Bring awareness to the breath, inhaling deeply to the base of your spine, and exhaling, releasing any tension residing in your back. Envision a soft, healing light gently enveloping the affected area, offering warmth and comfort. With each breath, visualize this healing light penetrating your spine, soothing inflammation and promoting a sense of ease. As you exhale, allow any pain or discomfort to dissipate. Picture your spine as a strong, flexible pillar supporting your well-being. Conclude the meditation with gratitude for your body's resilience and a commitment to nurturing your back with love and care. Carry this sense of spinal harmony into your day, fostering a renewed connection between your mind and the intricate architecture of your spine.

Hello,

Everyone,

And welcome to the meditation channel.

Get yourself in a comfortable position.

You can even lie down if you need,

And close your eyes.

Give yourself permission to relax,

To let go of any physical and mental tension.

Today's meditation is designed to help you heal,

To help you restore,

To help you understand.

Anything to do with a back injury,

Back problems,

Any issues or discomforts when it comes to your back.

Make sure to be comfortable during this meditation,

And if you are suffering or if you are in pain,

Just do your best.

And just taking a moment to scan your body from head to toe,

Just checking in with yourself,

Checking in with your body,

Telling your body that you are here,

That you are paying attention,

And that you are ready to listen.

And so once again,

Just notice if there is any tension,

And if there is,

Just invite that area of your body to relax.

It even helps visualizing just all of your muscles just melting,

Releasing,

And feel your breath,

And at each inhale you invite in peace and relaxation,

And on the out-breath you just allow and invite yourself to relax and release any tension.

In,

And let go,

In.

I want you now to connect to your back,

Connect to your spine,

Connect to that area of your body where you are having issues,

And if you are not quite sure what the issue is,

Just where the area of discomfort is.

Just bringing all of your focus and attention to that area,

And just noticing how it makes you feel when you bring your attention there.

Does it increase the pain or the discomfort?

And what type of discomfort and pain do you feel?

I want you now to communicate to this part of your body,

Entertain the idea that if your body could speak to you,

And so we are going to ask your injury some questions,

And I just want you to trust your intuition as to what you hear,

Even if it sounds crazy.

To my injury,

I invite you now to connect with me and to speak with me.

I am here,

I am ready to listen.

Is this injury connected to an emotional issue,

Trauma?

And if so,

Can you reveal to me what that issue or trauma is,

What it's connected to,

Whether it's a person,

An event,

An emotional block.

Maybe it's my environment.

I invite you now to help me understand you as best as I can.

I ask you now to reveal to me the first time this injury,

This issue was created,

When it started,

How it began.

Is this issue connected to some emotional trauma?

Is it connected to something that I'm holding on to and I'm unable to let go of,

Or a lesson?

And if so,

What?

Help me understand.

And finally,

What do you need from me to heal?

Is there something that I'm not doing,

That I'm not listening to,

That I'm not seeing when it comes to healing,

Restoring and repairing and nurturing you?

Help me see and understand how I can assist the healing process.

We are now going to call down a healing energy.

And I want you to visualize a beautiful white,

Green and blue light,

Shine above your head,

Entering the top of your head and moving down your spine.

As it enters your spine and each vertebra,

There is a sense of letting go,

Of surrender,

Of peace and relaxation.

And this is moving in and through your spine,

Through the bones,

The veins and the nervous system.

And we are going to invite this frequency now to heal the specific areas that need healing.

And if you are in pain,

That it allows and invites that area to release the tension and the pain.

So visualize these beautiful lights moving in and through your spine,

Repairing,

Restoring,

All the way down to the cellular level.

And with your breath,

Once again,

Keep relaxing and keep inviting and keep allowing.

Continue visualizing this light,

Restoring and repairing and activating your cells.

What does it feel like to be healed,

To feel better?

Invite that possibility into your mind,

Pain free,

What does that feel like?

And just seeing your spine beginning to glow,

See it healed,

See it being repaired and feel that relief,

That release.

And slowly,

Slowly,

That white,

Blue and green light gently begins to disappear and dissolve as the healing is complete.

And it's time for you to slowly come back,

Take your time,

Bringing your awareness back into your body,

Back into the space.

And when it feels right,

You can come back and open your eyes.
