Hello and welcome to this biofuel tuning session.
My name is Matti Stegman and I am a certified biofuel tuning practitioner based in Amsterdam.
Biofuel tuning is a sound therapy method that uses tuning forks on and around the body to help you relax and breathe more deeply and come into a deeper presence.
Using tuning forks I will be working around your body,
Finding sticky areas where the energy doesn't flow as freely as it should.
And by giving your body acoustic feedback from the tuning forks,
The body can bring itself back into a state of coherence and harmony.
The session that you are about to experience is a recorded session from a couple of months back and the theme for today is tuning the root.
I advise you to find a quiet place where you can lay down and you won't be disturbed.
Make your space feel comfortable for you.
Use a blanket or a cushion if you need.
And for better audio quality you can use your headphones.
You will hear me take deep grounding breaths during this session and I recommend you do the same.
Taking a big breath in through the nose and as you exhale through the mouth you set the intention to release anything you don't need through your feet.
And we're going to start taking a couple of breaths together.
Today I'm going to do something different.
I'm going to activate the tuning fork as we take a couple of breaths so that you start tuning into yourself,
Arriving in the place that you're at at this moment,
Starting to connect deeper and deeper within yourself.
And if you feel like adjusting to find your comfort,
Adjusting your body,
Adjusting yourself,
Feel free to do so.
Maybe take a couple of deep breaths and a sigh to start settling into the place that you're in at this moment.
And I'm going to guide you to activate your own body,
Your own physical body.
So you're going to bring your attention to your left foot and breathe into your left foot and bring this resonance of the tuning fork,
Make it resonate in your left foot at this moment.
Now bring your attention to your right foot and have the resonance of the tuning fork vibrate in your right foot.
Bringing your attention to your left knee,
Taking a deep breath into your left knee and releasing any tension that you might feel.
Bringing your attention to your right knee and doing the same thing,
Letting the vibration of the tuning fork activate your right knee and releasing any tension there.
Bring your attention to your hips,
First your left hip.
Maybe you feel like moving a little bit just to bring some mobility into the hips and activate your left hip.
And now bring your attention to your right,
The right hip.
How does it feel?
That right hip needs a bit of attention,
I'm feeling.
Maybe we'll start tuning there today.
Maybe taking a deep sigh into the right knee,
The right hip,
Sorry.
And releasing your right side.
Bring your attention to your chest,
Your heart chakra.
Hummm.
Activate your heart.
Hummm.
Wow,
There's a lot of power in the heart today.
There's a lot of love,
A lot of compassion there.
Open up,
Open yourself to the love,
The self care showing up for yourself today.
And bring your attention to your shoulders,
Your left shoulder.
And activate your left shoulder.
And activate your right shoulder.
Bringing your attention and your breath to your right shoulder.
And bring your attention to your crown,
The top of your head.
And join your crown and your pelvis in one straight line.
Maybe you take a deep sigh from your crown all the way zipping your system down to your root chakra.
Hummmm.
Yeah,
That feels right.
Let's do this together a couple of times.
Your attention in your crown and you're going to sigh all the way from your crown to your root.
Hummm.
And if it's early in the morning for you,
You can also very softly hum.
Hummm.
Just bring some energy into your voice.
Hummm.
Nice.
That's really nice to zip in.
Zip in and tune into yourself.
We're going to start grounding the system.
So now that your system is a bit more vibrant,
A bit more open,
Let's bring the attention to the feet.
I'm going to lower the camera a little bit so you can see myself.
Bring your attention to your feet,
To the area in between your feet.
And sense a little bit what's happening there.
How does that feel?
How does it feel,
The area in between your feet?
It feels like the tuning fork needs to do some work here.
So if you're feeling a bit of resistance,
That's totally normal.
Just use your intention to open your system up.
Know that you're safe.
You're safe in the comfort of your home,
In your own energetic bubble.
And you're opening up to connecting to the deeper layers of yourself.
