Through this guided journey of meditation, we step into an exploration of lineage and opportunity to manifest creation and release that which no longer serves us. As you journey through, this brings a gift where you can choose to make a shift and with the planting of the seeds bring about creation and/or release.

Hello.

Thank you for joining me today.

First of all,

I want to invite you to bring your awareness right to your breath,

That inhalation in through your nose if comfortable,

And the exhalation out through your mouth.

Not looking to change it,

But just being right with your breath,

Bringing your presence right in to your center.

And as you continue tracking with your breath,

I invite you now to just drop right in to your heart,

To that center place behind the sternum,

In the chest,

Also called the heart chakra.

When we come here,

We give ourselves permission to let go of everything on the outside world at the moment,

Knowing that we will go back,

But for now,

We're in our center for us.

Give yourself a nod,

And perhaps a thank you in gratitude for taking this time.

And as you are in your center,

Right within yourself,

I invite you to expand the awareness within your being,

Within your mind's eye,

And think about your body at a cellular level.

Continue with the breath,

But bring your awareness and imaginatively explore each cell within your body.

Perhaps you see movement.

Do you see light-dark?

Do you sense connection?

Shifting your lens,

Giving yourself permission to take off any boundaries and just explore.

Is there movement inside?

Is there connection?

Bringing the awareness back to your heart,

I invite you to settle in a little bit deeper,

Almost as if you're in a comfy,

Cozy armchair,

And you shift to just settle in a little bit deeper in that really comfortable way.

You may sense your muscles relaxing around you,

And this is good because we want to be able to drop in a little bit deeper.

And as we introduce the awareness of ourselves,

What it's like,

Is there movement,

Is there connection?

I now invite you to drop in even a little bit deeper and imagine the DNA within you.

Can you sense it?

Can you feel it?

Can you see it?

And with any of these aspects,

I now invite you to take a bit of a journey and perhaps figuratively reach out and grab hold of a strand of that DNA and feel it,

Touch it.

Where is it from?

What is it sharing with you?

And allow yourself that you are observing.

You are merely observing,

As if you're looking through a window.

You don't have to worry,

You don't have to have discomfort,

Dis-ease,

None of that.

Just allow that you're observing.

You're safe,

You're in your center,

And you're home.

Just be curious.

And then I invite you to pick a piece of DNA and ask,

What have you shared with me?

And it's absolutely okay,

Whatever comes forward.

It might be something,

It might be nothing.

And I want you to observe it.

And figuratively,

If you're holding it,

Turn it over in your hands,

Look at it,

Frontwards,

Backwards,

Turn it sideways.

Just be curious about it,

No judgment,

Just be curious.

And then let it kind of just float in front of you.

And I invite you to figuratively bring your hands back to you,

Remembering to just go right back into that heart center.

And now,

When you're there,

Ask yourself,

Is something that I want to hold on to?

Is there an aspect here that is not for me?

And whatever the answer is,

Or if there's no answer,

It's all okay.

So I invite you at this point,

If you did receive something,

To imagine it taking the form of a seed,

The seed of a plant,

Whatever it looks like,

Whatever size it is.

And I invite you to have it in your palm.

That's actually in your left palm.

So if there was something,

And you've brought it into seed form and it's in your left palm,

I now ask you,

Right from your heart center,

To imagine,

What is it that I really want?

Perhaps instead of it,

Perhaps in addition to it,

Perhaps part of you you feel hasn't quite manifested yet.

Give yourself permission to feel what that looks like,

What it feels like,

The essence,

The lightness.

And if there's something,

I invite you to grab that essence and get back closer towards you into your right palm and transform it into,

Or allow it to transform into a seed.

And closing your right fist around it,

This is what you are wanting in creation.

And so now,

As we are in our center,

I invite you to figuratively,

Almost like taking an elevator upward.

You're going to take it up a couple of floors,

Up upward,

Until you sense it's very light and it'll stop.

