As you find yourself either seated at your desk or walking to your next appointment,

Take a moment to connect to the present moment.

Not looking into the past,

Not looking into the future,

Just stay in the here and now.

Take a moment to tune inwards,

Connecting to yourself.

Not what is currently present,

Which thoughts and emotions show up.

Give space to anything that arises without the need to make changes.

Now take a moment to feel into your body.

Note the shape your body is in.

Note any tension or clenching of the teeth,

Your hands or toes.

And then see if you can soften just a tiny bit.

Let's say one percent more relaxed.

Soft shoulders,

Soft fingers.

Relax your face,

Your lips.

Dropping the jar and create space between the jar line.

Soften your gaze.

And create space between the jar line.

Soften your gaze.

Now focus for a moment on your natural breath.

Note your natural spontaneous breath and how it flows in and out of your body.

Now take a moment to breathe.

Together,

Let's take three deep breaths.

Breathing through the nose in and exhaling long,

Long out.

Inhale new energy and exhale release tension,

Thoughts and any emotions that don't serve anymore.

A last one.

Inhale and softly breathing out.

You're now all set to continue your day to wherever it takes you.

Perfect for a quick break! Helps you focus on the present, your body and breath, and it's just as effective as a longer meditation, thank you ❤️
