That which sees the mind is endless and it's non-personal so just relax all the way back into what's looking it's also what's feeling what's listening it's the background awareness that has always and will always be there looking at the mind feeling the body it's that which does all the sensing that which does all the sensing is not you it's not your name it's not a separate self it's the one consciousness and you can verify that for yourself right now what's looking was there before you had a name before you were born your mind will never understand this the mind will scramble to figure this out but it's that which sees the mind it doesn't need figuring out you don't need to study the sky the sky is just there the sky holds all the clouds all the weather so be aware of the sky that you are be aware of the vastness of it that which is looking that which hears my voice pre-mind look and see does it have a boundary or does it permeate everything like space does it permeate the sky but also the earth also your body does it permeate the chair see if you can find where awareness isn't you won't be able to with your mind you mind it isn't going to help you you are the awareness where aren't you and so you are this vast vast witnessing and this vast witnessing you don't have to do anything for you didn't earn it you don't have to find it you're you're it it's the very ground you walk on it's the very basis of everything and it is what's cleansing it is the refreshment stagnation in the body or in our lives is just energy that doesn't know that its source it's a constriction in your chest it's a belief system you hold in your throat but we can open the throat through this vastness through this refreshing fundamental quality of being we're going to stay very very connected to the fresh vast completely permeating quality of that which hears my voice we're going to dive into the body especially as you listen to those pockets that are constricted so you pure awareness will notice as we come into the body where those are and feel free to pause there and keep bringing that refreshment through that area so we'll start in the middle of the body in the middle chakra the heart chakra and all we do to detox to cleanse to heal is bring this awareness into the body it couldn't be simpler it also doesn't matter if your mind is chatty it's allowed to do that it can just chat away nevertheless here's vast refreshing awareness and it can be brought into the chest so let's just start to feel into the ribs and the sternum feel through the skin in the front of the chest and in the back of the chest feel your spine feel the vertebrae of the spine feel the tissues wrapped around the ribs the muscle groups feel inside the bone of the sternum right in front of the heart we hold things in our tissues we hold things in our bones but the bones the ribs the tissues the spine it's all made of air it's made of space it's made of awareness so feel that now feel the emptiness of your bones in the chest of your spine as you feel the emptiness the total spaciousness that your bones are made of you might also notice that it has a kind of fullness there's an energy there there could be pain there especially if you get deeper into the heart starting to come into the heart itself or the lungs or the very very center of the chest in front of the spine deep inside the tissues of the heart maybe you find some pain if you can feel right inside the pain and not call it anything toss the word pain out for a moment cleanse we need to go all the way in right we need to flush it no force no nothing like that but a kind of assertiveness I'm coming in right the pipes are clogged we got a you got to move the water through or if you like it's laundry drying outside you are the outside you are the refreshment and that peace right in your chest you know where it is maybe there's several of them what if you flushed it with your very awareness as you get a little closer to your pain as you dive deep and meet it head-on just meet it there's nothing to be afraid of pain is as my friend Johnny says just the parts of us that don't know their God it's just the parts that we've neglected a bit we didn't show vastness to that little twinge in your rib or that ache in the back of your chest or that sharp pain in the middle of your heart today's the day to just go right in go right in and you might notice as you get closer and closer in as you inhabit more and more of your chest inhabiting deep deep deep inside the chest feel that you're really really at ground zero in the middle of the chest and feeling the chest fill with your own presence filling the back of the chest filling the sides of the chest from the inside out filling the front of the chest filling the ribcage filling the tissues filling the skin all the layers of dermis feeling your cup overflow through the skin this is what is filling your own cup your own presence awareness landing inside the body showing up for yourself we are the ones us pure witnessing we're the ones to heal ourselves nobody else can do it other people can guide us but we have to go we have to do it we have to go all the way into the heart so dare to dive it into every little corner here in the chest and allow it to be flushed through and if your mind gets extra chatty I promise that just means you're on a hot spot that's the scared little kid not wanting you to touch their boo-boo but you are a loving parent who will