Welcome to Divine Choices and your 3-minute So Hum I Am Not Meditation.

So Hum is a powerful mantra that's linked with the breath with So being inhaled and Hum being exhaled.

Let's begin.

Take a slow deep breath through your nose while silently repeating the word So.

Then exhale through your nose while repeating silently the word Hum.

As we inhale,

We use the silent vibration sound So to bring fresh energy and life force.

And when we exhale out Hum,

We let go of tension and negativity.

Continue breathing in So and out Hum.

If you find your thoughts drifting away,

That is totally normal.

Just come back to your breath.

Inhale So.

Exhale Hum.

Don't try to control it.

Just let your breath flow.

In So.

Out Hum.

Stop repeating the mantra and remain comfortable.

Give your body a little stretch.

Open your eyes when you're ready.

Come back to this meditation whenever you need a quick reset,

Entering into a stressful meeting or conversation to settle yourself and your mind.
