Welcome fellow menopause sister.

I am so grateful you are here joining me for this 30 day meditation for menopause challenge.

My name is Melissa Hyde from the Menopause Reset and I'll be your guide during this challenge.

Meditation is an effective way for you to manage the physical and emotional challenges of menopause.

By promoting relaxation,

Reducing stress and anxiety,

And improving sleep and mood,

Meditation can help you feel more balanced and in control during this transitional time.

Today is day number 15.

Find a comfortable seated position where your spine is tall but relaxed.

Close your eyes.

Place your left hand on your stomach and your right hand on your heart.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And then exhale through your mouth,

Helping your entire body to relax.

As you continue to breathe,

Focus on your chest and stomach expanding as you inhale and then fall as you exhale.

The focus of today's meditation is on self-confidence.

Bring your awareness to your body.

Tune in to any sensations or discomfort that may be present due to menopausal symptoms.

Instead of resisting or fighting against these sensations,

Practice accepting them with kindness and compassion.

Allow yourself to be fully present with whatever arises,

Acknowledging that this is a natural part of your journey.

As you continue to breathe,

Imagine a warm and comforting light surrounding you.

Visualize this light enveloping your entire body,

Soothing any discomfort.

Feel its gentle warmth bringing a sense of ease and relaxation to your body.

With this warm light surrounding you,

Begin to cultivate a sense of self-acceptance and self-love.

Reflect on the incredible journey of womanhood and the wisdom that menopause brings.

Embrace this transition as a natural and empowering phase of your life where you have the opportunity to step into your full potential.

Allow any negative thoughts or self-doubts to arise without judgment and then gently let them go.

Focus instead on your strengths and the qualities that make you unique.

Recognize the resilience and inner strength that resides within you.

In this space of self-acceptance and self-love,

Visualize yourself radiating confidence and empowerment.

See yourself moving through your daily life with grace,

Poise,

And a deep sense of self-assurance.

Visualize yourself embracing the changes of menopause with confidence and ease.

As you continue to breathe,

Know that you have the inner resources to navigate this transformative phase.

Trust in your body's wisdom and its ability to adapt and thrive.

Feel a renewed sense of self-confidence and assurance growing within you.

Take a few moments to express gratitude for yourself and the journey you are on.

And I want you to repeat each of these affirmations after me,

I am beautiful inside and out,

And I radiate confidence and positivity.

I am in control of my thoughts and emotions,

And I choose to focus on the good in my life.

And I can handle any challenges that come my way.

I am proud of who I am and all that I have accomplished in my life.

I am deserving of self-care and self-love,

And I prioritize my own needs during this time.

When you are ready,

Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Roll your shoulders back and down.

Slowly begin to blink your eyes open.
