I want to do a good job of having everybody really come into pure witnessing and really reap the benefits of that throughout the meditation while we go into the body and go into other qualities of oneness.

I really want you to start from oneness.

I want you to start from this place of pure subjectivity.

So I have a prop and I want you to take a look at this.

So here we go.

It's an eyeball that's flat on one side but I really was hoping to have a sphere.

So I want you to imagine it's a sphere.

So imagine this is just round on all sides and that the black is in the middle,

Right?

So it's a ball.

It's an eyeball.

So if you're looking at it just imagine and feel that it's this eyeball.

And I want you to imagine and feel that your body is this eyeball.

So you,

This pure subjectivity,

This pure witnessing consciousness,

Is at the center of that eyeball.

It's this kind of black void.

It's pure consciousness at the very,

Very center of the eyeball.

And you can sort of feel if your body is a one big eyeball,

Like it's one big sense organ,

One big seeing sense organ.

It has nerve endings.

It pulses and it sees,

Right?

It's conscious.

And again,

It's,

It's a sphere.

It's not like there's a back and a front to the eyeball.

So you can see out the back of your head,

For instance,

Or you could see out the back of the heart because the whole thing is an eyeball.

And at the very,

Very center is this kind of womb-like,

Dark,

But very soft and loving center.

It's the center of the consciousness.

So I want us all to just feel that for a moment.

Feel the very center point of your body is like a pupil.

It's at the very,

Very,

Very center.

And the rest of your body is the rest of the eyeball.

And then I want you to keep feeling as we're,

As we're keeping your eyes open,

Feel that your whole body is this eyeball.

The center is this opening.

And feel that this eyeball is not just as big as your body,

But as big as the world.

So that you're seeing from inside your own consciousness.

I have a video series I called subject equals object.

So pure subjectivity is looking around at itself.

It's like an eyeball looking around at itself and feeling around at itself.

So if you want to close your eyes to feel this a little bit more,

Welcome to do that.

But imagine and feel.

It's this pure consciousness that is its own subject.

It's one big eyeball.

And you are the center of that eyeball.

Pure subjectivity,

Pure consciousness.

What's looking?

As St.

Francis says,

What's looking is what you're looking for.

So I want you to feel that as we move into meditation.

Feel that it's one big giant eyeball.

And that pure consciousness is at the very center,

Just like this,

Just like the people.

Let's see if it helps.

All right,

We're going to get into the meditation.

Staying there,

Staying in that beautiful place.

I'm going to close my eyes.

Let's just feel this again.

Feel that pure witnessing is at the center of the eyeball and feel that your whole body and the whole room and the air in the room and the ground under your feet and the sky above your head and the neighborhood in the back of you and in the front of you is all one thing.

There's no point at which that consciousness is cut off.

There's never a point where consciousness is cut off.

It's an open system.

And we're opening it through your being,

Through your body with these meditations.

So as we come into the body,

We're feeling more into the center of that eyeball.

We're bringing that consciousness,

That awareness inward.

Not that it's not already there.

It's already there.

It's already everywhere.

There's nowhere outside that eyeball.

But we're just opening it up a little bit more.

That eyeball is opening,

Like waking up a little bit more.

So let's just feel our chest.

Feel the chest moving in and out.

Feel the center of the chest,

Like feeling the center of the eyeball,

The source of it all.

In the very middle of our bodies is our major energetic lines.

It's where we're sourced with pure consciousness,

Pure energy.

Just feeling that and looking out from that.

So feeling deep inside the chest,

Near the spinal cord.

And feel the chest 360 degrees around.

Again,

Like you're looking out from it or feeling all around the chest,

360 degrees.

Feel the entirety of your chest going down into the lower ribs.

Feeling the sternum,

Feeling the heart.

Feel that natural expansion of the ribs and let your body go entirely.

Meaning,

Don't control your chest or your breath.

Surrender it.

You don't have to effort to see something from your eyes.

So don't effort to breathe.

Don't effort to hold your chest in any way.

Feel into the spinal cord behind the heart.

Feel behind the sternum and inside the sternum bone.

Feel the lung tissue.

Feel the fibers connecting your ribs.

Feel the collarbone.

And you are this pure subjectivity,

This pure consciousness.

