This is an updated version of the 5-minute Soft Belly Meditation. The loud bell has been replaced, there is background music and it's slightly longer than the original meditation. The Soft Belly Meditation is a fast and easy way to relax the body by activating the Vagus Nerve (the nerve responsible for the regulation of internal organ functions, such as digestion, heart rate, and respiratory rate).
