Welcome to your meditation.
It's a meditation to sit back and to simply notice your thoughts as if they're playing out on a movie screen.
To place your hand on your belly,
To place another hand on your heart,
And to deeply know and feel that you are safe,
That you are okay,
And that all is well.
Whatever is going on,
Whatever you are feeling,
It is an experience.
It is an experience.
We are here to feel the depths,
We are here to grow and evolve,
We are here to understand and explore the polarities of the feelings,
But we are not here to be consumed.
We are not here to perpetuate everything in our head.
We are not here to be owned by the thoughts,
By our brains.
We are here to balance the head and the heart.
The head is simply here to help you filter.
It's simply here to support you.
It's simply here to leverage your life.
But when you drop into the heart and you see that everything is okay,
When you see that everything is a lesson,
When you see that everything is an experience,
And you can step back and observe,
And you can step back and not participate so much,
You can step back and you can listen and give the gift of listening to others.
This is when we balance the brain and the heart.
So during this meditation,
You can leave your hand on your belly and on your heart,
Remind yourself that you are safe,
That you are not only loved,
But you indeed,
You are love.
It is the only thing that is truth in this whole entire web of the universe that we exist in.
Or you can leave your hands on your lap.
Go ahead and sit back.
I personally love to teach you to be supported in your meditation.
If you'd like to sit up with your spine long,
Please do.
But if you are able to support your back and lean back into something so that you can truly let go,
So you can feel the support,
Please do.
Take a big breath in.
Release it out of the mouth.
Take another big breath in.
We'll do this two more times and release.
Inhale and let it go.
So allowing yourselves to drop into the receiving mode,
The observing mode,
To witness,
To see what's going on in your life.
All thoughts are welcome.
To watch them like a movie and to say,
Oh,
Isn't that interesting?
Or to say,
Wow.
Or to say,
Hmm,
To stay open and to stay curious.
Please close your eyes.
Arrange your hands how you'd like.
Feel supported.
And allow yourself to feel suspended,
To feel held by your soul.
We'll join in.
You you you you you you you you you Slowly bring your attention to your heart space And feel any emotion That is going on there not to label it.
It's not good or bad Not right or wrong It is simply a part of you And whether you're feeling grief or despair joy Impatience Irritation any stress you We welcome it because it makes us who we are it allows for us to have the experience that we're currently having And no experience should ever be discredited as painful as it might be you can Endure You can endure you are supported Breathe in And let it go out of the mouth Two more times we breathe in Release Last time inhale you And let it go The short little practice The short little coming home to yourself When done on a regular basis it will change How you see and how you participate and what you truly wish to stay connected to?
