It's pure witnessing,

It's pure consciousness,

It's pure immortal vast consciousness that's receiving everything.

So I want you to settle there while we're while I'm talking.

So settle into this vast boundless pure subjectivity that's tasting your tongue,

That's feeling your belly,

That's seeing whatever's in front of you.

It's that which receives all of life.

And we're gonna close our eyes and notice that that seeing is still there,

That sensing is still there.

The pure consciousness always remains.

I want you to sink all the way into that pure consciousness that which is receiving everything all the way in the background.

Take your seat there.

Simply be the witnessing.

And notice how all the senses,

Everything about your body operates on its own.

You're just witnessing it.

So be aware that the heart beats,

The belly moves,

The chest moves,

The mouth secretes saliva,

The air in the room brushes on the skin.

You don't do it,

You don't go out to the world,

The world comes to you.

You're the receiver,

You're the witness,

And you're the sensor.

You're sensing everything but not as a separate self.

You're sensing the body as vastness.

Good.

So let's just keep feeling the chest for a little bit here.

Feel how it goes up and down.

Feel the sweetness of the breath when it fills the lungs.

Feel how the heart beats on its own.

And see if you can really fill your chest with you,

You pure awareness,

Pure subjectivity.

So that is,

Can you dive into the corners of the chest?

Can you feel into the sternum bone?

Into the ribcage?

Can you feel into the spine?

See if you can feel the internal space of the lungs.

See if you can feel the tissue and muscle that's wrapped around your ribcage.

Feel the empty space in the chest.

Feel the empty space in the center of your heart.

It's just sensation here.

It's energy.

Energy that awareness senses.

It's so,

So simple.

There's nothing to study about it.

There's nothing to know about it.

You're just sensing your body,

Your being.

If you can feel the fullness of your chest,

All through the ribs,

All through the heart and lungs,

All through the skin,

The bones,

And wherever it feels a little empty or feels a little dense or painful,

Achy,

Sharp,

Or kind of like,

I just don't want to go there.

Go there.

Go right in.

It's just a story.

Go see for yourself what that sensation is.

Go right inside the door.

Right inside.

See what you feel.

Right inside the spine.

Right inside the heart.

Right inside where it hurts.

See what happens.

See if you find anything other than space and energy.

Feeling the fullness of the chest.

Start to feel the fullness of the solar plexus.

Feel under the ribs.

Receive all of the sensation in the solar plexus.

Whatever it is,

It's welcome to be here.

Is it grippy?

Fine.

Is it painful?

Fine.

Come closer to it.

Closer in to the grippiness.

Closer in to where it hurts.

Feel all through the skin in the front of the solar plexus,

Deep into the center of the solar plexus,

And all through the spine,

And out through the skin in the back of the solar plexus.

It's like we take our seat as we're sitting.

It's like we take our seat as vast awareness,

As oneness,

And then we take our seat as a body.

Both need to be fully taken.

Like I'm here.

I'm showing up.

Present in attendance.

So let's see if you can be fully present in your solar plexus.

There's no force.

There's no effort.

It's just like I'm going to show up now.

I'm going to show all the way up right in the center where it hurts,

Where there's the most grippiness or the most sharp pain.

There's nothing to fear about the body,

About the sensation.

That's all story.

And if there is a story,

If there's a little bit of a chatty mind,

It only means it's like breadcrumbs.

It means you're onto something.

It means go right in,

Go right where it hurts the most.

You're never going to find anything but energy,

Space,

And sensation.

And the sensation might be painful,

But it's a whole heck of a lot better to go meet the pain than avoid it.

That's what suffering is.

As we go,

You may notice a desire to move your body,

To release the energy a little bit.

Maybe you want to stretch,

Or you want to twist and turn,

Or you want to breathe out,

Or you want to moan,

Or you want to get up and move around.

It's all welcome.

The body's always going to do what it does,

And you want to just let it.

That's good.

So feel fully in your chest now,

Every little corner inhabited.

And fully in your solar plexus now,

Every little corner inhabited,

All the way to the top and the bottom.

Let's also feel when we're fully inhabiting our chest and fully inhabiting our solar plexus that we're also inhabiting the space beyond the body.

So through the skin,

Into the chair,

Into the air in the room,

Into your energetic field,

Which is quite big.

You're a buzzing energy field,

Full of life,

Full of vivaciousness,

Full of vitality.

Every body is unbelievably cool,

Like little mini suns walking around.

You're pure sunshine,

Pure light,

Pure love,

Pure beauty.

