Let's begin.

Just allow yourself to softly settle in to your body.

Let the sensation of gravity draw your awareness down.

I say down because mostly we live in our minds,

In our heads.

Let the sensation of gravity draw your awareness down from your head.

You can follow the breath down too.

Down through your face,

Your throat,

And into your heart.

And when you get close to your heart,

Maybe you can feel that the heart has its own gravity.

You don't have to use effort to fix your awareness there.

You can just rest it,

Rest your awareness in your heart and let it be drawn in.

There's the physical muscle of your heart beating,

Drawing oxygen from the lungs,

Pumping it through the arteries,

Drawing deoxygenated blood back from the veins.

It pumps in this spiraling,

Spinning pulsation.

See if you can feel that physically.

That's it.

Inside the physicality of the heart is the layer of the heart's emotional balance.

The ebbs and flows and peaks and valleys of emotion of all kinds.

Happy,

Sad,

Afraid,

Safe,

Peaceful,

Agitated.

They're all in there.

Sometimes circumstances draw one out,

Emphasize one,

But they're all there.

Notice what's there on the emotional level in your heart.

No evaluation.

Don't analyze.

Just look.

You inside the emotional layer,

Which is more fluid or changing.

There's your heart's understanding,

Making sense of information.

It's like the mind of the heart taking in what's going on and making sense of it.

Deeper inside of the mind of the heart is the heart's wisdom,

The heart's ability to know another from the inside,

To look at another person and experience resonance with them,

To understand them deeply.

The heart's wisdom is confident and clear and sure,

Unhesitating.

And if there's hesitation about the heart's wisdom,

That's coming from somewhere else.

And underneath that is just the joy of existing.

Joy that has no end,

No purpose,

No attachment,

Just the delight of being.

This is what exists in the depth of your heart and is covered by all these other layers.

This pure,

Expansive,

Radiant joy.

Victory….

See if you can yield the more outer layers of your heart to the deeper layers.

Field meaning surrender,

Offer,

Make them less important,

Give them less substance.

It's like in the depth of your heart,

The joy of the fire burning and you can offer all the outer layers to the inner layer.

Place them in the fire.

Allow them to be transformed and purified so that instead of blocking that light,

The light of simple,

The light of being,

Instead of obscuring it,

They reflect it.

This isn't a linear one time move.

It's a stance.

It's a position offering the outer layers to the deepest truth of your being.

And that experience of that deep joy might be flickering.

It might be just out of reach.

And even if you can't feel it,

Just know it's there or believe it's there or assume it's there or hope it's there.

And ask it to transform your being into a reflection of itself,

A clear reflection of unto HAaerona.

You you you you surrender your thoughts offer them to the flame of your deeper being surrender your preferences surrender your anxieties your opinions offer all these outer forms that can solidify in the frontal being,

The outer being offer them all to the depths of the undying fire of joy undying fire pure to life in the center,

The axis of your being you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you are a being of infinite awake peaceful delight,

The delight of existence expressing itself this is the meaning of the Sanskrit word sat-chit-ananda the endless reality of awake pure delight and then all these layers pile on top of that and shape the embodied being,

The personality that we experience ourselves to be in this moment instead of trying to perfect or protect the personality,

We offer the personality to the flame in the center of our being we release it and we let the flames of joy transform it we invite the flames of joy to shine through it like a clear window,

Like a clear plate of glass and as we begin to transition out of the meditation,

Maybe we can feel the gravity of the personality drawing our attention to it and away from the depth of our hearts we can try to maintain that connection,

We can try to maintain an awareness,

A felt sense,

Experience of the flame of our deeper being and its capacity to radiate and shine out through us under any circumstances letting your breath be a kind of anchor as you transition your breath flows from the depth of you to the surface as you navigate to that space,

You can rest on it as you slowly transition to an outer awareness with open eyes may your day be blessed,

May you share the joy of your infinite radiance with the world around you