You're opening yourself up to connecting to your physical body,
To the earth,
To your ground.
Maybe with all the holiday season,
The past few days,
You've been around a lot of people and you feel a bit disorganized.
You feel a bit as if you're taking on the energy of others.
That can happen.
So just with compassion,
Just give back to others what is from the others.
As if you're sending the energy back with every in and out breath.
You're cleaning your energy system of energy of others.
Yeah,
And the tuning fork is now vibrating lighter and brighter.
So this is correct.
You've been taking on some energy of your environment.
And maybe the system is a bit exhausted.
So give yourself some tender and care,
Tenderness and care.
And you do that through breathing,
Breathing deep into the body and releasing anything that you don't deserve at this moment.
Release that into the earth.
Mother Earth is ready to receive that energy and transform it and bring it back to you in the form of vitality and support.
Just continue working with your breath as you allow your system to become more grounded,
More connected to the earth,
More connected to the present moment.
I'm flowing here with a lot of safety,
Safety for yourself,
Safety for where you're at at this moment in your journey.
And surrendering as well,
Surrendering to your own unique path.
So that you can tap into that inner power,
That inner seed,
Your unique seed of light.
Yeah,
That's it.
Bringing some kindness in the energy,
Some kindness in the field.
Oh,
Interesting.
So I'm sensing here a bit of the energy of structure and rigidity.
It feels as if there's a bit of a rigid structure in the grounding of the system.
And this invites me to just bring up the question,
How flexible do you remain in your life?
How flexible do you remain with things that just happen in your daily life?
Are you able to bring a bit more flexibility in your system?
Are you maybe scared of losing a bit of the control if you bring flexibility in your system?
So let's get grounded in that flexibility.
Yeah,
That flexibility really brings lightness and compassion and care for yourself.
Hmm,
Beautiful.
So the system feels now much brighter,
Much more grounded.
So let's start visualizing these energetic roots growing from our feet,
Connecting to the center of the earth.
Yeah,
Well done.
That's really,
Really powerful,
Really grounding.
I'm feeling my own feet tintling with the vibration and the power of this ground.
Wow.
And invite the energy of the earth,
Invite it in,
Invite it in your system.
Especially if you've been quite busy in your head in the past few days,
Then you will benefit a lot from this energy.
You will benefit from the energy of the earth flowing at this very moment,
Flowing into your system.
And allow this energy to flow all the way up your central channel,
All the way up to your crown.
And if you're joining in the session just at this moment,
Just lay back,
Lay down and enjoy the sound of the tuning fork as you get grounded and present in this moment.
Beautiful.
That tone,
That tone is really,
Really nice and powerful now.
So we're going to bring our attention to the top of your head,
Our crown.
Take a couple of deep breaths into the crown.
And I want you to visualize an orb of light hanging right above your crown.
And with every breath you're going to bring this orb of light higher in your system.
You're going to create some room,
Some space for your mental thoughts,
Some room in your mind,
Releasing a bit of the pressure,
Pressure of the conversations that you've been having these past few days.
Trying to let that analytical part of ourselves,
Letting this part take the back seat for a moment.
Yeah.
So with every in and out breath you're going to bring this orb of light higher until it sits about one meter from your crown.
Half,
Between half a meter and a meter.
Just give yourself the room that you need.
Well,
How much room do you need in your thoughts in your mind at this moment?
There's a bit also the energy of worry creeping in in the field.
So just invite it in.
If you're feeling worried about something,
Invite it in.
Don't fight it.
Don't resist it.
It's just bringing you information.
The more that you fight this worry,
The more that it becomes like a hamster wheel.
So let's see if you can really take a couple of deep breaths.
And discharge through the feet.
Let's do that three times.
In.
In.
And out.
One last time.
Beautiful.
There's a lot of vulnerability in not knowing.
Not knowing what's going to happen,
And not knowing what the next step is.
There's a lot of vulnerability.
And in that vulnerability,
There's a lot of creation,
A lot of creativity.
