to be of service to this precious soul who really needed that love,

You know,

In that moment.

And for that alone,

I'm grateful for the trip.

Like that,

That's enough.

That's enough in itself.

She really wanted to get back to France.

She was desperate to leave America.

Yeah,

She needed help.

She really did.

And we met someone else on the plane who really needed help.

So like you just don't know what the hell happened.

And we wouldn't have been on that plane.

We wouldn't have been seated in that seat if everything had kind of gone as planned.

So there's great benefit to ourselves and there's enormous benefit to others as well.

So as you move through this process of healing your past,

Healing all of your experiences,

Just being open to these gifts.

And I'll share one thing from that woman,

Actually,

That just for your own well-being,

This is a sub-side topic.

But she was hyperventilating.

She was going,

She was breathing really,

Really huge,

Fast breaths.

She had a bit of a panic attack and was breathing a lot.

And that's why she ended up fainting because she was breathing too much.

Many of us have been told to take these big deep breaths,

You know,

Take a big deep breath.

It's actually not a very good idea.

We had to help her to breathe very,

Very,

Very slowly and slow,

Small,

Smaller breaths to help her calm down because her heartbeat was out of hand and she was all flustered.

So if you're feeling stressed out and anxious about something,

One of the most important things you can do is to take very,

Very,

Very long breaths,

As long as you can.

So breathing in,

But especially breathing out,

Very,

Very long out breath.

So let's just take a,

Just to practice this now,

This is a good practice to have,

Just breathe in very slowly,

Not a big amount of air,

But just very slowly breathe in.

Breathing into your belly.

Slowly.

And then breathe out very,

Very long,

Slow breath.

And keep breathing out longer than you normally can.

And then breathe in again very slowly.

So just practicing that starts to shift the physiology,

Make you much more relaxed.

So you might need this at some point.

It will help someone else who's fainted or something,

You never know.

So we've talked about the wonder of life and how everything's beneficial and the secret for spiritual people like all of us is to try and get the benefit as soon as we can rather than waiting 20 years to find out.

Because normally it takes a while,

But if you can have a challenging situation and say there has to be benefit in this,

Right away then you immediately start getting the benefit.

Second thing is once you've got the benefit then we want to have a spiritual clearing,

A spiritual clearing whereby we surrender the past,

Any past mistakes,

Any past situations up to the divine,

Up to the purifier so that we're relying on a higher power to help pull that out and we're owning it,

Acknowledging it and clearing it.

It's probably one of our favorite topics,

One of my favorite topics.

I think our number one most played episode on the podcast is the meditation surrendering to the divine.

So I think all of us love this topic and to just really allow that one to surround you in love and pull away whatever it is from your mind and your heart to receive the purifying energy of the one to surrender,

To let it go and feel held in the divine's love,

To feel held and totally immersed in this space of trust and love.

And that practice in itself is everything,

You know,

To deepen in that practice moment to moment to moment to moment and certainly to go deep into that practice with anything you feel you need to clear out.

So let's just take a couple of minutes or even one minute right now just to allow yourself to as you breathe out you can use the breath just as if you're letting go,

You're giving it up to this beautiful being purifying friends,

Spiritual purifier.

So you're saying,

I'm letting this go,

This past experience,

This past trauma,

This past pain.

And then as you breathe in receive that beautiful fresh energy into your heart.

Letting in beautiful light and then letting go,

Letting it be pulled out and taken away.

Alright.

And this is something you can do again and again.

Whenever any old thoughts or the past arises,

Immediately just surrender it up and it starts to clean it all out.

Sometimes it just takes a while to do it again and again and again,

Again and again and again,

But after a while we literally feel like we've been purified.

Because we have been.

Yay!

Because we have been,

Exactly.

Because it's happened finally,

You know,

There's only so much in there and after a while you think,

Okay,

I'm free.

There it is.

And then you just keep going with it,

Keep going deeper and deeper.