And the door is open.

And at that point,

With your left palm wrapped around a feed of a DNA,

With the right palm wrapped around the feed of potential,

I invite you to stand up and look around you.

This elevator has taken you to a beautiful place,

Lovely,

Light,

Comfortable.

And I invite you to stand up and walk forward about five,

Seven feet.

And you're just in the perfect spot.

And there you are,

You're outdoors,

There's nature,

The lighting is perfect,

The temperature is,

Everything is just the way it should be.

And you notice that in this nature area,

There's an open space and there is a garden,

That it's like a fresh bed.

And you know it's a garden,

Though you're not seeing plants right now.

And off to the left,

There is a beautiful circular,

Small fire,

But lovely,

Very inviting.

And I invite you now to stand up figuratively,

Tall in your mind's eye,

With a large inhalation in of that fresh air,

Bringing in the new,

And the exhalation equally large,

Releasing that which no longer serves you.

And giving yourself permission and bringing aware enough,

Whatever you're holding in your left hand,

Ask yourself,

Is this something I want to hold on to,

Or is it something that is not mine?

And I do not want to have it or carry it forward.

And if there is a part of you that does not want to carry it forward or have it,

I invite you to walk over to the fire,

And provide any thoughts or anything from your heart that you want to share and say to this aspect of the DNA,

Of the history,

Of the genetics,

Of the lineage.

Allow yourself to give voice into that seed.

And when you are ready,

Release it and drop it into the fire.

Figuratively and literally,

Releasing it from your being.

And if it's something you want to hold on to,

Keep it in your palm.

And when you're ready,

Walk on over to the tilled earth,

Which you know is a garden,

Fertile soil,

Composted of energy for creation.

And I invite you,

If there is a seed of creation potential in your right hand,

That you kneel down,

You get yourself comfortable,

And you work with the earth,

And you gently move it around and plant that seed.

And when you're there,

Open your heart and provide the love,

The nurturance,

And the essence of what you want with your creation.

And give it a nod.

And if in your left hand you're holding on to something that you really want to nurture from your lineage,

Your DNA,

Then go ahead and find a place in that garden and plant that as well.

And any aspect is fine.

And when you're ready,

I invite you to back up and stand up,

Maybe wipe the soil,

The earth off of your hand.

And I invite you to take a large inhale in,

And a large releasing exhale.

And as you turn around,

I invite you to bring in the awareness of what sounds you might be hearing around you.

Take in the essence of where you are,

What it's like,

And allow yourself to start walking back to that place you came from.

And when you're there,

I invite you to step back in,

Sit down,

Knowing that this elevator of sorts,

The doors are going to close,

And going to be dropping down where you were in your heart center.

And once it stops and you're there in your heart center,

I invite you to bring your awareness to your breath once again.

Think about those seeds and ask yourself,

How can I move through this day for the highest good of myself and for all?

And think about those seeds,

If you have them,

The seed that you may have released,

The seed or seeds you may have planted.

And if you chose not to partake in any of those aspects,

Sketch in your heart,

Allow it to open and expand and say,

How can I move for the highest good of myself and for the highest good of all?

Bring your awareness back to your breath,

The inhalation in through the nose,

The exhalation out through the mouth.

Imagine yourself stepping up,

Standing up and stepping out of your heart center,

Right back into where you are at this moment.

Allow yourself a moment to start bringing the feeling and the awareness to your body.

Do you notice sounds around you?

Do you feel the air on your skin?

Do you feel the chair that is supporting you?

Allowing yourself to come back to your present,

I invite you to say thank you.

And this thank you is for yourself,

For the time that you have given,

And for the openness to go on a journey to expand your awareness.

And also to know that it is okay to explore and release that which is not ours to carry or that which no longer serves us.

So when you're ready,

Perhaps of your awareness with another cycle of breath,

And then allow movement to come back and you to come forward.
