Hello and welcome to this biofuel tuning session.

My name is Matti Stegman and I am a certified biofuel tuning practitioner based in Amsterdam.

Biofuel tuning is a sound therapy method that uses tuning forks on and around the body to help you relax and breathe more deeply and come into a deeper presence.

Using tuning forks I will be working around your body,

Finding sticky areas where the energy doesn't flow as freely as it should.

And by giving your body acoustic feedback from the tuning forks,

The body can bring itself back into a state of coherence and harmony.

The session that you are about to experience is a recorded session from a couple of months back and the theme for today is personal power.

I advise you to find a quiet place where you can lay down and you won't be disturbed.

Make your space feel comfortable for you.

Use a blanket or a cushion if you need.

And for better audio quality you can use your headphones.

You will hear me take deep grounding breaths during this session and I recommend you do the same.

Taking a big breath in through the nose and as you exhale through the mouth you set the intention to release anything you don't need through your feet.

And now you can lay down in the comfort of your space and close your eyes as I guide you in this biofuel tuning session.

And we're going to start taking a deep breath together.

Into the belly and releasing through the feet.

Breathing again into the belly and out through the feet.

And one more time you're going to breathe into the belly and release into the ground as you release your weight into the ground.

And settle down wherever you are.

And we're going to start activating the body.

So we're going to start bringing our attention to our left foot.

So bring your breath and your attention to the left foot.

And maybe we're going to hum activating our left foot.

Maybe we'll do that one again.

Now bringing our attention to our right foot.

Breathing into the right foot and also activating our right foot with sound.

Bringing our attention to the left knee.

Bringing some sound to the left knee.

I'm doing the same thing with the right knee.

Bringing our attention to our left hip and activating our left hip.

This helps you get settled in and grounded.

Opening up your body.

Bringing your attention to your right hip.

Bringing now your attention to your left shoulder and to your right shoulder.

Directing to your heart chakra and bringing some resonance into your heart.

Opening up the heart one more time.

Bringing some resonance there.

Now bringing the attention to the top of your crown.

Top of your head.

And activating the top of your head,

Your crown.

Beautiful.

I'm gonna proceed to ground your system.

So you're gonna bring your attention to your feet.

You're gonna imagine that there is a big ball of light between your feet.

Maybe some of you are holding your breath.

So if you feel you're holding your breath,

Just maybe bring some movement into your hips and movement into your feet.

Yeah that feels a bit more released.

Slowly start bringing this ball of light lower and lower under your feet.

Every breath in and out you're bringing this ball of light lower into your body,

Into your field.

Maybe for some of you it's tough to really connect to the body and feel grounded.

So maybe your grounding today needs a tiny bit more attention.

It really feels that the sound here is getting absorbed quite a lot.

So let's bring some light,

Some love,

Some compassion into ourselves,

Into our bodies.

And not being afraid of your own personal power.

So really here,

Washing away that fear of connecting to your personal power.

Maybe putting a statement,

An intention here.

I am grounded in my light.

I am grounded in my personal power.

I trust myself.

I trust my personal power and I embrace it fully.

Take a deep breath.

Maybe on the out-breath you sigh.

So as to release any fear that is keeping you from connecting to your light,

To your power.

That is sounding much brighter now.

So the tuning fork is saying yes,

Absolutely.

Let's wash away that fear.

There's no point in being fearful about our light.

The reason why you showed up today to this session is because you have an immense power within you.

And this power you need to radiate to your community,

To the people around you.

So taking a couple more deep breaths in and out.

Washing away any remnant of fear of this immense power that you hold within you.

Beautiful.

And that feels already more vital.

So let's bring this vitality into our system.

Let's bring all the way from the center of the earth.

Let's bring this earth energy and let this energy travel through this ball of light under your feet.

And let it feed your whole energy system.

From your feet,

With every breath you're bringing this energy,

This vitality into your feet,

Your knees,

Your pelvic floor.

Bringing this vitality into your belly,

Into your solar plexus,

Into your chest,

Your throat,

Your forehead and your crown.

And you let this vitality flow from the earth all the way up into your crown and all the way into the field around you.

In the space where you're laying at the moment,

Let this flow of vitality and personal power,

Let this flow everywhere around you.

Bathe in it.

Breathe it in.

And radiate it in your field around you.

Beautiful.

And say hello to this new ground,

Full of vitality,

Full of your personal power.

