Touch is a powerful indicator that we often use as a guiding force in our lives. We reach to touch the world around us but can miss the more subtle embrace of what surrounds us. The mind and heart have a relationship like this too, moving between grasping and gentle awareness. How do we find a collaboration by listening to the clear direction from the mind and the heart that seeks to be heard. This meditation starts with a short exercise to notice what holds your focus in the experience of touch, followed by a brief consideration of the alignment of the heart and mind.