go heal who will go clean that wound and every time you get closer you come in to where it's hurting see how the word pain doesn't really apply the closer you get just don't know what it is don't have a label and let yourself actually feel yourself that's what healing is returning to wholeness returning that which has felt separate to its mother to its home good so just really feel your whole chest now feel that you're deeply inhabiting every little pocket and wherever you feel like you need to have it a little bit more you might notice it's more or less inhabited on one side or the other my right side is always a little more work to do there and then really feel through the chest again so feel like you're inhabiting a chest that's three times five times bigger than your own chest because that is your energy body it's quite big so take up space let your chest take up space let your heart take up space your energetic signature of the heart let it be big like a big grizzly bear great and now from inside the chest let's just come down a little bit into the solar plexus right under the ribs feeling through the back of the solar plexus in the spine they're feeling through the front of the solar plexus and you might feel like deep exhales as we go you might feel like making noise again that's very welcome let the body lead and how it wants to release the energy as as it's being healed so we're doing a gut cleanse here top of the gut see if you can feel right in the middle of the solar plexus let the solar plexus deeply surrender you don't have to hold your gut in you don't have to hold your power in this is our power center land there land deeply inside of it feel like you're really settled in the middle of the solar plexus right in front of the spine right below the ribcage usually we've got a big clench there it's fine there's no problem with the clench but the closer you get to it the closer you get to the very source of that clench maybe it's painful maybe it's really really knotted the more it surrenders to you because all these little wounds hiding in our bodies they got nothing on you on pure source on endless vast love you are pure power pure love you awareness and that little hiding pocket in your solar plexus they're just playing around so we go right in no hesitation and that clenched little bit folds its cards it's not a one-shot deal you'll just keep feeling through the solar plexus feel a little bit unwind in the front feel a little unwind in the back feel it spill out the sides just feel really settled like you're really landed in the middle of the solar plexus and let the belly drop good feeling through the solar plexus feel it's how it's really big to three feet five feet out so from deep inside the solar plexus through the organs through the bottom of the ribcage through the skin and out out out notice from outside the body in through the skin and then all the way into the center of the solar plexus and then from the center of the solar plexus through the spine and out the back of the body where's the line where's the boundary where's the separation there isn't one so we're just feeling the real connection that the body has to all of life never ever been connected completely and utterly networked in an essential exquisite beautiful unique node on the web of life that you are and you're just feeling into the web now feel how connected you are feel through the skin good and feel the refreshment feel how the air or space or pure awareness feel how that is a refreshment moving through your solar plexus and chest it's like fresh air and it breezes through like warm fresh wind through the windows of your chest of your solar plexus and it refreshes the whole house let's continue this dropping the belly let the belly really really drop down we don't to hold the belly in let your gut spill out as you come into the mid belly and lower belly feeling the belly button feeling the stomach feeling the mid back let the belly be soft and big wherever there's a little bit of a twinge or a knot go right in that door come right in maybe it's in your mid back near your spine maybe one of the vertebrae's feels a bit achy or painful feel that you're deeply inhabiting your whole belly and that the belly is as relaxed as it's ever been you don't have to manage your body life which includes your body totally wired in with life it doesn't need a manager so what is it to not manage your belly let it be unmanageable and then let's feel down into the pelvis starting to come up in the top of the pelvis in the lower back feeling the tailbone feeling the sit bones feeling the whole hip joints the pelvic bone itself feel really into the pelvic bones and see if you can feel those bones release feel the sit bones release feel the pubic bone release the pelvis also doesn't need your help it'll hold you it'll hold the body above it it's like letting a chair hold you you don't manage the chair you don't hold the frame of the chair you let the chair be the chair same here let the pelvis just be don't manage it and feel the bigness of your hips feel the depth of the pelvis all the way to the middle of the pelvis feel into your sexual organs feel into the skin and feel through the skin down into the wherever you're sitting down into the ground out the front of you feel this chair you're sitting in is endless it's this enormous comfy chair the pelvis is ten times bigger than the skin and you're being held by