I want to hone in on self-talk and really emphasize the importance of paying attention to what you are walking around saying to yourself.
Some of those old programs get translated into this very subtle internal self-talk that then affects how you feel about yourself.
Your self-talk is everything.
How you are talking to yourself is a training of how you let others talk to you,
Not to mention what you end up attracting.
We find the evidence to support our case.
So if you're walking around saying to yourself,
Ugh,
I'm such a loser,
Then you will find people who will treat you like a loser so that you can be right.
I'm sure you have heard the concept,
Fake it till you make it.
Well,
I actually think it's a really great exercise for shifting self-talk.
If you say it long enough,
You will start to believe it and it sends signals to your whole system and can change your vibrational frequency,
Which then attracts something different.
So instead of I'm a loser,
You start walking around saying,
I'm amazing,
I love myself as many times as you can remember throughout the day.
It first starts with becoming aware of this inner dialogue.
So when you catch yourself inside of a negative self-talk moment,
You can then counter it with a positive one to begin the reframing.
Words matter.
I'm all about pumping my mind with positive affirmations.
I literally wake up and repeat a bunch of affirmations to myself throughout the day.
Or if I'm working on manifesting something specific,
I will get detailed about what I want and how much I deserve it.
Maybe you want to make more money.
So you could find yourself saying,
I am so grateful to be making $15,
000 a month doing what I love.
I am worthy.
And repeat that throughout your day.
Or maybe you want more love of relationship in your life.
You say,
I am so grateful to be in a loving,
Intimate relationship with a partner that loves and accepts me just the way I am.
I am lovable.
And you can repeat that throughout your day.
Or maybe you want more body confidence or to make some different food choices.
You could say,
I am so happy that I listen to my body and make healthy,
Conscious decisions to empower myself.
I trust myself.
And repeat that throughout your day.
You get the point.
Make them personal.
The idea is that you are infusing your mind with what you desire more of.
And it's important to state it as if it's already happened.

You are creating a positive and fertile ground for healthy things to grow from.
If you are berating yourself,
Saying mean things,
You are literally creating a fertile ground for healthy things to grow from.
And if you are saying positive,
Encouraging things to yourself,
You are creating a fertile ground for healthy things to grow from.
If you are berating yourself,
