Patience is a barometer for us. Are we aligned or do we have a short fuse? How can we be an example to the world through our own system of patience? Nothing is rushed in nature and the more we sync to Mama Earth and what she offers, the more beauty we can see just by being ok with our current predicament. 417Hz is used for cleaning limitations and energizes your body cells and helps to use their creative potentials.

Welcome to your five day course in meditation.

If you can't tell,

I have a really big smile on my face.

This course is very near and dear to me.

There is nothing I believe in more than consistent meditation,

Especially if you're in a healing state of mind,

Whatever you might be going through.

I truly can speak from experience that this is the one consistent and true piece of medicine.

This is day one,

Patience.

So before we get started,

I am going to talk a little bit about how I do teach meditation.

So this meditation will have more talking in it than the other meditations on day two through five.

However,

This course is named PAUSE for a very specific reason that we do need to sit down and just stop.

We live in this world of so much external stimulation and I think a lot of times we reach for the external to validate ourselves,

To help ourselves make decisions,

Very big decisions versus going inside,

Stopping,

Pausing,

And really trusting that we ourselves already have those answers.

But we would never give ourselves that credit or we would never really even believe that if we're always on the go.

What you share with others is how you are feeling on the inside.

So the next time you're grumpy,

You're in a bad mood,

You're impatient,

Or maybe you're in a great mood,

Really start to notice what you're sharing with the world and how you're connecting and you'll see it's clear how you're feeling is what you're sharing.

So when we sit,

We develop brain coherence,

Allowing each side of the brain to have equal capacities,

Cultivating these feelings of wholeness and clarity and abundance,

All those things that we want,

All those things that we yearn for when really all we have to do is sit down.

We never give simplicity credit or at least as much credit as it deserves.

We live in this society of no pain,

No gain.

Work harder,

Work faster,

And then you'll get what you want when really you have everything you need.

And if there is something that you want and you don't have it,

The more you can sit up and visualize it and imagine that you have it,

Those feelings will make a very big connection and you'll plant a seed and manifest this thing to happen in your life because usually it's not the thing that we want,

It's the feeling associated with that thing and we can find those feelings just from sitting.

That brain coherence that cultivates that wholeness and that clarity and that abundance and that connectedness,

Those are the things that we want to inform our lives both personally and professionally.

Do you agree?

So the way I teach meditation is for you to be comfortable.

It's your time to connect to yourself which means if you need to move during your meditation,

If you have to stand up,

If you have to stretch your legs,

Please do.

In fact,

It is your nervous system burning off little pieces of stress so please welcome yourself as you are.

And if you're feeling really stressed lately,

You might find yourself moving a lot right now and that's okay.

You can sit cross-legged,

You can kneel,

You can lean against a wall,

You can lie down.

Personally for me,

I can't lie down because I will fall asleep so if you are like me,

Probably not the best idea to lie down but get comfortable.

Sit on a blanket.

I like to sit higher because it gives your hip joints more space.

And I also like to cover my knees and my head with a blanket or a hat because you might not realize it but we leak energy all the time because you're human,

You're living.

And covering the knees is your kidney point in Chinese medicine and your kidneys are your life force so we protect our energy just by covering up the knees.

Same with the head.

Energy leaks out the head.

If you're very in the head like I am,

Always thinking,

Always perpetuating,

You're burning off way more steam than you probably need to,

Find a hat or allow that blanket to cover your head and drape down to your knees.

And here we go.

We start to get situated.

This is day one.

Patience.

And patience,

What does it look like to you?

You start to breathe and start to visualize what does it look like,

What does it feel like?

I can tell you that impatience for me,

Going with the opposite word here,

Is resistance.

It's standing in a river and trying to swim upstream and it's difficult and the energy just isn't efficient.

Patience should feel very easy.

So we begin to breathe.

And I offer various types of breathing if it helps you to count as you breathe in and out to five or six or seven and exhale on the same count.

If it keeps you focused,

Please do that.

If it helps you to notice your breath,

The oxygen that you take in as it goes through the nostrils into the body,

Into the brain.

And as you exhale out,

Where does it travel to?

To be a real observer of how you're connecting to you is a good focus technique.

And lastly,

I always give those visual learners,

I am one of them,

The visual of a ferris wheel.

I learned this in a restorative training that I took.

So you imagine that you're riding the ferris wheel up as you inhale.

And you pause at the top because somebody is getting on or off at the bottom.

And you exhale,

You ride the ferris wheel all the way down.

And you pause again.

Those pauses are little connections.

They're so subtle and they're so small but they're so potent.

And if you start to notice them more and more,

They actually have answers for you.

Hence,

The name of this course is called pause.

So wherever you are,

If you need to wiggle out the hips to start to sink and settle and feel stable in your seat,

Notice your jaw if it's clenched.

Seeing where you can let the idea of feeling so patient wash over the body.

And we begin to breathe.

Continue to breathe.

Watch your breath.

Championship,

Challenger.

You You You You You You You You You You You You Take a really really gentle breath in sweet And then you exhale feel the ease the downstream of how patients Should feel like so easy You stay where you are you can start to wiggle the fingers and toes and maybe stretch out the legs,

But keep the eyes closed And just realizing that when we show up more patient we not only see things differently,

But we think things differently and we Start to act a little bit differently our words aren't so sharp And our actions are so sweet just like the breath that you just took Right now this world needs us to be in the state of patience so that we can lead by example Sweet sweet responses versus knee-jerk reactions So from here slowly open the eyes and place the left hand on the heart really connect to yourself right hand goes on top Bowing the head down to yourself have an amazing amazing day.

Thank you

you are genius, you are the first person I've listened to in meditation that said it's so simply, we need to imagine the situation because we are looking for the feeling, not necessarily the situation. that was wonderful! Thank you so much ❤️🙏
