Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and try to relax,
Giving your body,
Your mind,
Your heart and your spirit permission to quiet down,
Giving yourself permission to listen.
Today's meditation is designed to help you become more self-aware when it comes to your eating habits,
To become mindful of what you eat,
When should you eat and when you should not eat,
Allowing your mind to be full of the right thoughts,
Of the right information and therefore aligning you with the right choices.
Now take a moment to just reflect upon your body and how do you feel about your body?
How does it feel to be in this body?
If you look at yourself in the mirror,
What do you see?
What are the thoughts and the feelings that arise?
Do you reject your body?
Do you reject only certain parts of your body?
Or are you able to appreciate and love your body?
The real question is,
Are you truly willing to learn how to appreciate and love your body?
Do you have resistance towards self-acceptance?
And reflecting upon your habits when it comes to eating,
What are some of the negative habits that you have ingrained in your subconscious that you know are not serving you?
The ones that you are aware of.
And what about the good habits?
The habits that are in alignment with your health,
Self-worth,
That make you feel good and empowered?
So just taking a moment to reflect upon how the rejection and the disconnection makes you feel and the embodiment and acceptance makes you feel.
The difference in thoughts,
In feelings and in energy.
We invite now a healthy version of you to step forward,
To channel information to you and through you,
So that moving forward you can make decisions from a place of clarity,
Self-empowerment,
But above everything else from a place of self-respect.
Now ask yourself,
How do I disrespect my body?
My choices?
And how does that manifest when it comes to food?
Why do I make these choices?
What do I gain from disrespecting myself?
And what do I lose from disrespecting myself?
Moving forward,
How do I begin to shift this frequency,
This subconscious programming?
How do I move forward,
Upwards?
What is the next step,
The next thought that I need to implement to make a healthier choice?
A more loving choice?
And now that I know this,
Now that I understand this,
What am I afraid will happen if I do change,
If I do begin to love myself and actually respect my body and my choices?
What am I willing to let go of,
To step forward,
To make space for the new?
Moving forward,
Understanding and having received the information that you have today,
It's very important that the next time you buy groceries,
You are at a restaurant or you're sitting at the table eating,
What is it that you need to tell yourself?
What is it that you need to make the right choices?
For some of you,
It may be to bless the food.
For some of you,
It may be declaring to yourself that you are strong.
For some of you,
It may be to learn to respect your body.
It may be to connect to the food,
To see the food from a different perspective.
Understanding that food is energy.
You become what you eat.
And so,
Who do you want to become?
And therefore,
What do you choose to eat?
And finally,
Inviting the empowered version of you to step forward and to assist you every time you wish to make the right decision for your body.
To invite them to talk to you through your intuition.
And that means you may need to take some time throughout your day to tap into that part of you,
To listen,
To ask,
And to be open and receptive.
Alright,
It is time now to slowly come out of this meditation,
Slowly,
Slowly expanding your awareness back into the space,
Back into your body,
Gently and slowly returning.
And as you return back,
Take a moment to say something kind to your mind,
To your heart and to your body.
Gratitude is the key.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes.
