I am so grateful you are here joining me for this 30 day meditation for menopause challenge.
My name is Melissa Hyde from the Menopause Reset and I'll be your guide during this challenge.
Meditation is an effective way for you to manage the physical and emotional challenges of menopause.
By promoting relaxation,
Reducing stress and anxiety,
And improving sleep and mood,
Meditation can help you feel more balanced and in control during this transitional time.
Today is day number 29.
Find a comfortable seated position where your spine is tall but relaxed.
Close your eyes.
Place your left hand on your stomach and your right hand on your heart.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And then exhale through your mouth,
Helping your entire body to relax.
As you continue to breathe,
Focus on your chest and stomach expanding as you inhale and then fall as you exhale.
The focus of today's meditation is on embracing your inner goddess.
When your next deep breath in,
Let yourself sink into a place of peace and stillness.
Imagine yourself standing in a serene forest glade,
Surrounded by trees and the gentle sound of birds singing.
Now visualize a golden light emanating from your core.
This light represents your inner goddess,
The divine feminine energy that resides within you.
Feel it growing stronger and brighter with each breath you take.
As you embrace this energy,
Let yourself feel a sense of peace and stillness.
As you embrace this energy,
Let yourself feel the power and wisdom that comes with it.
Know that you are connected to the cycles of the earth and the moon and that you are part of the natural world.
As you move through menopause,
Let your inner goddess guide you.
Embrace the changes that are happening in your body and your life,
Knowing that they are part of a sacred journey.
Remember that you are strong,
Beautiful and wise,
And that your inner goddess is always with you,
Supporting and guiding you through every step of the way.
And now,
In your mind's eye,
I want you to picture your beautiful face.
And I want you to repeat each of these affirmations after me,
Out loud.
I am a powerful and wise woman,
Connected to the rhythms of nature.
My inner goddess guides me through the changes of menopause with grace and ease.
I embrace the physical and emotional shifts of menopause,
Knowing that they are part of my sacred journey.
I honour and cherish my body as a temple of the divine feminine.
I trust in the wisdom of my inner goddess to guide me towards greater health and well-being.
I am worthy of love,
Respect and self-care,
And I honour myself in every way.
I release any fears or doubts about menopause and embrace the new possibilities that it brings.
I am a radiant and vibrant woman,
Full of energy,
Vitality and joy.
I celebrate my femininity and embrace my sensuality,
Knowing that it is a powerful and sacred aspect of my being.
I am grateful for the gifts of menopause,
Which help me to grow,
Evolve and become more fully myself.
When you are ready,
Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Roll your shoulders back.
Roll your shoulders back and down.
Slowly begin to blink your eyes open.
