Welcome fellow menopause sister.

I am so grateful you are here joining me for this 30 day meditation for menopause challenge.

My name is Melissa Hyde from the Menopause Reset and I'll be your guide during this challenge.

Meditation is an effective way for you to manage the physical and emotional challenges of menopause.

By promoting relaxation,

Reducing stress and anxiety,

And improving sleep and mood,

Meditation can help you feel more balanced and in control during this transitional time.

Today is day number 19.

Find a comfortable seated position where your spine is tall but relaxed.

Close your eyes.

Place your left hand on your stomach and your right hand on your heart.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And then exhale through your mouth,

Helping your entire body to relax.

As you continue to breathe,

Focus on your chest and stomach expanding as you inhale and then fall as you exhale.

The focus for today's meditation is on I am enough.

Bring your attention to the present moment and feel the sensation of your body being supported by the surface beneath you,

Grounding you into the present.

As you continue to breathe,

I want you to bring to mind the phrase I am enough.

Instead of repeating it as an affirmation right now,

Simply hold it in your awareness without actively thinking or analyzing it.

Allow the words to resonate within you on a deeper level.

Now I want you to visualize a soft and warm light surrounding you,

Representing unconditional acceptance and self-love.

Feel this light embracing your entire being,

Radiating a sense of worthiness and enoughness.

I want you to reflect on the journey of menopause and the changes it brings.

Recognize the strength and resilience within you that have carried you through this transformative phase.

Embrace the understanding that you are enough,

Just as you are in this moment.

Release any judgments or expectations you may have about yourself during menopause.

Let go of any feelings of inadequacy or comparison.

Embrace the uniqueness of your own experience and honor your individual path.

Allow yourself to simply be present with the sense of I am enough.

Rest in this awareness without striving or seeking for anything more.

Breathe into the knowing that you are complete and whole,

Exactly as you are.

With each breath,

Surrender to the feeling of enoughness and self-acceptance.

Embrace the truth that you are deserving of love,

Compassion and self-care during menopause and always.

Take a moment to express gratitude for yourself and the journey you are on.

Appreciate the strength and wisdom that resides within you.

Embrace the fullness of who you are and the unique gifts you bring to the world.

As you continue your day,

Carry the sense of I am enough with you,

Knowing that you are worthy and deserving of love,

Acceptance and fulfillment.

And remember,

Cultivating a sense of I am enough is a practice that requires self-compassion and presence.

And regular practice of this meditation can help you deepen your connection with your inherent worthiness and embrace the journey of menopause with self-acceptance and enoughness.

And now,

In your mind's eye,

I want you to picture your beautiful face.

And I want you to repeat each of these affirmations after me,

Out loud.

I am enough,

Exactly as I am,

In this moment and every moment.

I embrace the changes that come with menopause and I am confident in my ability to navigate them.

I trust myself and my intuition to guide me through this stage of life.

I am strong and resilient and I have everything I need to overcome any challenges that arise.

I acknowledge and accept my emotions,

Both the good and the bad,

And I am kind to myself throughout this process.

I am grateful for the wisdom that comes with age and I am excited for the new experiences that await me.

I release any negative self-talk and instead speak words of encouragement and love to myself.

I am worthy of love and respect and I honor myself by taking care of my physical,

Mental,

And emotional health.

I celebrate my uniqueness and embrace my individual journey through menopause.

I am enough and I am deserving of a fulfilling and joyful life,

No matter what stage I am in.

When you are ready,

Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Roll your shoulders back and down.

Slowly begin to blink your eyes open.