Creativity that is not driven by our ego,
But creativity that really flows from from the most essential part of our being.
So letting go of that worry helps you tap into that place of vulnerability and that place of creativity.
And that creativity,
Believe me,
It brings so much flow into the system.
So really allow this flow to drop in through the crown and travel through your whole spine all the way from your crown to your feet.
Just washing away any traces of worry,
And awakening deep,
Deep,
Meaningful creativity.
And tap into that power.
That is your own power.
Yes,
Look how bright that tuning fork is.
Allow yourself to vibrate in this way.
Beautiful.
Really beautiful.
So take a couple of deep breaths to sense how you're feeling at this moment.
What are you noticing in your field?
And slowly bring your attention to your pelvic floor.
We're going to be tuning our root chakra today,
Connected to our feeling of home within us.
So I ask you to bring your breath as deep as you can in the body as you bring your attention to your pelvic floor,
Your root chakra,
And particularly at this moment on your right side.
I'm going to start tuning the right side of the root.
And the right side of the root relates to feelings of busyness,
Overthinking,
Overdoing.
So allow yourself to find rest,
To find well-deserved rest at this moment.
And indeed the tuning fork is giving me a bit of a soft signal.
So it just means that a lot of energy has been expended in the last few days,
Last few weeks,
In doing,
Doing,
Doing,
Pushing,
Pushing.
And this is normal at the end of the year when we're all very,
Very busy.
So let's just thank our bodies.
Let's thank our bodies for how much they do for us.
How much energy they can use to help us accomplish our everything that we want in life,
Our goals.
So bringing here the energy of gratitude for our bodies.
Maybe you want to say it out loud.
Hey body,
I thank you.
I thank you for everything that you help me achieve.
And that's already picking up a tiny bit.
And check in with yourself that you're not holding your breath but you're allowing to create room in your lower belly,
Your pelvic floor.
And again here at the right side there's a bit this hamster wheel of overthinking that is creeping in again.
So I'm going to bring a bit of a different vibration into the field.
It's a deeper vibration to really bring some softness into the brain,
Into the mind.
Some release.
And you might be feeling a bit of discomfort with this frequency and that's normal.
It's just showing your body and showing your mind how much energy it's using and overthinking and being in the mind.
And if where you're at at this moment you feel like using some sound to release,
Please feel free to do so.
Maybe a grunt.
Maybe a shake.
Maybe you want to shake your body.
And check in with yourself.
Check in how's your energy feeling at this moment.
How's your body feeling at this moment.
And just take it in.
Take the sound of the tuning fork.
Allow it to vibrate in your whole body.
And if you're just joining this session or you have in the past few minutes,
Just lay back and enjoy the sound of the fork and remain curious as to where do you feel it?
Where do you feel it in your body?
What do you notice?
You don't need to do anything.
Just remain connected to yourself and remain breathing.
And here as you remain in this deep,
Deep state of coherence within yourself,
I want us,
I want us as a collective today to bring some light to everyone who's been displaced from their homes in this last year.
Through any circumstance that has been going worldwide or locally or personally,
Let's create this network of love and compassion for anyone who has been displaced from their homes,
For anyone who has lost a home,
For anyone who's feeling helpless.
So let's bring this beam of light with our intention.
And let's offer this light,
This love,
This compassion to anyone who's in need at this moment.
Namé.
You're going to now slowly bring your attention to the left side of your root chakra.
And you're going to also bring your breath to that place.
And check with yourself,
How is the left feeling in comparison to the right?
The left side of the root chakra usually holds information about our needs,
Everything that we want to be doing or having,
Also our unmet needs.
So give yourself the time right now to maybe let it spontaneously come up for you.
What are you needing at this moment?
What do you need?
And bring this energy into your system.
To do so,
You just flow with the intention.
This energy is already part of your system.
This energy is already flowing all the way into your system,
All the way into your life.
