Hi and a warm welcome to our happy place meditation.
This meditation is a guided mantra meditation in which your happy place works as your mantra.
Your happy place will be the anchor to which you are always coming back to calm your mind.
Before we start I want you to choose a comfortable place where you can sit with your back supported.
Your back should be supported and your head should be free.
Your head should not lean against anything.
Ok cool,
Let's meditate together.
Just sit the way you were sitting before I said we are going to meditate.
Sit comfortably.
Sit super relaxed.
We are going into this meditation with a certain feeling.
Comfortable,
Calm and relaxed.
Rotate your shoulders back a few times and let your shoulders fall down.
A relaxed mind follows a relaxed body.
Remember thoughts are a natural part of every meditation.
Thoughts are a sign of stress relief.
Let thoughts come,
Have a positive but passive attitude towards the thoughts and let them go.
Now close your eyes.
Close your eyes and move your attention inwards.
Let's take a couple of breaths together.
Breathe in deeply through your nose into your belly and exhale through your mouth.
And when you exhale try to relax.
Let go of all tension.
Again breathe in deeply through your nose into your belly and exhale through your mouth and let go of all tension.
Exhale through your nose into your belly and exhale through your mouth.
Relax and let go.
Do that another three times for yourself in your own rhythm.
Well done.
Now breathe naturally.
Everything is neutral.
You are sitting neutrally.
You are breathing neutrally.
Everything is neutral.
Accept your thoughts.
Do not resist your thoughts.
Make friends with your thoughts,
Your feelings,
The noise around you or whatever else distracts you.
That's the attitude with which we go into this meditation.
Be grateful for your mind,
Your thoughts,
Neutral body,
Neutral breathing.
Now I would like to add one more thing to your meditation experience.
I want your awareness to rest on one place,
One location that makes you happy.
This can be your favorite spot on a beach or on a mountain or in your garden or at home.
Now find one place that makes you happy.
Good.
I guess you found your happy place and I did choose my words thoughtfully.
Let your awareness rest on that place that makes you happy.
Do not focus.
Do not concentrate.
Every time your mind wanders,
You come back to the place that makes you happy without effort.
Like your mind wanders effortlessly from one thought to another,
You can wander effortlessly to the place that makes you happy.
Now I leave you alone for a couple of minutes with your location that makes you happy.
Enjoy the silence.
Ou.

When you are ready then slowly open your eyes.
Congratulations,
You have just meditated.
Your mind does not send you thoughts or negative thoughts.
Stress is causing negative thoughts.
And then we sit down and meditate.
And we are heading back and we get rid of all this crap,
The stress.
That's why we have so many thoughts when we meditate.
We release stress.
Thoughts are like a speaker for our body.
Part of my job as a meditation teacher is to explain to you that your head,
Your mind and your thoughts are not your enemies but your allies.
Take that with you into the day.
Thanks and hear you next time.
