The intention of this meditation is to guide you into your inner landscape,

A place where you can connect with and understand the parts present in your system.

Take a couple deep breaths as you begin to gaze inward.

Call to your mind's eye the image of a space that is big enough,

Wide enough,

Spacious enough to hold all the parts within you.

It can be a clearing in the woods,

A place on a vast beach,

Maybe even outer space.

Somewhere where you feel that all of the parts of you can come together.

Notice if there is a part of you as you look around this space that seems most present now.

Maybe it speaks to you in words,

Maybe you feel its presence in sensations within your body.

Take some time to simply notice how this part of you presents itself.

What distinctions make itself known?

Maybe start to notice now how this part appears.

Does it have a shape or a size?

Is it an energy?

Does it look like a being?

Does it have an age?

Does it have a color or a temperature or a weight?

Getting clear on the visual sense of this part of you,

The felt sense of this part of you.

Are there any images that come to mind?

Any words that come to mind?

Any memories as you gaze upon this part of you?

Simply just taking the time to notice and be here as you get to know your system.

You may be noticing other parts present within this system as well.

Maybe they're speaking to you or appearing again with a different sensation or thought form or energetic presence as you gaze upon the first part.

You have the choice here to begin dialogue with any parts present,

But it's important to move forward with consent.

These parts of us may feel more comfortable to simply be,

To be witnessed.

That's okay.

But if they are open to beginning dialogue,

To getting to know one another,

See if you can find some way within this inner landscape that you have envisioned to initiate that contact.

Perhaps the observer,

The person listening to this recording envisions walking toward that part.

Again,

Being mindful of how this part receives you.

Checking in with that part as you approach.

Maybe making your intention clear to that part.

We're here to get to know you.

Is that okay?

Listening.

Perhaps you hear a voice of consent or perhaps you sense a openness to receive this connection.

Proceed accordingly.

And if there is that consent to move deeper,

Perhaps you ask,

What do you want me to know about you?

What is the job that you do?

What is the role that you play in my inner system?

You listen.

You receive this part's concerns,

This part's offerings of protection or concern for you,

The observer.

You honor what they share with you and their truth.

How long have you had to do this job?

Who taught you to do this job?

What do you fear would happen if you didn't do this job?

Just listening for those responses and being patient as you establish this maybe new,

Maybe old connection.

Is there anything that this part needs from me?

What can I do to help?

And again,

Listening,

Honoring,

Validating all that comes forward,

Receiving it with grace and gratitude.

Thank you.

Spend as much time with this part as you need.

Perhaps offering some sort of future alliance that you can sustain.

Offering words of steadiness,

Of ease for this part.

You don't have to work so hard.

I got this.

Thank you.

When you're ready in your own time and in your own way,

Tap back into yourself,

Your core self,

The observer of this landscape,

Of this system.

Take some deep breaths.

Notice with reverence the multitudes you contain,

How beautifully human you are.

And as you're ready,

You can gaze back out to the external landscape.

Be well.
