Welcome to your breathwork meditation dedicated to feeling lighter.

In this session,

We'll focus on finding balance through controlled inhales,

Exhales,

And gentle breath holds.

As you settle into a comfortable position,

Allow yourself to fully arrive in this present moment.

Close your eyes if you feel comfortable and begin by taking a few deep breaths,

Breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the mouth.

Throughout this session,

Remember to listen to your body and honor any sensations that might come up.

Let's get started.

Breathe in through the nose.

Breathe out through the lips.

Breathe in through the nose.

Breathe out through the lips.

Breathe in through the nose.

Breathe out through the lips.

Breathe in through the nose.

Breathe out through the lips.

Hold your breath at the bottom of your exhale.

Allow these breath holds to be an opportunity to invite in the feeling of being lightness.

Hold your breath at the bottom,

Allowing this hold to completely reset you from the crown of your head down to the bottoms of your feet.

Take a full breath in through the nose,

Full breath out through the lips.

Continue that flow.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Hold your breath.

Last and final breath hold here.

Can you relax the space between your eyebrows,

Between your jaw,

Between your shoulders?

Let it go.

Return to your regular rhythm of breathing.

Notice any images,

Sensations,

Feelings,

Sounds,

Smells that come up.

Giving yourself permission to embody feeling a little bit lighter.
