We talk about thoughts all the time,
Especially as a meditator we have this concept of not having thought,
Thoughtlessness is a good meditation.
So ask yourself a question as an honest scientist,
I wonder what would be my next thought?
Ask yourself,
I wonder what would be my next thought?
Many people would answer that as I was exploring this question,
Took a position,
Waiting for the thought and it didn't come for some time and when it didn't come for some time,
I may have experienced something called gap,
G-A-P,
Gap,
Gap between two thoughts.
Ask yourself the question again,
I wonder what would be my next thought and become the G-A-P.
In fact you are always the G-A-P,
It's just that the content of your awareness are so alluring that they take over,
Just that,
But you are always underneath the G-A-P.
My wish for you is to continue to visit this G-A-P as true honest scientist in this laboratory of your experience.
The only thing that you have,
The only thing that you can experiment on,
The only thing that can convince you,
Prove or disprove for you and see how peaceful it is,
How the fragrance is of this space,
Like the peacefulness and happiness,
Because it's your essential self and there is the sense of freedom and peacefulness here,
So continue to visit this G-A-P,
