Trust
This meditation allows us to bring forward the trust that already exists within us. Time and ample space are given to tune into the breath and heighten our awareness around our capacity to surrender and trust at everything life is presenting to us.

Welcome.
This meditation is about something that is already programmed within us.
It's something that we forget about so easily.
But once we remember it,
It allows us to surrender.
It allows us a sigh of relief.
And it reminds us of our capability to loosen the grip,
To let go,
To stop any resistance.
And that's trust.
Trusting what life brings to you.
Trusting that what you are experiencing is exactly on track.
And trusting that everything you feel and everything you have been experiencing is just right.
We access the trust that actually already lives within us.
It's there.
It's unwavering and it's true.
It's not about generating new trust.
It's about the connection.
It's important that we focus on this moment,
On the now,
Right here.
And what's already working for us.
That everything we need is right on time.
And it might not be what we want,
But it's always what we need.
And sometimes that statement alone can really cause some resistance in the body.
Because we don't always like to hear we're given what we need when we are desiring something else.
But that's when you really connect and tap into that trust that you have to let go and to let life guide you.
So in this meditation,
I invite you to find a comfortable space.
The music that you are hearing actually uses a Hertz level of 174.
It's the lowest of tones if you're familiar with the Hertz scale.
And it tends to remove pain physically,
Energetically.
And it actually gives your organs a sense of security and safety,
Motivating them to do their best.
So if you're cold or if you're warm,
Adjust as you need,
You can sit on your knees.
You can sit cross-legged,
You can lean against the wall.
There is no right or wrong.
When we start to settle in,
I personally love to wiggle my hips.
I do a little mouth check to make sure I'm not clenching in the jaw.
And we take a big breath in and a really big breath out.
And we just let everything wash over us.
No matter where we are in our life,
No matter where we are with our health,
With our career,
With our family,
With our marriage,
Mentally,
Physically,
Emotionally,
Spiritually,
We inhale.
Once again,
You let it wash over you,
Exhale.
This is our opportunity to sit down and to bring forward that trust.
It's a stability,
It's a surrender,
It's an all-knowing that's already in you.
And when you connect to it,
It tells you that you're okay.
That everything is okay.
Again wiggle the hips if you need to.
And get situated so that we can breathe.
So that we can focus on what we have right now.
And if you're a visual learner,
I am one of those.
I always offer the cue of a Ferris wheel and I learned this in a restorative yoga training of mine.
And I love it.
As you inhale,
You imagine you're riding the Ferris wheel up.
And then once you get to the top,
You pause because somebody is getting on or off at the bottom.
And as you exhale,
You ride the Ferris wheel down.
Once again at the bottom,
You pause,
Letting that person get on or off the Ferris wheel.
And you continue and you start to realize that those little pauses between the inhale and exhale hold a lot of magic.
They hold a lot of relief.
They hold a lot of answers.
But you have to be willing to pay attention.
And we continue to breathe in and out.
Noticing where your inhale goes as you breathe in.
Does it pass certain areas of the body?
Does it only fill up particular areas?
Maybe it's solely by the habit or an unawareness factor.
And as you exhale,
Letting that complete satisfaction wash over you,
Where does the breath go?
What does it wash over?
Where does it need to go?
And we continue to connect just by breathing.
And as you exhale,
Letting that complete satisfaction wash over you,
Where does the breath go?
Where does it need to go?
And as you exhale,
Letting that complete satisfaction wash over you,
Where does the breath go?
Where does it need to go?
And as you exhale,
Letting that complete satisfaction wash over you,
Where does the breath go?
Where does it need to go?
And as you exhale,
Letting that complete satisfaction wash over you,
Where does the breath go?
And as you exhale,
Letting that complete satisfaction wash over you,
Where does the breath go?
Where does it need to go?
And as you exhale,
Letting that complete satisfaction wash over you,
Where does the breath go?
Where does it need to go?
And as you exhale,
Letting that complete satisfaction wash over you,
Where does the breath go?
Where does it need to go?
And as you exhale,
Letting that complete satisfaction wash over you,
Where does the breath go?
And as you exhale,
Letting that complete satisfaction wash over you,
Where does the breath go?
Where does it need to go?
And as you exhale,
Letting that complete satisfaction wash over you,
Where does the breath go?
Where does it need to go?
And as you exhale,
Letting that complete satisfaction wash over you,
Where does the breath go?
Where does it need to go?
And as you exhale,
Letting that complete satisfaction wash over you,
Where does the breath go?
Where does it need to go?
And take a moment to feel yourself breathing in and breathing out.
And if you lost yourself,
If you went down the rabbit hole,
If you got lost in your thoughts,
It is so,
So,
So good.
It's our nervous system's way of burning off that energy,
Of burning off the perpetual thought patterns in our heads that don't always serve us.
So it's important that we actually allow ourselves to be an observer of these thoughts,
To chase them,
And then move on.
We learn how to connect with ourselves when we begin to trust more of what life is providing to us.
We learn to respond wholeheartedly,
Rather than having these knee-jerk reactions,
Those ones that we make without thinking,
Without connecting.
You guys know exactly what I mean.
We breathe in again,
And we feel the connection.
We breathe out,
And we feel the trust.
So simple.
From here,
Open the eyes slowly,
Stretch out the legs,
Wiggle the fingers.
And as you bring yourself back,
Gently place your hands on your heart and feel the physical connection of you,
Of what this life is offering you,
Of how you are responding to it,
And of tapping into the already programmed trust that is actually available to you at any given time.
Big breath in.
Release it all out.
Thank you so very much.

Beautiful meditation! Thank you for the reminder that we may not get what we want but we get what we need and the resistance that can sometimes come with that. Trusting and knowing everything is okay is something we really need to hold onto daily. Thank you for this!