What's looking?

What's feeling?

It can feel.

Is there any little pocket of your chest that could use some attention?

There's a little pain in one of the shoulder blades.

Or there's some cloudiness at the front of the chest on the right or left side.

Or a sharp pain in the ribs or in the heart.

It's just this one eye of consciousness,

This one eye of God,

Goddess.

Let her go touch into that spot.

The body is so clear and always calling out where it needs attention.

A little bit of cloudiness,

A little bit of ache or pain is the body asking for the attention of you.

You,

The eye of Goddess.

You,

The eye of God.

It's all between you and you.

You as pure consciousness and you as a body.

This body is the temple for you,

God,

Oneness,

Consciousness.

So enter the temple fully.

Feel the whole chest now.

And this isn't a one-shot deal.

You'll see there's lots of pockets.

There's bits of pain.

It feels a little disinhabited in certain areas.

It's all okay.

Let's see if you can inhabit it a little bit more.

A little more presence inside your shoulders now and inside the shoulder blades and behind the shoulder blades.

Inside the bands of muscles that wrap around your shoulders.

Inside the joint itself,

Under the armpits,

The sides of the chest,

And the skin of the chest,

And the whole ribcage,

And the whole heart,

And the fullness of the lungs felt.

Feel your chest like you've never felt your chest before.

Honoring it.

Feeling it.

Being present with it.

Showing all the way up for your own heart,

For your own chest.

And just like that eyeball,

Let's see if we can feel and see through the chest.

So through the skin,

From deep inside in the center where the pupil is,

All the way through the ribs,

All the way through the skin,

And out into the room,

And out into the street.

The chest as open as it can be.

You are radiating light all the time.

You are like a supernova.

You are pure heaven.

You're just feeling it for yourself.

And you might,

As you feel inside your chest and let it keep expanding and opening,

Expanding and opening,

You might see it.

You might see,

Oh my gosh,

I don't end.

I radiate.

I am a radiating form of light.

I am a supernova of energy.

And you are.

And it's okay.

It's okay to open this body up.

The more you open it up,

Actually,

Its natural boundaries also function better.

So your no to things is clearer.

Everything's clearer.

So it doesn't mean you say yes to everything.

It doesn't mean you merge with everything.

In fact,

Your boundaries get really good because you're just more in your being.

And the natural flow of things,

Including moving away from things,

Happens without you having to figure it out.

So just letting yourself fully feel your chest and then start to feel into your solar plexus under the chest.

Usually a big knot there,

Totally fine.

See if you can come all the way to the center point where that pupil is.

And it may feel like there's something solid.

It may feel real grippy,

But is it solid?

Or is it just openness at the very center of the solar plexus?

See for yourself.

And let the diaphragm do its thing.

Let your breath do its thing.

Surrender the solar plexus.

Let it just be and feel all the way through it,

All the way to the back,

Through the spine,

All the way to the front and to the sides.

We sometimes hold ourselves in here like there's a corset on us,

But there's not.

There's nothing holding you together.

Let yourself come undone in the solar plexus.

Just by being present,

It starts to unravel it.

And you can see there's a real grippiness in the front or a pain on the side or an ache in the spine.

That's the body calling out for you,

Pure god or goddess awareness,

To go visit,

To go merge with that part.

No sensation is actually scary.

Those are all lies in your mind.

Fear tells all kinds of stories,

But come closer.

Come all the way to where it's so,

So grippy that you might even feel nauseous.

Just be there.

Just be present there.

The solar plexus is also radiating light without you doing anything.

In fact,

The less you do,

The more you radiate.

You're just letting life radiate through you.

If there's mental chatter,

It's fine.

Every time,

It just means you're onto something.

It means you're close in to something grippy,

To where there needs some god consciousness,

Some awareness,

Some witnessing.

So use any chatty mind to just go right back to where you were visiting in the body.

I'll bet there's something there that could use some witnessing,

Some presence,

Some weakness.

Pure subjectivity,

Pure witnessing is always awake.

It's always awake.

And in a sense,

The grippy parts of the body are the asleep parts.

They're just a little dormant.

So we go wake them up.

Great.

Let's continue on.

It's a continuous,

Connected flow inside the body.