So the next,

The last step,

Right?

Yeah,

The last step in breaking free is to physically act differently.

This is very,

Very important to understand that we can't just think our way out of the past.

We can't just be intellectual about it.

We can't just do meditation.

We actually need to act in a new way,

In a new way.

So for example,

If you don't normally feel confident,

Then if all you did differently was smile and sit up straight,

You know,

Sit up differently and walk,

You know,

Faster with a stride,

You know,

Waving your arms around.

Like if you actually physically act in a more confident way,

You will start to feel more confident,

Right?

And if you smile and dance and sing,

You might not feel like smiling and dancing and singing and jumping around the house,

But if you do it anyway,

Then you will feel a lot more wonderful,

A lot happier,

Right?

And this is a proven thing,

So dancing,

Singing,

Smiling.

Even people have found like if you put your hand in a fist.

.

I actually found myself wandering around because we often do this,

Do this,

Pointing up to God,

To the One,

Which is actually sort of like a fist as well,

But it kind of gives you the strength.

This is why people have these kind of like these different hand symbols because it makes them feel more powerful.

You can read about this in this book,

The As-If Principle by Richard Wiseman,

But there's a lot of studies on this stuff and a lot of spiritual people,

They only try and think differently,

Or they don't do anything differently and it doesn't work.

You need to have both the inner shift and the outer shift.

So what is one change in behavior,

Physical behavior,

External behavior that you could do that represents who you want to become?

The person who asked us to do this topic,

He was saying that he often is belittling himself and not,

You know,

He's like playing small in his relationships with other people and holding himself back.

So in his case,

I would recommend that he very,

Very consciously stand strong and has like a strong posture whenever he's standing talking to people and speaks a bit more loudly and you know,

Obviously not being aggressive,

But just a bit more assertive,

A bit more on point,

Smile more often,

You know,

Physically do those things,

Stand up straight and avoid the kind of like hunching your shoulders over and avoid this sort of behaviors that reinforce physiologically and mentally the lack of confidence program,

Because it's a program.

So you ask yourself,

What is one thing you could do that would make you physically feel different?

Because if you act differently,

Maybe you could dance around the house,

Maybe so I don't like to dance here,

But you can dance around the house by yourself without anyone knowing about it,

Can't you?

If you want,

Or you could walk more with a bit more confidence,

Or you could,

I mean,

The easiest one to do is smiling,

Smiling on purpose.

It's a wonderful thing to do anyway,

Because you're going to feel better and everyone else will feel better when they see you smile.

So there are unlimited possibilities of what this means for you.

Michael's just kind of giving one set of examples,

But it could be anything and you know in your heart what would feel beautiful.

What,

Hmm,

How would you like to move?

How would you like to act?

How would you like to speak?

How would you like to sing?

How would you like to be and be that just,

Just,

Just take one step and then the next one will appear and then the next one will appear.

So write that down.

What can you do?

What's a new way of being that's grounded in reality,

In your thoughts and through your body?

So just make at least one note of something that you can do.

And think of it as fun.

It's like you're pretending.

You're acting anyway.

Like life is an act.

This is a big stage,

This whole thing.

It's a big stage.

Like right now you are on a huge stage called planet Earth,

Right?

This is a big stage and you are an actor on the big stage of planet Earth anyway,

Even if you didn't realize that.

So welcome to the great performance.

It's a wonderful performance.

How could you act?

Because you're pretending anyway.

If you,

If you're feeling depressed,

You're pretending to be depressed anyway.

If you're feeling happy,

You're pretending to be happy.

If you're feeling insecure,

You're pretending,

Because it's an act.

It's a drama,

Right?

It's a big play.

Who you are is the eternal being of peace.

So you are acting out your part on the world stage and,

And you can create and you can recreate.

You're co-creating with the divine,

The director.

And I love what Michael,

Michael wrote something for this.

He wrote,

Do it for two weeks.

