This is a meditation process of focusing and holding your attention on your breath.

This process will help you recenter,

Bringing your attention to whatever is important to you while also calming and grounding and centering you into the present moment with each breath.

So get comfortable,

Preferably seated in a chair,

Sitting upright with your hands in your lap or on your side,

Whatever feels right for you.

And close your eyes.

And we are going to begin a rhythm of gradual inhales and exhales.

And all you have to do is hold your attention on your breath.

With each breath in and out,

Your breath is your focal point for the next few minutes.

Focusing on the breath will diffuse any thoughts or feelings that get in your way or distract you.

So let's begin as we breathe in and out.

And in and out.

And in and out.

Continuing this rhythm,

If you need,

You can count with your breath.

So breathing in would be an inhale two,

Three,

Four.

Hold it for two.

And exhale two,

Three,

Four.

Breathing in two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale two,

Three,

Four.

Breathing in and exhale two,

Three,

Four.

Breathing in two,

Three,

Four.

Hold it for two.

And exhale two,

Three,

Four.

Breathing in two,

Three,

Four.

Hold it for two.

And exhale two,

Three,

Four.

Continuing to breathe.

And now as you are following this pattern,

Let's slow it down a little bit.

But since we're going deeper,

Let's do an inhale of one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold it for two.

One,

Two,

And exhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

And inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold it for two.

And exhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Breathing in.

Hold it for two.

And exhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Breathing in.

And out.

And in.

And out.

And in.

And out.

And out.

Breathing in two,

Three,

Four.

Hold it for two.

And out.

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

And in.

And in.

Hold it for two.

And out.

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

With each inhale.

And exhale.

You bring yourself into your center,

Releasing and calming for your breath is always available as a focal point to clear you and relax you so easy and can be done anywhere.

You can always follow your own rhythm,

But this rhythm here is available to you,

To ground you and center you in focus and peace.

One more nice,

Big,

Deep breath in.

And out.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes and come back to your space.

Okay.