There's not really a solar plexus than the chest,

But they have different qualities.

So let's go from inside the solar plexus to the belly itself,

Letting the belly just relax and open as it gets felt into.

And feel again at the very center point,

The very core of you.

There's no part of the body off limits,

Even if it's been in pain or grippy most of your life,

Feels really shut down.

It's not actually true.

The whole body is meant to be inhabited,

Awakened.

You're meant to inhabit the temple fully,

To fill every single corner.

So let's feel into the mid-back,

All through that mid-back and into the spine.

Feel the energy of the stomach.

Feel the belly button.

Feel the sides of the belly.

Feel how the belly,

The solar plexus,

And the chest are all connected.

It's one flow there.

And then feel how the belly,

The solar plexus,

And the chest feel through them,

Through the skin,

Into the room,

Into the chair.

That your presence,

Your body,

Is much bigger than the skin.

You radiate so,

So far out.

And you radiate so much within.

The center of you is just sparkling presence.

Every human body can light up a small city.

So I want you to feel that full presence.

Feel the whole torso now coming into the pelvis.

Feel the radiance of your torso.

All that radiant energy exists in a full presence.

Fast,

Beautifully soft and silent spaciousness.

So inside your pelvis,

Feeling the bones of the pelvis,

Feeling the sit bones and the pelvic bones and the pubic bone.

Feel the hips.

Feel the hips soften.

And feel,

Feel and see,

Right,

Just with one eyeball,

Feel and see that the whole pelvis,

The belly,

The solar plexus,

And the chest from the back to the front to the sides is made of spaciousness and energy or light.

From your direct witnessing,

From feeling yourself,

You can't actually find anything solid.

From inside your pelvis,

You can feel through the skin and down into the chair.

From inside the pelvis,

Through the pubic bone,

Into your clothes,

Into this space in the room.

Where's the line?

You are fully connected.

You are made of space and light.

You are pure God and God is consciousness.

You are.

And then you get to be this avatar who's your absolute favorite.

There's no one you'd rather be.

There's no temple you'd rather reside in.

And your mind might kick up there,

But you're not.

You're not.

You're not.

There's no temple you'd rather reside in.

And your mind might kick up there,

But it's lying.

And so we're letting go of our story and just feeling our own presence,

Feeling this incredible temple,

This incredible body.

From inside the pelvis,

This enormous pelvis now,

Feel how big it is.

Feel how grounded it is.

Feel how heavy it is.

Feel how it absolutely pulls you down into the earth.

It's the beginning of your root system and it will not let you leave the earth.

It's all this radiance,

All this energetic pulse and network of your body radiates into the air and into this space,

But it also radiates through the ground.

So feel from inside your pelvis,

This big pelvis and then big,

Big,

Big tree trunk legs.

Feel the heaviness of the legs.

Feel the vibrancy of the legs.

Feel the bones.

Feel the muscles.

Feel the skin of the legs.

Feel the skin of the inner and outer thighs,

The tops and the bottoms of the thighs.

Feel how they radiate and feel how they don't end at the skin.

Feel how they move down into the earth and radiate outward.

Feel the pulse of your own gorgeous root system.

And you might feel some achiness up in the pelvis,

Inside the legs,

Inside the legs or deadness.

Bring that pure consciousness,

Pure awareness,

Pure seeing and feeling right in there,

Right into the pocket of pain,

Right into the pocket of ache.

No part of your body,

Nobody gets left behind in this.

Nothing is left behind.

We're scooping everything up into our own consciousness.

Every part of the body comes along.

Feel your knees.

Feel the radiance of those knees,

The intricacy of the tendons,

The kneecaps,

Under the knees,

That soft tissue there.

Feel the quality of the knees.

You can't know it mentally,

But they have a different quality than the thighs,

Than the pelvis.

We used an eyeball as a reference,

But we could also say consciousness or awareness is tasting life.

So see if you can taste your knees.

And now taste your lower legs,

Feel them.

Bring all your awareness to feel the bones of the shins,

The calf muscles,

Inside the bones,

The muscles of the feet,

Calf muscles,

Inside the bones.

Feel the rootedness,

Feel the downward movement of the legs.

They move down into the ground,

Absolutely like big tree roots.

