Bringing your awareness to your body,

To your presence and become aware of the sensations at the surface of your body.

Sensations on the skin of your body and see the skin as one organ in fact skin is our biggest organ so see the entire surface of your skin as one organ which is feeling sensations.

Sensations on the top of your head.

Sensations on your face.

Sensations on your torso.

Sensations on your arms and hands.

Sensations on your legs,

The hips,

Eyes,

Knees and calf and feet.

All the sensations on one organ we call skin.

So become very effortlessly aware of your skin organ and all the sensations on it.

All the sensations are known equally,

Not pursued,

Not rejected,

To you the awareness is present as you are aware of all the sensations on your skin.

Very effortlessly.

And see how in your awareness the breath is known,

The breath is taken and you know that you are breathing.

So now the breath sensation and the sensation on your skin is part of your experience,

Is part of your,

This presence.

Equally become aware of all the sensations in your body,

So called inside the surface of the skin,

The sensations of your lungs as you breathe in and out,

Sensations of your stomach moving as you breathe in and out,

Sensations of your heart,

Sensations in your mouth and the sensations and perception behind your eyes.

And see how much is already taking place inside this body and you are effortlessly aware of it,

Effortlessly aware of all the patterns of lights behind your eyes,

Movements in your body,

Sensations on the skin,

The breath,

But now you are also aware of all the sounds,

So allow the awareness to become aware of all the sounds,

Perhaps to start with sounds present in your room,

In your environment,

Sounds coming from computer,

Sounds coming from outside of your room and see this sound as one soundscape,

One soundscape rising and falling,

Even has silence in it,

So see it as an energetic soundscape that is present in you,

See the soundscape as part of you,

The sound,

So called a distant sound is always known here in this awareness,

Thus allow it to be part of yourself,

Your experience,

You,

The presence,

So thus invite the entire soundscape to be part of your presence,

Just in the same way the body sensations is present in you,

The soundscape is present in you and experientially it makes sense,

In the same way all your thoughts,

All your storyline,

All our distractions,

All our mental chattering is also present in you,

You,

The presence,

See,

Confirm that,

As you sit here lightly,

Effortlessly,

Allowing your wisdom to explore my words,

See how all your mental activity is present in you and now,

Now that you have validated,

Confirmed that all of these experiences are here present in your presence,

Allow yourself to become a bigger basket,

Bigger basket of awareness that is holding all of these experiences as one energetic field in your field,

Your field of awareness,

The sound,

The sensations,

The mental chattering,

The whole life and see we haven't rejected anything,

We have only welcomed,

We have only said yes,

Everything that is and see how this openness to everything that is has expanded your sense of self,

The quality of this,

This presence is what now we are going to hold,

Prioritize and feature,

Nothing else,

Nothing special,

It's not that you have cultivated this,

It's not that you have created this,

You just become aware of this,

This ever-present energy of you knowing yourself,

Your life as it is right now,

Nothing special,

Nothing new,

Yet how intimate,

How intimate,

Not even a millimeter away from you,

All of it is here,

Now in you,

As you,

As your life,

So becoming aware of it,

Not prioritizing one experience over other experience but equally available to all of them at once,

Wide,

Open,

Transparent,

Ever-accepting awareness and just that,

Breath is known but you are not just the breath,

Body is known and you are not just the body,

Thoughts are known and you are beyond thoughts,

Sounds are heard,

Understood and you are beyond the sound,

All the sensations are felt,

Known,

Perceptions are felt,

Known,

Feelings are lived but you are not defined by them,

You essentially stay away from them,

Encapsulating them,

Aware of them,

So define yourself as that awareness that is watching,

Knowing and giving medium to all of these experiences to unfold,

See yourself as awareness that is giving medium to all of these experiences to unfold in you,

So you are like a wide,

Open,

Transparent,

Sky-like awareness watching inward into your own self as experiences effortlessly unfold and just that,

No control needed,

No practice needed,

No prerequisition needed,

Remain wide,

Remain open and if you find that the sensation or thought has narrowed down your scope of your awareness,

That's okay,

See how effortlessly you can again become the wide open awareness and as you explore this awareness in this context of seeing it as wide open,

Sky-like awareness,

Let's talk about what is attention,

Attention is made of two latin words are tendere,

Are means towards,

Tendere means to stretch,

When you pay attention to something,

Anything,

You are stretching your awareness,

So to speak,

To that object,

So if you pay attention to a particular sound,

You are stretching your awareness to that sound,

The sound is known and in this stretching,

In this attending,

You are narrowing your focus,

So the awareness forgets everything,

The whole presence,

The whole symphony of life and can attend one object,

One experience,

One sound,

One thought,

One person and it is important for us to have that functionality,

To have the ability of attention,

But what we are doing right now is not attention,

We are defocusing,

We are not attending anything,

We are allowing our awareness to fall on itself rather than stretching outside,

We are allowing our awareness to sink into its own heart and it's a very different way of meditating,

It is almost doing nothing,

In fact doing anything is an entrance here,

Because doing anything means attending to something,

We are not attending to anything,

We are not stretching our awareness to anything,

So very important to know the distinction between attention and defocusing in this experiential way,

In this real meaning of the word way,

So allow yourself to not attend to anything and see how by doing that you are available to everything,

It's like zero has become everything,

The emptiness has become all,

So see your tendency to attend to things,

Objects,

Sensations as they arise and see how the word attention,

Attendare is so true and see how you can let go of that tendency to attend to narrow your focus and see how easily you can come back to this openness,

So within your capacity to do that and so easy,

And it's not that you have become thoughtless,

It's not that life is not taking place right now,

But there is still that meditative peacefulness and resting here,

Just by allowing everything as it is to be present and you taking the throne of awareness above everything,

Beyond everything,

Not identified with anything and just like that you are meditating,

In fact all meditations aim is to be this wide open awareness,

Many have this progressive way of proceeding from attending,

Thus narrowing your attention down and then letting go of that thing that you are attending so that you become wide open awareness,

But this path is direct,

This path is directly becoming aware of your presence,

So continue to abide here as wideness,

Openness,

Awareness,

Continue to take breath in this,

Continue to smile in this,

Continue to allow all the experience to feature and then go in it,

And as you do this,

Know that there's nothing to reach,

Nothing to create,

Nothing to form any image,

There's nothing to change,

Nothing to control,

Nothing to obtain,

Notice that you are not waiting,

There is no next here,

There is really no next here,

There is only the is-ness here,

There is only the am-ness here,

And this is also known as timelessness,

Here moment doesn't exist because by both definition moment is something that starts and ends,

That when you sit like this,

When you experience your presence like this,

You won't be able to find the start of the moment and the end of the moment,

Everything is one everlasting timelessness,

You can't find a boundary of moments here,

So abide in this timelessness,

Do not combine the sense of self with anything imagined,

Any object,

Any thought or feeling,

And just like this here,

You are in a height of your own being,

Effortlessly,

And this is your true place and self,

And the peace is your fragrance,

The silence,

The unbound silence,

Just as you are,

And while everything is dynamic in this life like this,

You are still the stillness,

And how simple,

How natural,

The awareness never comes and never goes,

And when you open your eyes,

It may seem like the awareness is taken over by objects,

The sight will become busier,

And you may seem to lose this,

But you don't,

It is the same awareness that will become active,

And you will prioritize the objects,

So it may seem like it is forgotten,

But it is the same awareness that will continue to light all your experiences throughout the life,

With that recognition,

With your direct experiential knowing,

Whenever you open your eyes,

Try to hold on to this,

Try to hold on to this stillness in you as you engage with the world.
