Welcome to this guided meditation with Meg.
Thank you for taking this time for yourself.
Go ahead and make sure that your phone is on silent,
That you've moved as many distractions out of your space as possible,
And are in a place where you can just be,
Listen,
Held,
And available to connect with yourself in this moment.
So go ahead and take a deep breath.
First exhale all the air out and breathe in.
And out.
And out.
And just listen to your own breathing.
Find a rhythm that feels good to you.
This can be done sitting or lying down.
Just listen to what works in this moment.
We will start and end with gratitude.
So in this moment,
Noticing a part of you that you want to appreciate,
This beautiful body,
The skin that you're in,
All of the support that it gives you every single day.
Think of a body part and send it some love.
Maybe you want to appreciate your feet for walking,
For moving in the world.
Maybe it's your hands,
Your eyes,
Your stomach,
Whatever feels good to you in this moment.
And wherever that focus is,
Take a breath and send it some love.
Imagine your love like a ball of light or a laser,
Shooting love into that space and just breathe.
And allow that light to grow bigger,
Expanding and contracting with your breath.
Noticing what it feels like to be you in your body at this moment.
If there's tension,
Let it be.
If there's joy,
Let it be.
Allow your shoulders to relax just a little bit more.
And go ahead and move a little bit,
Like just wiggle your fingers or move your torso.
Just notice what wants to wiggle.
And then sending love back to that place that you want to appreciate first.
As you settle into this space,
As you settle into this space,
Take a breath.
Feel the surface underneath you.
Feel the support.
Feel it holding you up.
Feel like you have nothing left to do.
Just take a breath and relax into it.
You are so held and supported,
Connecting with the love of the universe that lives inside of you.
We are stardust.
We are magic.
We are strong.
We are alive.
Notice what feels good in your body right now.
If you want to move or stretch,
There are no rules of how to do this right.
And now think of a part of you that you might have difficulty like.
You might feel like you're in a good mood,
That you might have difficulty loving,
Whether that lives in your mind or a part of your physical form.
And just notice it at first.
Notice if you tense up.
Notice if you get a little nervous or you're holding back.
And with that original target of love,
We're going to send an arrow towards that part of you that you've struggled to accept,
That you've struggled to love.
Sending that arrow straight into it,
Piercing through that doubt,
Piercing through that part of you that thinks it needs to be any different.
And owning this love,
Just breathe.
Notice what it feels like to let the love into that part.
And maybe even add some extra sparkle,
Invite it in to be surrounded with love,
With joy,
With respect,
With all these things that you truly,
Truly deserve.
Just breathe them in.
And maybe wrap it in your favorite color of light,
Loving that part of you.
And you can sparkle and stay there if that feels good,
Or join me in moving into your heart space.
So many people carry so much in their heart,
So much in their heart,

So much growth,
So much power,
And also so much heartbreak.
So we're just going to join each other in the heart space.
So again,
First just notice,
No right or wrong way to do this.
Just notice what it feels like in your heart right now.
And make space for that emotion.
Notice if it would feel good to open your chest and open that heart,
Or if it would feel good to put your hands over your heart and just breathe,
Feel your heartbeat.
You are a powerful being of love.
And again,
Invite in the support that you need right now,
Like an extra shot of joy,
Of gratitude,
Of grace,
Of ease,
Whatever feels good and right to you.
And again,
Invite your heart to just expand and control your heart.
And again,
Just feel the energy of your heart and invite your heart to just expand and contract as you breathe in and out.
And imagine holding your heart,
Like on both sides,
Soft hands,
Warm heart,
Cradling,
Holding space for,
Allowing,
And inviting in some of that sparkle,
Some of that joy,
Some of that gratitude.
Turn up the volume there.
See what it feels like to hold your heart in your hands,
To let it tell you what it needs to in this moment.
What is the wisdom it has for you today?
And just breathe.
And just breathe.
And see if that wisdom wants to become a mantra for you,
A short phrase you can repeat whenever you need it,
Whenever you want the reminder,
You are love.
You embody love.
Your entire being is filled with love.
And just breathe and allow it in.
Allow it just to be true in this moment.
And we'll take a deep breath together.
First exhale.
And breathe in all of that love filling your heart,
Filling your lungs,
Filling your torso,
All the way through your body.
And exhale.
One more good deep breath.
One more good deep breath.
Knowing you can come back to this place in this time,
Listening to this meditation as often as feels good.
And gently and slowly coming back into this space in this time,
Maybe that's touching your thighs to remind you of the gravity and the solidness of your body.
Maybe that's licking your lips,
Bringing you back into this room,
Noticing the beauty of your humanness in this moment and the wholeness of connecting to something bigger and deeper inside of you,
Connecting to love,
To all of who you are.
And as you open your eyes,
Know that you carry this with you always.