And he wrote,

Take a break from yourself.

Take a break from yourself.

So you've got your normal self who does whatever they normally do.

That's like an act.

Say I'm having a vacation for two weeks.

Just take a two week vacation from yourself and just pretend to be somebody else for two weeks and see what happens to you.

Because our personality and our way of being is not fixed at all.

You can completely change.

So take a break from yourself.

I mean,

Ask yourself,

Would you like to take a break from yourself for a couple of weeks?

And try something else out.

There's different ways of kind of wording that.

There was another teacher who would,

Who would say,

Become,

You have to become not me.

Right?

So me like the little me and yeah,

Who,

Who are you here to be in your highest expression?

What is your highest expression?

What's that like?

How can you move into that?

Be created in that light?

Ah,

Yeah.

And you are free.

You know,

There's the past is past.

Nothing we can do about it.

It was good.

It had to be beneficial.

Right in this moment,

Our rabbit is recreating himself.

He was in this like fear pattern of not wanting to leave this like little tiny.

He's been sitting over there by his area.

Like he's a freak and ran around the house and he's been sitting there for how many months?

He just sits there.

He just sits there.

We're like,

You could walk around the house.

I mean,

He's just sitting there.

But he's feeling the good vibes.

He was afraid of the tiles.

And anyway,

Right now I hear him running around.

He's running around.

He is just before this podcast come into the living room.

Is right now running around.

Can hear.

He's rediscovered his freedom.

So if the rabbit can do it,

Then of course we should all be able to.

He's become not me.

That's right.

He's now doing something new and different.

So it's just really giving yourself permission.

Are you willing?

And you can ask this question to yourself,

Am I willing to do something different to have a go to try something out to have a new,

A new me?

To break free to be free to be free.

I noticed for some reason in the car,

There's a note card that says free.

Oh,

Yeah,

Just appeared in the car.

So that feeling,

That experience of freedom of,

Wow,

There are so many possibilities in this incredible world and this incredible universe.

What would you love to express and create and be and experience?

Allow yourself to expand into that.

The past was good and the present is wonderful and the future is the very best.

So it's really just good,

Good and good and better and better and best.

Let's just take a nice beautiful breath of freedom.

And if you need a little bit more help,

You can ask yourself,

This was the last week of your life.

You've got one week left and then you're gone.

What would you do differently?

What would you do differently?

In the spirit of joy,

The spirit of joy,

What would you do?

The spirit of celebration of life,

What have you been holding back from?

Ah,

Even your cats and dogs and all these other animals will benefit.

Everyone benefits,

From your beautiful presence.

So the more you liberate yourself.

We create that space of liberation in consciousness and you inspire it in others and those close and far and near and not near,

We're all connected in this unified field of consciousness.

And so you're doing it for yourself,

You're doing it for all of us.

And stay light,

Stay easy with yourself.

Don't allow yourself to get disheartened.

Sometimes you know,

We need to be gentle and patient as well with ourselves and just keep taking the next step in the fullness of your beautiful expression here.

So have fun,

Be light,

Just be yourself.

You're already free.

Anyway,

You're already free.

Always been free.

And you always will be free.

So let's just send all of our love to everyone else here listening and listening in the future.

Just send your love and blessings to all the other souls.

And sending unconditional love and healing,

Forgiveness,

Purity and grace upon the past of yourself and the past of all of us here,

The past of everyone who listens and is touched by this.

Taking a moment to send that purifying light upon the past.

Giving that forgiveness,

That purification,

May everyone be completely freed and forgiven.

Unbelieving in the loving forgiveness and perfect and total trust in the future.

And so it is.

Tune into that,

This is so helpful in the most practical way. I am finally able to forgive myself for not registering for college 36 years ago. Today I was able to at last, surrender this and recognize that this part of my past that I have felt such shame about was and is actually wonderful and was an unfolding of my intended path. Thank you very deeply
