Hello,

Good morning.

It's time for our daily affirmation,

Inspiration,

And mindful journaling prompt.

Today we're on inspiration 360.

I let go of what I cannot change.

Accept the things that are beyond your control and focus on the things you can change.

You understand that holding on to negative emotions and thoughts only causes more stress and anxiety.

You choose to release them.

You practice mindfulness and self-compassion,

Treating yourself with kindness and understanding.

Your ability to let go of what you cannot change allows you to move forward with clarity and purpose.

You are motivated to take action on the things that you can change and to make a positive impact on the world.

This is so important because when we hold on to things,

It's clogging us up.

We're stuck.

I've known people,

You've known people who still identify with some trauma that happened years ago,

Decades ago.

They're holding on to that and they're not opening themselves up to allow things to be different.

Most the time people are afraid to let go because it's the fear of the unknowns.

Better the enemy you know than the friend you don't.

It's easier to be uncomfortable because you're familiar with that discomfort.

Letting go.

There's open space in our hearts and our spirits and our minds and we can take action on things that can truly make a difference in our lives.

We can start to see the opportunities that the universe is presenting us.

We can enjoy our lives more and have a more happy and fulfilled life.

Your mindful journaling prompt for today is,

How can I create more space for joy and growth in my life?

I'm actually part of a group right now and we are all picking our own thing that we want to work on.

One of the things that people can choose is decluttering and I tell you,

Cleaning stuff out makes a big difference.

I try to do it at least once a year but on top of that,

Every once in a while I just see something and I go,

Yeah I don't need that anymore.

It's got to go.

It doesn't even matter how insignificant it is.

It just needs to go and then there's space.