That would be you.

So feel all the way through your chest,

All the way through that solar plexus,

And take up the space of your field a bit.

Feel the energetic signature of these powerful areas of the body,

The powerful heart field,

The powerful solar plexus field.

You are an extremely powerful being.

The body lights up a small city,

Just one body.

Powerful,

Powerful energy.

So just feel that,

Feel the radiance coming from your chest and your solar plexus.

And then let's start to feel into the belly,

The soft belly,

All the organs of the belly,

Down near the belly button,

The bottom of the belly,

The lower belly and the intestines.

You're not going out to it,

You're just receiving it.

You're feeling all of the sensation of the belly,

Every bit of sensation.

You're enveloping,

You're sensing.

Sense all the way to the back as well,

So the mid-back and the spine,

The lower back,

Each vertebrae,

Vitality in your vertebrae,

In your spine.

Let all the organs relax,

Let the tissues surrounding the organs and the muscles relax.

You don't have to hold the body up,

You're enjoying the body.

You're sensing the body,

You're savoring the body,

And you're not holding them up like a puppet.

And same as before,

Wherever there's a little grip or a little bit of pain,

Maybe it's in the side of the belly,

Maybe it's deep in the stomach.

Go right in.

You,

Pure subjectivity,

Pure oneness,

You're not afraid of whatever's in this belly.

There's pain?

Sure.

No problem.

And whatever chattiness the mind has,

It's no thing.

It only means you're right on it.

Go right in.

Feel every little square inch of your belly.

Let the whole belly be so soft,

Rounded and soft,

All the way to the sides,

All the way to the back,

And deep,

Deep,

Deep in the center.

Great.

Let the intestines relax,

Let everything relax.

And sense all the way to the middle,

All the way to the very center of the toughest spot.

Just go right in.

And feel the whole belly,

All the way to the sides,

All the way to the back,

And deep,

Deep,

Deep in the center.

And then all the way through the skin,

Into the field of the belly.

It's really,

Really big.

You know those god and goddess images of big bellied gods and goddesses?

Feel that.

Feel your big,

Big,

Big belly,

The energy belly.

It's massive.

You are massive.

So feeling your whole belly,

Your whole solar plexus,

Your whole chest,

All the way to the back and the sides,

Nice and big,

And so relaxed,

And every little bit of sensation felt into.

Welcomed,

Loved.

Pure subjectivity,

You.

You don't judge one little thing in the side of this body.

You don't have a name for it,

A label for it,

Nothing.

It doesn't have a name.

It's life.

It's just the sensation of life.

There's no name.

There's no name.

So let's go into your nameless pelvis now.

We don't even know it's a pelvis.

Just feeling into the bones,

Feeling into the joints,

Feeling into those sit bones.

And again,

We have store energy.

It's sort of,

It's a little bit of a,

And again,

We have store energy.

It sort of collects in the body.

So when you bring awareness,

Which is the unleashing force of God,

Into your body,

You might want to move it a little bit.

Things might open up.

So feel free to move your hips or do some stretches.

It's all good.

No sitting and being obedient here.

We're a disobedient group.

So feeling into the pelvis,

Feel that you're inside the bones of the pelvis.

Feel like you live inside your pelvic girdle.

Feel that you live inside your pubic bone.

You inhabit there.

Inhabit there.

This is your home.

This is your temple after all.

So we inhabit the full,

Full being.

Inhabit the very middle of the pelvis.

Inhabit all your organs.

Inhabit the sexual organs.

Feel that you're inside the,

Your full flesh where you're seated.

So all through the skin,

The layers of fat,

The layers of muscle,

Feel that you're all the way inside your hips and then feel into the chair or the bed or wherever you are.

And from inside the chair,

Feel inside the ground,

Inside the air in the room,

And the front of the body,

Fully,

Fully in your pubic bone,

In the front of the pelvis,

In that lower belly,

In the front of the pelvis and the skin there.

Feel that you're really inhabited that and that,

And then through it,

Into your clothes,

Into your clothes,

Into the room.

Same from deep,

Deep,

Deep inside the pelvis,

Down through the tailbone,

Down through the bottom of the torso,

Down through the sexual organs and out,

Down,

Down into the chair and down,

Down,

Down into the ground.

Take up all the space of your full energy body.

And of course,

Your whole body is endless.

But for now,

Just feel the radiance,

Feel all that energy that goes beyond the skin,

That the pelvis is radiating.

