Welcome.

Let's begin.

Let the feeling of the earth drawing you down,

Drawing you into her,

Bring your awareness into your body and feel the relationship of your bones with gravity.

You have this sense of the skeleton,

The bones like supports that run straight up through the middle of all of your embodied parts.

And then your organs,

Belly organs,

Lungs,

Heart,

Brain,

They're also heavy.

When your back's relatively straight,

They drop straight down.

Sometimes there's tension that's kind of holding everything up and you can just let that tension go and let everything fall towards the earth.

And you can know also that your heart and your circulatory system connects everything.

Every part of your body is connected to your heart through the veins,

Arteries,

Blood vessels,

Capillaries,

The passage of blood and dangling down from your brain,

Your nervous system connects everything and the breath infuses everything.

Your whole body pulses,

Your whole body breathes,

Your whole body feels.

You feel,

You feelantis,

Pig Carnegie.

Mmm.

.

.

.

.

Your whole body pulses life force,

Fluid,

Blood.

Your whole body breathes in nourishment and draws nourishment into itself,

Releasing what it doesn't need.

And your whole body is sensitive,

Awake,

Pulsing,

Breathing,

And feeling.

Your whole body is sensitive,

Awake,

Pulsing,

Breathing,

And feeling.

Your whole body breathes in nourishment and draws nourishment into itself,

Releasing what it doesn't need.

Your whole body breathes in nourishment and draws nourishment into itself,

Releasing what it doesn't need.

Your whole body breathes in nourishment and draws nourishment into itself,

Releasing what it doesn't need.

Your whole body breathes in nourishment and draws nourishment into itself,

Releasing what it doesn't need.

Your whole body breathes in nourishment and draws nourishment into itself,

Releasing what it doesn't need.

The Devi Mahatmya,

An ancient text of the yoga tradition,

Tells the story of the devas,

The radiant ones,

Who have been kicked out of heaven.

And they call out to the Devi.

And they say,

Ya Devi,

That feminine radiance,

Ya Devi Sarva Bhuteshu,

Inside of every element of existence,

Buddhirupena samstita,

Is established,

Is rooted as the form of wisdom,

Intelligence,

Understanding.

And that radiance is wisdom,

Our faculty of wisdom.

She is there inside us,

Inside of all things,

Sarva Bhuteshu.

The capacity to know and understand is Her.

.

The devas also say,

Ya Devi Sarva Bhuteshu,

Nidra-rupe-ena samstita.

That Devi,

Who is inside of all things,

Is the form of sleep.

Sleep has this quality of drawing us into itself.

We can't make ourselves go to sleep.

Sleep envelops us.

This is Her.

Maybe now you can feel that tendency,

That feeling of the gravity of sleep.

This is Her.

Ya Devi,

That Devi,

That feminine radiance.

And they say,

Ya Devi Sarva Bhuteshu kshantarupena samstita.

She is hunger.

Hunger of the body,

Hunger of the mind,

Hunger of the heart.

That is Her.

The word Devi means radiant one,

Shining one.

So that's what She is.

She shines inside all things,

Inside of us.

As hunger,

As wisdom,

As sleep,

As the shadow,

As shakti,

Power.

All these things that we typically think of as mine.

My wisdom,

My shadow,

My power,

My hunger,

My thirst.

My humility,

My good fortune.

These are Her.

She shines there.

Every thought is Her.

Vritti-rupe-ena samstita.

Every thought is Her.

Every memory.

Smriti-rupe-ena samstita.

Every memory is Her.

Vritti-rupe-ena samstita.

Ya Devi Sarva Bhuteshu kshantarupena samstita.

Namastasya namastasya namastasya namo nama.

She may be the object of our faith,

Of our belief,

But She also is the faith itself.

That which we place in our heart,

That which we believe in and shape our lives around may be Her,

But She's actually the belief itself.

The capacity to believe.

She is compassion.

She is contentment and peace.

And inside of all beings,

She lives as Mother.

Ya Devi Sarva Bhuteshu matri-rupe-ena samstita.

Namastasya namastasya namastasya namo nama.

Vritti-rupe-ena samstita.

And the last thing the devas say of the Divine Mother who lives within all creation,

Who lives within us.

Ya Devi Sarva Bhuteshu prantirupena samstita.

She who is error,

Mistake,

Misjudgment,

Misunderstanding.

Even our mistakes are Her.

Even our confusion is Her.

And they say,

Namastasya namastasya namo nama.

We worship,

We bow,

We honor that radiant,

Divine feminine inside of us,

Inside of everything.

Namastasya namastasya namastasya namo nama.

This divine radiance in you is in everything.

And so as you transition to a interactional awareness,

Everything that you hear,

Everything that you see,

Everything that you touch,

Every person around you,

It's all Her.

May your day be blessed with that experience.

When you're ready,

Allow your eyes to open.

Take in the world around you.

Thanks.
