In this meditation we will be cultivating the state of loving awareness through connection to our breath and the mantra, I AM LOVING AWARENESS. This meditation is ideal to get you out of your mind, and into the present moment. It will help you to get out of judgment and emotional reactivity and into a state of calmer loving awareness.

Welcome to today's loving awareness meditation.

Let us begin by finding a comfortable seat and ensuring that our spine and neck are straight and aligned.

When you are comfortable and settled down,

Gently close your eyes and start to focus on your breath turning to the present moment.

Begin to feel the sensation of your breath as you breathe in and out and notice how the breath moves through you with every rise and fall of your abdomen and chest.

With every passing breath,

Allow yourself,

Your body,

And your mind to relax.

With every passing breath,

Allow yourself,

Your mind,

And your body to let go.

Allow yourself to go beyond entering a state of awareness within and without where everything is and isn't all at once.

Continue deepening this connection and if you're not there yet,

Simply allow your awareness to rest with your breath and let everything else go.

Breathe.

Tune into your breath and allow yourself to let go of your mind,

Of your thinking mind,

In order to get to the space where you are simply being awareness in this present moment.

Now we are going to practice connecting to this state by using and repeating the mantra or the phrase,

I am loving awareness.

Repeat this affirmation after me either out loud or in your mind.

I am loving awareness.

I am loving awareness.

I am loving awareness.

I am loving awareness.

I am loving awareness.

I am loving awareness.

I am loving awareness.

I am loving awareness.

I am loving awareness.

Breathe.

This mantra,

This state of being leads you to love and everything you are aware of.

The sky,

The room you reside in,

Your body,

Other people.

Allow this mantra to open your heart and then allow it to fill you with awareness and unconditional love.

I am loving awareness.

I am loving awareness.

I am loving awareness.

I am loving awareness.

I am loving awareness.

Awareness.

I am loving awareness.

I am loving awareness.

I am loving awareness.

Loving awareness.

Awareness.

Residing in this space and this energy of loving awareness,

Smile.

This is the natural state of your being,

Of your soul.

Love and presence.

Let this energy really fill you up.

Allow yourself to bask in this state,

Noticing how your energy has shifted.

I am loving awareness.

Beautiful.

As we are nearing the end of our practice,

Allow yourself to remain in this state,

In this space as long as you need.

Allow yourself to soak up this energy and know that this state is always available for you.

But if you're ready to come back,

Gently return your awareness back to your breath,

Focusing on breathing more intently and then slowly returning back to your body back to your body and feeling the sensations,

Your limbs,

Returning to the room and the space that you occupy,

To your waking conscious awareness until you are ready to open your eyes.