And all that energy from the earth is moving up through your legs and there's energy moving down through your legs.

Pulsing energy,

See if you can feel it.

Don't concentrate,

Don't effort,

Just feel your legs.

And feel the legs expand,

Feel through the skin,

Feel down into the ankles and the feet.

Feel the radiance of the feet that's 10 times bigger than the feet themselves,

Including the bottoms of the feet and in between the toes.

Don't know mentally where your feet begin and end.

See if you can feel the connectedness through the ground.

All this rootedness coming from inside the pelvis,

Down through the legs,

Through the feet,

Out the feet.

And then feel how your legs are so much bigger than the skin.

You might find that one side of the body is a little more inhabited than the other,

One leg and one foot.

You can kind of template off the one side that's more inhabited to inhabit the other side.

Good.

We're going to come back up into the,

Feel the chest and the belly and the solar plexus and the legs.

Feel the full front of the legs and the torso and feel the full back of the legs and the torso.

You are seeing and feeling and tasting the fullness of your body that is much,

Much bigger than the skin.

Now from inside the shoulders,

Feel the roots expand outward of your arms.

Feel the radiance of inside your shoulders and then inside the upper arms.

And if there's any achy bits,

Just go ahead and feel through those.

Feel those tender elbows.

Feel the lower arms,

The forearms,

Both sides,

Inside the bones.

And feel how the radiance of your arms now going into the wrists and the hands is pulsing in quite a big way,

Like those branches of the tree that move out laterally.

These arms are enormous.

And those fingers and palms and the fingertips are vibrating branches.

And again,

Don't hold yourself.

You don't have to manipulate this body at all.

You don't have to hold them in.

You don't have to concentrate.

You don't have to effort.

You don't have to do what I'm saying.

Just allow it to happen.

We're not doing this meditation at all.

We're just allowing the natural unfolding to occur as I point out what's already here.

So feel the big pulsing quality of the arms with no effort,

Not even in your hands,

No tension in the hands.

And feel you're really looking out from in the inside of your arms and hands,

Feeling them.

Get to know the feeling,

The look and feel of the hands,

The taste.

And then coming back up into the neck,

Let's really expand this neck.

So feeling that center point of the pupil right in the middle of the neck.

And then seeing and feeling 360 degrees around the neck.

So out the back,

The sides and the front.

Let that neck expand.

Let it open and open and open.

Off to the right,

To the left,

To the back and the front.

Let the throat open.

What does it feel like?

What does it taste like?

Is there an ache or a twinge or a dullness?

See if you can feel through that.

See if you can really,

Really come right in there.

See what it's actually made of.

It might feel like a wall keeping you out where it's dull or sharp.

But instead,

Go right through the door.

Go right in,

Right into the spine,

Right into the ache.

See for yourself.

Is it made of anything but space and time?

Is it made of anything but space and light and reality?

As we go through,

Feel free to stretch or exhale or move your body how it feels like moving.

There's no protocol here.

Your body might want to release some of the tension as you really inhabit it.

So go ahead and do that.

From inside the spine and the neck,

The very center of the neck,

Feel through the neck,

Through the skin.

Feel that the neck is as big as you can feel.

It goes out to the street and is radiating because you are radiating.

Feeling inside the spine,

Now going up into the head,

Feel that brainstem.

Just let awareness,

Let witnessing just settle here a little bit so you can feel that center of the pupil.

Get centered.

Let everything rest at the brainstem here.

And if the brainstem is the center of that pupil,

Look and feel out the back of the head.

As if you're looking out the back of your head.

You may not see anything.

Just give it a try and feel it.

Feel through the back of the head.

Feel the skull.

Feel the back of the brain.

Feel where the neck meets the head.

And feel and look and see,

Is it made of anything but space and light?

And is the back of your head connected to the air in the room?

Feeling through the skin,

Feeling through the hair follicles,

The antenna of your hair and into the room.

Let's do the same from deep inside the brain.

So back to the brainstem and then up a little bit.

From inside there,

The center of the pupil,

Let's feel through the top of the skull.

And look and feel through the top of the skull,

Through the brain itself,

Through the water layer,

Through the skull,

Through the hair and the skin and out into the room and up into the sky.

Looking and feeling upward.