So maybe this is a greater sense of abundance,
A greater state of joy,
Of being,
More confidence,
Being fully grounded in your confidence and who you are.
This energy is already flowing into your system because you're inviting it in right now,
At this very moment.
It feels like there's a big release needed here.
Take a big breath in and out.
There you go.
With every release,
You just let your unique essence shine through.
You're releasing the control of your ego,
The control of your mind,
And you're allowing this greater sense of light,
Of unique light,
To shine through.
And here,
A little bit of what's coming up is some fear.
And this fear is related to not having,
Not having enough.
So really breathe into.
.
.
If that's coming up for you,
If that's resonating with you,
Then just breathe into it.
And know that this fear is coming up because you're not aware of it.
And know that this fear is normal,
Is allowed to be there,
But it's not connected to your identity.
It's not connected to your reality of who you are,
In essence.
In essence,
You are an abundant being,
Full stop.
So understanding that material needs are also a form of energy,
And energy needs to flow,
Then you also can bring a greater state of abundance in your life by letting these forms of material needs,
Call it money,
Call it food,
Call it anything that you need in the material world,
To opening yourself to giving more,
And to also receiving more.
You're worthy of receiving more,
And you're kind to also give more.
And by doing that,
You bring this energy in circulation in your life.
And therefore,
This fear of missing something,
Fear of not having enough,
Having enough flows away.
So here I'm really flowing with the energy of worth,
Worthiness,
Abundance.
That is your birthright to live in a state of worthiness and abundance.
There's no competition.
There's no competition with others.
This is your own unique life.
You don't need to be comparing yourself.
So if there's some limiting beliefs that take you to compare yourself with others,
Use your intention of this moment to let them go.
Because the more you embrace your uniqueness,
The more,
And the less actually that you need to compete with others,
And the more secure and confident you are in who you are.
It's really giving a strong signal now,
The tuning fork.
So bringing this energy into the body now.
You might be feeling tinkling going down your legs,
To your feet,
Or tinkling in your pelvic area,
Your hips.
So take a deep breath in for me.
And out.
And in.
And out.
Beautiful.
And that adjustment is done.
So check in with yourself.
How does it feel?
How does your right side feel?
How does your left side feel?
What are you noticing at this moment?
What are you noticing in your breath,
In your state of being at this moment?
And I'm going to bring the bowl to trace some infinity signs above your body.
And this is going to help integrate the energy that we moved today.
Also,
Closing your field and balancing your field.
Right and left.
And my field now.
Much more in balance.
Connecting you to your higher purpose,
To your higher self at this moment.
Tickle through the feet.
Tickle your body with this beautiful vibration,
With this blanket of sound.
As you slowly start bringing your attention back to the room around you.
Start bringing some movement into your feet.
Some movement into your hands.
As if waking up from a dream.
Move your neck,
Move your shoulders.
Take a couple of deep breaths.
As you slowly open your eyes and take a bit of the light and a bit of the surrounding area.
Maybe bring your hands to your heart and thank yourself for being here today,
For joining this session.
And take your time.
Nobody's rushing you.
I'm just going to talk a tiny bit about self-awareness.
Self-care for after the session.
When we use sound or any type of energy work,
But particularly sound,
It's really important for you for the next couple of days to drink a lot of water.
And I always share this image of when we have a metal that is a bit rusty and dirty,
We put it into this charged water with electrodes.
And with this electricity and vibration going through the metal,
The rust starts falling off.
And that's exactly what happens with our cells when we do a sound session,
A sound healing session.
The sound is vibrating deep within us until our cells,
To our cellular level.
So by drinking water,
You're allowing your system to release anything that you don't deserve anymore.
All that rust that has been covering your cells.
So it's really important to drink water and to really listen to your needs.
We worked on the first chakra.
First chakra has a lot to do with needs,
With what you need at this moment.
So maybe,
You know,
You'll dream a bit more tonight or you'll have a bit of insights coming in the next 24-48 hours.
So really write them down or be open to receiving any insights from this session.
