Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes.

Get yourself comfortable.

Let go.

Relax.

Taking a moment to check in with yourself today.

See how you feel.

Is there any discomfort?

Any tightness in your body?

And checking in with your heart.

How does my heart feel today?

Maybe asking your heart,

What do you need from me today?

How can I assist you?

How can I nurture you?

Love you more today?

We are now going to go back to a time where something caused you pain and suffering.

Back to a memory and we are going to reprogram this memory so that it may become something that can serve us in the future.

And reprogram the subconscious beliefs.

So think about something that is causing you pain.

Something that is causing you quite a bit of suffering.

A memory,

A specific time that you are ready to let go of.

And in front of you now you will see a door.

This door grants us access to that memory,

To that time,

To that event.

Take a moment and now step through that door.

How old are you in this memory?

Where are you?

And remember this is not you reliving it.

You are observing your younger self relive it.

What time of the year was it?

Summer,

Winter,

Fall?

What was the weather like that day?

What time of the day was it?

What was the smell like in that space?

Who was with you?

I want you to walk into the scene now where the event happened and I want you to see it frozen.

At any moment you can freeze it.

But trust the process.

We will now play the event.

Watch the event occur.

And now let's rewind.

And now we are going to allow this memory to change.

We are going to invite this memory to be what we wished it was so that we may heal and rescue that aspect of ourselves that is still stuck here.

So how would you have liked this event to have happened?

Play it the way you wish.

Feel the love and the resolution.

Allow yourself to heal from this.

Allow yourself to receive the love and the support that you deserved.

Feeling that you were not alone.

And as that younger aspect of you finally receives the love and the healing step forward towards them.

Look at them in the eyes and hold their hands and say,

I am here.

I love you.

I will never abandon you.

You deserved so much better than what happened.

And I am so sorry that that happened to you.

But today,

Today everything changes.

You will no longer be alone.

You will no longer need to suffer.

You will no longer be in pain.

And see that other aspect of you smile and feel that release.

Feel the fulfillment,

The joy,

The words that they have dreamt to hear for so long.

Are you ready to join me?

And as they nod,

They begin to shine.

Shrink down to a beautiful ball of light.

And they gently merge with your heart.

Returning home.

Finding their place.

Home.

Peaceful.

Safe.

Loving home in your heart.

It's time now to come back.

Say goodbye to this place knowing that you have healed it and send it love.

Trusting that after today,

There will be more peace,

More love in your life because of this.

You say goodbye.

You find that door and you step through.

Closing that door.

There's a key in your pocket.

You grab that key and you lock that door.

Making the door disappear forever.

Gently beginning to return back into your body.

Back into the space.

Feeling your breath once again.

In and out.

In and out.

Feeling your lungs expand the cool air into your body and the warm air being released.

Take your time to come back.

Slowly,

Slowly returning.

And when it feels right,

You can gently open your eyes.