your pelvis you don't have to hold it you're being held inside your own energy body which is enormous you're being held in oneness which is what's looking and you're also being held by the earth she's holding you right up and all of this energy from the earth from deep deep deep inside the earth there is energy streaming upward from her up through your tailbone up your spine out the top of your head down your arms everywhere through your body you have energy coming from the top down but we sometimes forget that there is there are endless geysers of energy flowing upward from Mother Earth so she's holding you in form and she's enlivening you energetically every single second you are completely and utterly connected to her you are an energetic tree with roots connecting all through Mother Earth there is nowhere on planet Earth and in planet Earth that you aren't connected you're part of the mycelial network of energy and it's connected through your lower half here so your tailbone you can just feel your tailbone be nice and open to receive that energy and all through your pelvis it's just swirling through there up your spine out the top of your head and then let's really feel our legs feel these big tree roots of our legs gorgeous energy flowing from inside the pelvis downward down down down through the bones through the tissues through the skin streams of energy down through the feet out the bottoms of the feet out the toes out the heels feel the weight of your legs feel the like bigness of your legs fill your legs with with your own awareness so you really feel them feel in your calf muscles and in your bones and in your big thigh muscles and the bones of the feet and the arches really feel like you're inside I feel all the energy flowing down and through the bottoms of the feet and then all this energy from deep deep deep inside Mother Earth flowing up through your feet there's just rivers of energy always always always refreshing us and the more we are aware of them the more those rivers flow we're never not connected you don't need to be conscious of it but the more conscious you are the more it sort of opens those channels because we're really channels we're channeling information and energy we are open channels made of space and then somehow also miraculously unique form but right now feel the energetics pouring through your feet pouring up into your body from below and anytime you want grounding and refreshment from the earth just put your awareness here put your awareness inside the earth feel the mycelial network let's do that right now you don't have to think about it put your awareness into the soil into the tree roots feel how your feet and your tree roots and your legs and your pelvis feel how that is connected again where is the separation if you feel from inside your pelvis down your legs through your feet down into the earth into the mycelial networks into the soil can you find a separation point you'd have to go to your mind you'd have to tell a story but in direct awareness there's no actual separation there so anytime you need that refreshment that cleanse that grounding just put your awareness here feel mother earth's constant support let's come up again to the chest so we're going to feel the support from above the cleanse coming from above now and let's feel the top of the chest so underneath the collarbone and into the shoulders and the upper back feel the spine in the upper back and feel the weight stored inside your shoulders drop off like you just dropped all this weight you carrying right on top of your shoulders just drop it give it back to the earth let gravity have it you don't have to hold it feel a lightness inside your shoulders feel a lightness in your shoulder blades in the back feel from inside the chest the radiation that goes down into the arms from inside the shoulders down the arms into the bones of the arms the elbows the lower arms and the wrists and the hands also like tree branches radiating with life energy and the more inhabited in your arms and in your hands and in your fingertips in between your fingers you are the more you just feel yourself the more the rivers run the more energy keeps flowing feel how your hands radiate that the energy body is well beyond the skin your hands themselves are healing tools if you put them on the areas of your body that hurt and just feel that extra presence there it's healing awareness presence attentiveness like this is what's healing let your hands be soft and then come up to your neck and let your neck be soft let the spine inside the neck be supple let the throat drop don't hold your throat you don't have to constrict your voice attend to your own voice now feel your whole neck feel the center of the neck and the sides of the neck feel you're deeply inhabiting the whole back of the neck every vertebrae in between the vertebrae and again if you need to stretch your neck or turn and twist it whatever you feel the body wants whatever the body wants just let it do it you pure witnessing awareness are the parent that's going to allow this child of the body to do what they want to do now they get to be free they get to release their pain they get to move how they want to move you don't manage them you don't restrict them you don't hem them in so let the neck really express itself let all the constriction just unfold like flower petals and feel from deep inside the neck where it might be kind of painful go