This meditation offers you a gentle space to pause, breathe, and hold yourself in compassion as you reflect on the year gone by. Life moves so fast, and it’s easy to move from one thing to the next without pausing to acknowledge all we’ve lived through. Through this practice, you’ll create a soft cocoon of safety around yourself—offering gratitude and gentle compassion for your journey. We’ll use the soothing Hawaiian Hoʻoponopono mantra to welcome release and healing, followed by a warm, reflective journey to honor the past year with softness and grace.
