Just settling your body and mind,

Relaxing with the outward breath.

Seeking that peace within yourself,

Not needing the outer world to be peaceful,

To find a peace within.

Knowing that your temple of peace is always present within you.

Any disturbances in the outer world do not disturb this place of peace.

However it can be more difficult for you to bring your mind and your awareness into this place of peace in troubled times.

Building a stronger bridge by daily practice will make this easier for you.

Seeking that temple of peace now.

Seeing that golden light of loving peace and compassion bathing you,

Touching every cell of your being.

Just letting go with the outward breath as you're watching this golden light.

Letting go of any anxieties or stresses,

Any tension in the body,

Any busyness or tiredness in the mind.

Just letting it all go,

Bathing in that light,

That love that is your own higher divine nature.

Know that to let go into this highest nature is not weak but is strong.

Letting go into the higher self is strong.

Learning to let go or surrender into the highest wisdom that we have within ourselves which is connected to all,

Is a decision of strength.

Learning to call on the higher self,

The voice of Christ,

Your own Buddha nature,

However you choose to name it to yourself.

Learning to call on this aspect of self to present in moments of stress during your day will help you create a more loving world for yourself and for all beings.

It may be helpful to use imagery to proceed with this surrender.

It may look something like you're climbing onto the lap of a giant Buddha and just saying I surrender.

I allow the Buddha nature to take over in this moment.

You may find yourself sitting at the feet of Christ saying I allow the Christ nature,

The voice of Christ within me,

Take control of the situation now.

Please guide me on what to do next.

It could be just you visualising a light bathing you as we have been doing.

Whatever imagery works for you to help you surrender and seek that guidance from within.

Allowing yourself to be bathed in this golden light.

There may be some particular issue that you wish to surrender in this moment.

Do so now with whatever imagery works for you,

Handing it over to the higher aspect of self and asking to be guided.

You don't need to think about what to do.

You seek guidance and act moment by moment.

You may find yourself sitting at the feet of Christ saying I allow the Christ nature,

The voice of Christ within me,

Take control of the situation now.

Please guide me on what to do next.

Bathing this golden light,

Perhaps surrendering an issue into the hands of the higher self.

And just using the breath to let go.

Learning to trust that you will be guided on a new approach if you ask for it.

Help me to be a source of peace and love in this situation.

I surrender the fear within me and I ask that I be guided to act from love more and more in my daily life.

I want to see a change in my relationship with someone.

Please guide me always to be more loving and to let go of anger and fear.

Help me to be wiser in the way I respond.

Constantly seeking guidance from the higher self as you move about your day.

It gives permission for the higher self to guide you.

Without that permission the higher self will not guide you.

It's feeling that golden light bathing you.

If you see yourself sitting on the lap of Buddha or at the feet of Christ,

It's time to come back down into your body now.

And know that that aspect of self is there at all times and you can invoke its presence by asking for it.

Moment by moment,

Day by day you have the opportunity to bring more love and joy into your relationships and into your daily activities.

May your day be peaceful and joyful and blessed with much love.

This was lovely. The cough was not loud or distracting...this is the kind of disruption that meditation will help you work through. The negative comments on these reviews are getting ridiculous.