right into that pain go right into it nothing to fear there it's just a story go right into the pain and then from deep inside that go out the front of the neck through the skin and out out out and then back the other side from deep inside the painful spot out the back of the neck out out out through the spine and out the skin so that you really feel the bigness of the neck three to five times bigger than it you feel through the skin so that full energy body on the right side on the left side all the way to the front and all the way to the back big big big neck big voice that you have that we all have we're opening our real voice box here it's really quite big and we're cleansing right we're bringing that refreshment right where it's most constricted good we'll come up to the head we're going to follow the spine all the way from inside the neck to the brainstem area and feel that refreshment go right inside the brainstem and to the back of the brain there so feel like those windows were opened and fresh air is coming right inside that brainstem and inside the back of the head through the skull through the brain itself right into the where the brain meets the brainstem and just let that start to feel cleansed feel really inhabited feel like it's you're opening a window there you're letting light and air in and see if you can do that right in the middle of the head now so a little further forward and deep behind the eyes right in the middle of the brain between the ears that's the center of the third eye there just feel feel that you're there and feel the refreshment it might feel quite dense might feel painful see if you can just feel like a window opening or a door opening there and you're letting light and fresh air come in and then from right in the middle of the head there you can feel that fresh air open out the back of the head open out the front of the head through the forehead and the frontal brain frontal lobe and then also open up the top of the head going right out the crown chakra at the very center of the top of the head so just play with this a minute opening out the back opening out the front opening out the top feeling fresh air the fresh air of pure awareness of just feeling into the brain feeling into the skull feel how it opens it up feel how the platelets of the skull can literally feel refreshed bones are just hollow space so feel into those bones feel into the skull feel into the skin and the hair follicles your hair is literally like antenna you can feel into your hair if you'd like feel the temples the sides of the head all through the top of the head and let's continue to feel through the forehead letting it really deeply relax and just feel that you're in deeply inhabiting your forehead the skull itself the brain behind the eyes the brows the skin and then through the skin through the eyes from deep behind the eyes and the optic nerve that goes all the way to the back of the head through the eyes through the eyelids and out let the face completely soften and relax don't hold your face don't hold your jaw don't hold your teeth your lips your cheeks let your sinuses be filled with awareness feel like you're really inhabiting your eyes and the sinus cavities feel you're inside your own nose inside your own cheeks and cheekbones inside the big muscles of the jaw the hinge of the jaw the teeth the tongue the roof of the mouth the chin the lower jaw feel that you're completely and utterly inside your own face and that the face is soft you need not manage your face now feel your whole head and let your whole head be unmanageable the house is completely open all the doors are open and fresh air is just flowing through the whole head and flowing through the whole neck and flowing through the whole chest and arms and flowing through the whole solar plexus and belly and the pelvis and the legs and down down into the earth you pure witnessing awareness pure consciousness is you are refreshing everything you are inside the house now refreshing every room of the house that is your body opening all the windows and doors letting all the dusty little corners be flushed through and as we feel the whole body now you can feel where there's little pockets left and just wash that area through with your own consciousness let it all be refreshed and feel how the body the air in the room the ground under your feet feel how there is no separation there play with this a little bit flow through the body into the space in the room into the neighbor's yard into the sky flow into the back of your body down into the earth the soil the rock flow into the trees flow into the room you're in watch how you can go right into the refrigerator there's no thing that isn't part of the one thing and so this body can relax in a way it never knew it could by feeling so held so a part of as you awareness sense your very self you sense your true nature you sense your oneness and you show your body that they are safe they are held they have never been abandoned they will never be abandoned they've never actually left the womb of you the body is always submerged in it and just let the body continue to relax and open and relax and open and be cleansed in your presence and take all the time you need to slowly open your eyes when you do that be sure to notice that that oneness is still here there still isn't a line or a boundary or a separation between you and the chair the air in the room the earth nothing