And then that,

Those little sensations,

Those little pings,

The dull area,

The spot where it's like,

I don't want to go there.

Just go,

Just go.

It's fine.

It's just a lie.

You won't be re-traumatized.

None of that's real.

It's a sensation.

It's nothing more than a sensation.

And it's the very sensation that's been waiting for your attention.

It's the very sensation that was neglected,

But it's time now to fully attend,

Fully be with,

Fully inhabit.

So all the way through this lower spine,

Into the tailbone,

All the way into the hip joints,

All through the front of the pelvis,

All the way down to the back of the neck,

All the way down to the back of the head,

All through the front of the pelvis,

All the way down through the tailbone and out.

Let the pelvis radiate.

It is radiating.

You're just savoring the radiation.

You don't have to do it.

It's just radiating.

And the more you inhabit it,

The more you open those little pockets of pain,

Of density,

The more you radiate,

The more all the channels are open.

And we're more like just rivers and funnels of pure light and energy.

That's what the body is.

It's a torus field.

It's an endlessly flowing field of energy.

And you're opening up those lines of energy in your field just by sensing yourself.

Good.

And let's feel all the way into the legs now.

The field of the pelvis extends into the field of the legs.

There's no separation there.

We're not jumping to the legs.

It just flows in.

Feel the energy flow in the muscles,

In the bones of the legs.

Feel the sparkling light light.

Feel the sparkling energy of your very being.

Feel the legs and how they're empty.

There's just space there.

They're not heavy.

There's gravity on our system.

That's an energetic field as well.

But your actual body isn't made of any weight.

It's weightless.

Your big,

Seemingly heavy thighs are weightless too.

They're beautiful in their flesh.

They're beautiful in their weightedness,

You could say.

But right now,

I want you to feel how they are.

Also,

Pure space and light.

Feel the effortless weightlessness of your legs.

The sparkling energy quality of them.

Don't hold on to your story.

Feel your light being,

As they say.

All through the flesh,

Out into the room,

Where does your leg begin and end,

And the chair begin and end,

And the room begin and end,

And the air begin and end?

We're not so sure from pure subjectivity,

From pure witnessing.

You don't know.

Because in reality,

Beneath the surface,

There isn't a line.

Feel your knees.

Feel your lower legs.

Feel the bones and the muscles of the lower legs,

And feel how those are also energized and full of space and light.

Feel through the legs.

Feel into the field of the legs.

Feel the shin bone.

Feel the of the legs.

Feel the shin bones,

And then feel beyond the shin bones.

Feel the skin in the back of the calves,

And then feel through that.

Feel how those areas of the body connect into the ankles.

The ankles are alive and tingling with energy,

And the feet are alive and tingling with energy.

Fully inhabit the feet.

Fully inhabit the ankles.

Wherever there's a little twinge of pain or ache,

Sometimes feet can be really achy.

See if you can give that area tons of attention.

Just pour awareness right in there.

Pour your attention into the feet,

Especially where it hurts.

All pain is,

Is an invitation to be close.

It's just saying,

Will you attend to me now?

Will you love me now?

Can we be together now?

Can we hang out?

Just go right into the pain.

Go right in between the toes.

Maybe your arches are a little sore.

Feel the fullness of your feet and beyond.

Good.

We're feeling our whole chest,

Solar plexus,

Belly,

Pelvis,

Legs,

And feet,

And all the way through it.

Just letting your pure awareness,

Pure witnessing,

Pure sensing,

Right?

Sensing everything,

That which senses,

That which sees.

Let it really,

Really travel into the body,

In and through.

And then we go to the top of the chest.

Let's see if we can feel underneath the collarbones and inside the bones of the collarbone,

Deep inside the upper chest,

Inside the shoulder blades and behind the shoulder blades,

The tops of the shoulders,

The tops of the shoulders,

The muscles right on tops of the shoulders,

The shoulder caps,

The spine in between the shoulder blades,

In front of the spine,

Deep in the middle of the upper chest.

Let this whole area of the body really,

Really soften.

We often carry a lot of weight that isn't real on our shoulders,

But there's no weightedness here.

The world isn't on your shoulders.

Your life isn't on your shoulders.

Drop it.

Feel the shoulders lighten up.

Feel angel wings sprout.

You don't need to be heavy.

You're light.

Deep in those shoulder blades,

Right where those angel wings come out of.

Feel right in there,

Right in there where it's a little achy.

Good.

And then just like with the legs,

There's an extension into your arms.

