Go ahead and sit or lay in a comfortable position.
And if you're comfortable,
Go ahead and flutter your eyes closed.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Feel your body.
Feel the areas where there's tension.
And don't judge it.
Just notice it.
And I want you to begin to breathe a little bit more deeply into those areas.
Send these areas love and compassion.
And gentleness.
Care.
And if some of that tension wants to stay,
Just let it.
Don't force anything to happen.
Just breathe.
And if you decided to press play on the specific meditation,
There's probably a lot of tension right now.
There's probably a list of things that you feel like you need to do.
There's maybe some self judgment about where you are and maybe even a little bit of self judgment about taking this time.
But just for the next few minutes,
I want you to let that go.
I want you to find a space.
Maybe within you,
Maybe outside of yourself that feels light.
Maybe that is a light.
Maybe a little candle deep in your heart or behind your forehead.
There's a tiny,
Tiny,
Tiny little bright star almost.
If you're struggling to find that within you,
Maybe just imagine the sun outside beaming over you.
Just breathe and focus.
And I want you to imagine that this light is currently contained and blocked by layers and layers of shoulds.
For some reason,
There's these kind of walls around it that say who you should be,
What you should be doing,
What a good person should be,
What a successful person should be doing,
What a good mom or father's daughter or family member should be.
And these walls seem thick and heavy.
But I want you to now,
From this light perspective,
This external view,
I want you to see it for what it is.
It's a suggestion.
It was somebody's opinion.
It was a judgment.
It was a thought.
It was a comment you heard.
And all those things have very little substance at all.
They're all completely optional.
You don't have to carry them.
They don't have to be part of you.
So if you want,
Right now,
Brick by brick,
You can tear it down.
You can smash it down.
You can bulldoze it down.
This light that's now shining brighter because it's not obstructed is who you truly are.
It's your beingness.
It's your authentic truth.
It's your light.
And there is nothing you need to do.
There's nothing else you need to be.
There is no shoulds.
There's just you shining bright.
And anytime you forget this,
I want you to look at the sky and see how bright the sun shines or see how beautiful the stars light up the sky.
And they never think I should be brighter.
I should be somewhere else.
I should be doing something differently.
They just are.
And if they weren't,
Well,
We wouldn't exist here on earth because their beingness is so necessary.
And you being exactly who you are,
Where you are,
Doing what you do is perfect for us.
We need your light.
So just breathe.
I know that the art of just being is so delicate.
And the more you come back to it,
The more you'll tap into the truth of who you are and the knowingness that that's enough.
So that success that you're seeking is good.
It's okay.
But it's not everything.
You're everything already.
So don't put so much weight on the outcomes,
On the destination.
You're right here,
Right now.
It's a beautiful miracle.
And that fear of failure,
Again,
Doesn't really matter.
So what?
You're here,
Right now.
That's the most beautiful place you could be.
Thank you on behalf of the whole world for taking this time to recognize your light.
My name is Myralene,
And I see and honor the light in you.
Namaste.
