Today I want to delve into the idea that everything is a story. And when I say “everything is a story” I mean EVERYTHING is a story…from the minutia of what that post-it pad on your desk means to the real life-changing effects of how and why your mother withholds love. You might be wondering why we’re discussing this concept. For those who haven’t followed my previous discussions, I often facilitate non-duality gatherings, and one recurring theme we explore in these is the idea that everything is a story.

So, let’s get into it and start by looking at the essence of what constitutes a story.