You don't need to go to the arms now.

Just feel the arms and how they're an extension.

They're an extension of your wings,

Really.

Feel into the flesh of the upper arms,

The bones.

If they're achy,

Be even more attentive.

Feel the elbows and feel the lower arms and feel the wrists and the hands,

And especially feel the field of it all.

The fields of the arms,

The radiance,

The non-formed,

The energetic field.

And wherever there's achiness,

Maybe in your hands now or in your shoulders,

Just really,

Really dive in.

Fully feel it,

Fully welcome it,

Fully inhabit that spot.

And let your body deeply relax in your arms.

Let them,

Let her,

Let him just completely collapse in the arms of you.

Hands and shoulders and all the whole torso and legs included.

Great.

And then let's really feel up into the neck.

Base of the neck into the top of the chest,

The spine there.

Each area kind of has its own field,

So the neck feels a little different.

The throat chakra,

Feeling deep inside the throat,

The base of the throat.

Again,

Feel free to stretch,

I am.

And then feel through the field in the back of the neck,

Field in the front of the neck.

Your throat chakra radiates a lot.

It is big and there is a vortex of energy that goes all the way into the center of the chakra and all the way out.

Coming in from the back like a funnel and out the front,

Coming in from the front and out the back,

Moving through the spine,

Fields within fields of vibrant,

Vibrant energy that the more you sense,

The more it opens.

The more you show up inside your own body,

Sense with you oneness,

Sense with awareness,

Every little sensation,

The better functioning the body,

The more open,

The more open of a channel it becomes,

And we're really just channels.

So let the channels,

The energetic channels of your whole throat open.

And you can feel,

You can feel where there's little catches,

Go right in there,

Right in the spine,

Right where it hurts,

Right where there's a catch in your throat.

And feel that.

Feel how it's so light.

Feel the light quality of your throat,

Of your whole body now.

Gravity still has you,

You're still grounded,

You're still absolutely going to be on planet earth,

But let yourself be really light.

Don't grab onto the heaviness,

Don't grab onto a story,

Feel the lightness,

Feel the airiness,

The openness of this body.

It's an open,

Open energy channel.

You don't have to guard it,

You don't have to be afraid of being an open channel.

I know in our past,

It didn't feel safe to be open,

But you're being open to you,

You're not opening to another person.

It's just between you and you.

You as pure awareness and you,

This body,

It's safe.

This relationship is safe.

This relationship is pure.

You're opening unto yourself.

Let's feel up into the head.

We've got the spine coming from the neck up into the head and hitting the brainstem.

See if you can really,

Really feel in there.

Feel that you're inside the brainstem and inside the spine.

Like you are getting your spelunker and you're going all the way in exploring the dark cave there.

The dark cave in the back of the head where we can be fairly disinhabited.

But you just go in,

Feel the whole back of the head,

Feel the skull,

Feel the skin,

Feel the hair follicles,

Feel the hair itself.

The hair is like antenna.

It's like part of the channeling.

The hair is helping channel.

So feel your hair,

Feel the open channel on the back of the head.

And how the neck meets the head right there,

Right in that sweet spot.

This is actually part of the third eye,

All the way to the back of the head here,

All the way to the middle of the head,

Way behind the eyes and between the ears,

And then all the way through the front of the forehead.

So let's just kind of travel that together.

Back of the head,

And even sort of starting out from the behind of the head,

And then traveling through the back of the head,

Into the center of the head,

All the way through between the brow and out.

Good.

And then let's really feel the whole back of the head and then up into the crown chakra.

Up into the top of the head,

Letting that just be nice and open.

A lot of density here for most of us.

Those sort of hard platelets of the skull.

Once upon a time,

You had a little soft spot on the top of your head when you were born.

And I'm telling you,

That's still there.

So open that up,

Let yourself feel the softness at the top of the head.

Soft and open,

Nice open channel.

We don't need to shut down from the antenna going out the top of the head.

The energy streams,

The light streams that are always moving through you,

And you don't have to do anything for.

You're just going to feel your skull there,

Feel the flesh,

Feel the hair,

Feel the top of the brain at the top of the head.

Great.

And from the top of the skull and beyond the top of the skull,

Then going down into the skull,

Down into the brain,

Down into the middle of the head,

Behind the sinuses,

Back of the throat,

And down into the neck,

And down into the heart.

The flow from the top of the head goes right into the heart.

Let's really feel the forehead and the front of the skull.

Feel the eyes and the eye sockets and the eyebrows.

