Let's get comfortable lying on the floor or with our back up against the wall with some pillows maybe.
Whatever feels really good for you.
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Think about walking on a path.
This is your path to authenticity.
Maybe it's gravel or dirt.
Whatever it is,
Ground yourself on that path.
You're going to be here for just a few minutes walking with your loving energy of your heart.
Attending to yourself.
Think about what feels heavy for you.
What are you carrying?
Is it pain from being rejected or unseen by someone?
Is it pain from worry?
From letting go of someone you love?
Perhaps it's the pain from feeling trapped in your job or your marriage or a friendship.
Whatever it is that may be causing you pain.
Be with it.
Acknowledge the presence of this pain on the landscape of your heart.
Visualize what this pain may look like.
Is it a cloud of dusty energy?
Is it a cluster of rocks?
Then gather that,
Gather that energy and set it aside on your path.
Put it to the side for a moment.
Move all the people and the situations that are causing you pain and put them on the side of the path.
Now take a few deep breaths.
Be present with this energy.
What's coming just from your heart space.
Be present with your spirit on the path.
Feel the tender,
Loving care that your heart is giving you.
What does that energy look like?
Is it a glow of white light?
Are you being wrapped in a sheet of softness?
Is it warm?
Is it just coming around you?
Just keeping you safe and warm in this moment.
In this moment of stillness you are honoring the depth of your love and resilience.
You are allowing yourself to rest and recover.
Listen for your soul voice in this moment.
It may say,
Thank you,
Thank you so much for this moment of peace.
Or perhaps it's saying,
I don't want to be in that relationship anymore.
It hurts too much.
In this moment the truth of your heart is revealed and your soul calls to you.
Be with it.
Just be together for another few seconds.
Honoring each other.
Honoring this time,
This recovery.
Take another deep breath.
And thank yourself.
Thanks for being here.