And just play with that.

Play with feeling and seeing through the skull,

Upward and downward.

Now let's try this.

As you're feeling through the top of the skull,

Just let it be as open as you can feel it be.

Just an open,

Open channel there.

So feeling that and then feel your tailbone completely open.

Tailbone totally open.

Top of the head totally open.

And feel the connection of those two.

No effort here,

Just feel that there's a flow there.

There is,

Whether you notice it or not.

It just can feel good to notice it,

To feel it.

Great.

And let's start to feel into the,

Keeping that top of the head open,

Keeping the tailbone open.

It's,

They'll just stay open.

Feel the forehead.

Feel the front of the head,

The front of the brain.

Again,

From inside the brain to that water layer,

The skull,

The skin,

And then out the front of the forehead.

Feel the eyes completely relax and the sockets completely relax.

Feel the temples soften.

Feel inside the nose,

Feel inside the sinus cavity.

Feel under the eyes.

Feel deep behind the ears.

Feel deep behind the eyes,

All the way to the middle of the brain.

We tend to hold a lot of tension in the face.

Just let it keep unwinding as you just show up for yourself,

As you feel the face.

Feel under the nose and inside the cheekbones and the roof of the mouth.

The back of the throat,

The teeth.

Feel every nerve ending of your teeth.

Are your teeth made of anything but space and light?

Can you actually feel where the tooth ends or the gums begin?

The skin,

The lips,

Beyond the lips,

Beyond the skin?

Or is it continuous?

Is your body completely and totally connected to everything?

Feel the jaw,

The hinge of the jaw,

The tongue,

The chin,

Under the chin.

Let's feel that eye again.

So the center pupil is at the center of your head.

And then you can look around and feel through 360 degrees around.

Pure consciousness looking at itself,

Feeling itself.

Feel the whole head is radiating.

Opening.

Wonderful.

So now let's feel the whole body is that pulsing,

Incredible,

Vibrant,

Emitting light eyeball.

Pure consciousness looking out from the depths of itself.

Pure God looking out from inside itself.

Feeling through this body,

Radiating from this body.

The light of the world lit up inside you and looking out from inside yourself.

And then feel through the skin.

Feel into the chair,

Feel into the room.

Sense how pure consciousness,

Pure awareness is endlessly spacious,

Endlessly quiet,

Endlessly loving.

It loves you.

It wants to be you.

You want to be you.

It wants to inhabit every part of you.

So keep going with any little part that feels dull.

Feel through it.

See through it.

Spend time with it.

Not with your mind,

But with presence.

And then let this body just keep radiating and radiating.

Pure consciousness,

Pure you.

Infusing the whole body,

The whole room,

The whole neighborhood,

The whole sky,

The whole ground.

And it is so quiet and so soft and so strong.

Incredibly reliable.

Where would this go?

You can lean into it.

You can let it have you completely.

It's you.

And it will always be you.

You can lean into it.

You can let it have you completely.

It's you.

And it will always show up for you.

It'll always be here for you.

It is you.

Look and feel around.

Is there any end point to you?

The body of you?

Is there a point where this subjectivity isn't infused?

Or is it all one?

Don't let your mind get involved.

Feel it.

Look and see.

Let the oneness have you.

And you can just play with this pure consciousness,

Pure witnessing,

Pure feeling.

Infusing every part of the body and seeing through the walls,

Seeing everything.

And every part of the body that feels a little separate,

A little left out,

Notice that it's made of the exact same stuff.

You,

Pure,

Spacious,

Witnessing.

And it's meant to be played with.

It's not serious.

The mind is very serious,

Very dramatic,

But take this oneness,

Take this one subjective eye of God,

Of goddess,

And go see and feel through that spot that's remains a little,

A little dense,

A little painful.

Don't let it be dramatic.

Don't let it tell a story that isn't true.

Go soothe it with your presence.

Go soothe it with your presence.

Show it how it's connected to everything.

There's nothing,

It's not shut out.

It's not separate.

It's not alone.

How could it be alone?

Just let it all radiate.

Okay.

Take all the time you need to open your eyes.

It doesn't go anywhere.

It's still right here.

All this beautiful presence,

Infusing everything,

Still who you are.

It's never not going to be.
