I am so grateful you are here joining me for this 30 day meditation for menopause challenge.
My name is Melissa Hyde from the Menopause Reset and I'll be your guide during this challenge.
Meditation is an effective way for you to manage the physical and emotional challenges of menopause.
By promoting relaxation,
Reducing stress and anxiety,
And improving sleep and mood,
Meditation can help you feel more balanced and in control during this transitional time.
Today is day number 26.
Find a comfortable seated position where your spine is tall but relaxed.
Close your eyes.
Place your left hand on your stomach and your right hand on your heart.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And then exhale through your mouth,
Helping your entire body to relax.
As you continue to breathe,
Focus on your chest and stomach expanding as you inhale,
And then fall as you exhale.
The focus for today's meditation is on finding fulfillment.
Meditation can be a powerful tool for finding fulfillment during menopause.
Yes,
Menopause can be a challenging time as it brings with it many physical,
Emotional and psychological changes.
However,
With the right mindset and techniques,
It can also be a time of great growth and transformation.
First,
Bring your attention to your thoughts and emotions.
Notice any feelings of anxiety,
Sadness or frustration that may be arising during this time of transition.
Allow yourself to feel these emotions fully without trying to push them away or change them.
Now,
In your mind's eye,
I want you to visualize a light or energy entering your body and flowing through you,
Filling you with a sense of peace and well-being.
Allowing this light or energy to penetrate every cell of your body,
Bringing with it a sense of calm and comfort.
As this light continues to flow through your body,
I want you to focus on your intention to find fulfillment during menopause.
Ask yourself,
What is it that you truly want and need during this time of transition?
Listen to the wisdom within you and allow yourself to be guided towards the actions and choices that will bring you the greatest sense of satisfaction and purpose.
And finally,
Express gratitude for this moment and for the many blessings in your life.
Give thanks for your health,
Your loved ones and the opportunity to grow and evolve during this time of change.
Promise to yourself that you will be open to new and exciting opportunities that will come your way and bring immense fulfillment.
And remember that menopause is a natural part of our cycle and can be a time of great transformation and fulfillment if we choose it to.
By practicing meditation and cultivating a positive mindset,
You can navigate this transition with grace and ease and emerge stronger and more resilient than ever before.

I want you to picture your beautiful face.
And I want you to repeat each of these affirmations after me,

I am capable of finding joy and fulfillment in every stage of my life,
Including menopause.
Menopause is a natural part of the aging process and I am grateful for the wisdom and experience that comes with it.
I am in control of my own happiness and fulfillment and I choose to focus on the positive aspects of this new stage in my life.
I am strong and resilient and I trust in my ability to navigate the challenges of menopause with grace and ease.
I honour and accept my body as it changes during this transition and I treat myself with kindness and compassion.