Feel deep behind the eyes,

Let the eyes really relax.

Sense the eyes,

But you don't feel the eyes.

Deep behind the eyes,

Let the eyes really relax.

Sense the eyes,

But you don't have to hold the eyes.

Just feel them,

Feel the eye sockets,

Feel the eyebrows,

Feel the bones,

Feel the bridge of the nose,

Feel the eyelids,

Feel under the eyes and the tip of the nose and the cartilage of the nose.

Feel the skull,

The cheekbones,

The flesh of the cheekbones,

On the cheekbones,

The temples.

Feel like you're inhabiting your cheekbones,

Wrapping around to the teeth and the lips,

And the gums,

And the roof of the mouth.

And the gums and the roof of the mouth.

Let your teeth relax.

Your teeth are really alive,

The nerve endings there.

We tend to not really inhabit our mouths.

Really inhabit your teeth,

Inhabit your lips,

Inhabit your gums,

Lower and upper.

Feel the lips,

Feel the tips of the teeth,

Feel your tongue,

The tip of the tongue,

The flesh under the tongue.

And again,

Keep,

You know,

Releasing.

You can open your jaw,

Open your mouth.

Let it be soft,

Let the jaw be soft.

Let the chin be soft.

Let the flesh under the jaw and the chin be soft.

Show up fully in your own ears,

In all of your face.

Your whole head now,

Back of the head,

Front of the head,

Top of the head,

Brain.

Feel how it's made of space,

Light,

And energy,

And wherever there's a little grip or a density,

Go right in there.

Go right in.

Feel it.

Open it.

Is it between your brows?

Is it in your cheekbones?

Is it back of the head?

Is it in your cheekbones?

Is it back of the throat?

Back of the head?

There's nothing to fear.

Whatever the sensation is,

Is welcome.

You can receive it.

You can feel it.

Great.

Let's feel the whole head now and beyond.

Feel the field of the head.

Way up above your head,

Way out in the front,

Way out behind,

And through.

The field is everywhere.

And that field completely swirls with the field of the throat and the neck,

The field of the chest.

None of these fields,

None of these energetic lines are separate.

They're flowing through one another.

So feel that.

Feel the head,

The neck,

The chest,

Behind the chest,

In front of the chest,

Through the chest,

Behind,

Through,

And in the front of the solar plexus and belly,

And behind,

Through,

And in front of the pelvis and legs.

A large,

Vibrant,

Swirling field that you don't have to manage.

You don't need to manage yourself at all.

There's no one there to manage anything.

We're just sensing ourselves.

We're just witnessing.

And as you feel the field,

The energetic pulse and the vibrancy of your whole body and beyond your body,

What is all that energy moving inside of?

It's moving inside of a silent stillness.

So you're feeling the container,

Which isn't contained.

It's an endless container.

Awareness.

That which sees,

That which senses the energy is an endless container.

You're not going to find an endpoint to it.

You're not going to find it behind you,

Above you,

In front of you.

Look and see.

The container isn't contained.

It's endless.

And then inside that container,

You could say inside or inside or among or swirling through,

Is all this energy,

All these fields,

All this glorious play,

Including the body.

So you're aware of the container that you are as awareness,

And you're aware of all the energetic sensory experience,

Sensation,

Swirling through you.

And the body is part of that,

But your body is also beyond the body.

See if you can find an edge to yourself,

An edge to that sensation that's swirling inside you as you as you.

Go way,

Way out into the neighborhood,

Into the sky,

Into the ground.

Go see if you can hang with the birds in the trees.

You can sense them too,

Since they're in you.

There's nothing that isn't in you.

There's nothing that isn't you.

So enjoy feeling yourself with a capital Y.

You,

The endless container,

The witnessing,

The consciousness that started it all,

Pure witnessing consciousness,

Pure oneness.

And then you,

This swirling fields of energy playing inside of consciousness,

The mind of God,

You could say,

The mind of goddess.

And then you,

This little,

This localized being,

The body,

All together as one,

Not separate.

As the Christians say,

There's the Father,

The Son,

And the Holy Ghost.

We could say the mother,

The daughter,

And the Holy Spirit.

The body,

The daughter,

The mother,

This oneness,

And the Holy Spirit,

All of this energetic play,

All the ideas of the world,

All the play.

And you're all three that aren't separate.

So just play,

Just enjoy yourself as the container,

As the mother,

As the daughter,

This beautiful body,

As the Holy Spirit,

All the energetic flow through you as you.