Invited as your new default setting.

From now on,

You're stepping and you're grounding in this power,

In this personal strength and vitality.

Beautiful.

And take a moment to relish this beautiful stream of power.

Now you're gonna bring your attention to the crown of your head.

Take a couple of seconds to connect to your crown chakra.

And just bring your attention slightly higher until you visualize a ball of light right above your head.

You're bringing this ball of light with every breath in and out,

You're bringing this ball a tiny bit higher.

And you might be encountering a bit of self-doubt.

A bit that you might be,

You know,

A bit hanging around in your head just going,

Oh what what is this about?

What is this session going to?

Where is it going to?

So just say hello to your thoughts.

Breathe in and out.

And connect to any any sensation that you're feeling at this moment.

So here I'm gonna flow with the energy of clarity,

Of trust.

Trust in your own power.

Trust in your strength.

And in this trust,

We're bringing this ball of light a tiny bit higher until you feel you have enough room in your head enough room in your thoughts so that they can just flow freely through your head and just not not hold on to any of these thoughts.

Just let them flow.

Opening up to receiving as well.

So here we're opening up to receiving light.

Letting this bright light flow through you.

Invite it in through the crown of your head.

Invite it in and let it let it stream like like a waterfall,

Like a like a soft waterfall.

Let it trickle down your whole being.

Opening your whole channel,

Your whole body,

Your light self.

Opening this light self up.

And take a moment to see how this feels for you.

How does it feel to be washed with this bright light?

Maybe there's some emotion coming up.

Let that emotion flow.

Allow yourself to release whatever needs to be released because you are this light person.

You are this being of light.

And this is your power.

This is your personal power is this light that you have within yourself.

And share it with others.

So maybe maybe there's someone you have in mind that needs a bit of light at this moment.

Feel free to send a bit of light to that person,

To that being,

To that animal,

To that plant,

To that country.

We are beacons of light.

So let's let's spread this light together.

Amazing.

Amazing.

Take a couple of moments to see how you feel.

You might be feeling already some tingling sensations to some vibrations in your body.

Just allow them to be there.

Yeah.

And we're gonna bring our focus to the solar plexus today.

The solar plexus is the area above our navel,

Our third chakra.

And our third chakra is where we hold control.

Either by giving that control away or keeping it tight within ourselves.

Third chakra has to do with feeling powerful or feeling powerless.

So we're going to be working on the third chakra today.

This new moon biofield tuning.

So bring your attention to the left side of your third chakra.

And whenever the tuning fork sounds that harsh is because there's a lot of charge.

So it might be that some of us are used to burning our energy and pushing ourselves far beyond our limits.

And this might be,

You know,

Something we carry from generations,

Something we learned as children from our parents.

But,

You know,

This this time with this new moon in Scorpio is telling us,

Hey,

What is our connection to pushing so hard?

Do we need to push that hard right now?

Or can we let go and trust?

So check with yourself if you're clenching your body.

See with yourself if you're maybe holding a bit of tension on your pelvic floor.

Bring your body,

Bring your breath and your attention to your pelvic floor or to any space that you might be clenching and release,

Let go.

Ah,

Maybe you feel like sighing or bringing some some voice into into this area of your body.

Maybe you feel like moving around a little bit in your mat in your yoga mat or your couch or your bed.

That's absolutely fine.

Just see what you need at this moment.

Because what happens is when when we're pushing and pushing and pushing through life,

We're exhausting our energy system.

We're not finding any pleasure in what we do anymore.

We're not in the flow.

We're not we're not enjoying life.

Therefore,

Let's bring here a bit of a bit of softness.

Let's be soft with ourselves.

Let's bring some joy and some pleasure into this left side of the third chakra.

Maybe an image comes of what joy looks like to you.

I'm seeing an image just sitting at this beautiful lake in a sunny day reading my favorite book.

And I smile,

I find that joyful,

I find that that gives me pleasure.

So maybe,

You know,

Find for yourself.

What is that image or that,

You know,

That moment that gives you joy?

Let's bring that energy into this third chakra.

Let's bring some joy here.

Beautiful.

And maybe you can hear the tuning fork is starting to brighten up to balance the energy out.

There's a bit of charge there as well.

And I get a feeling that there's some emotion that that wants to come out.

Maybe there's there's a little bit of sadness that prevents you from from feeling joy at this moment.

And it's not about pushing the sadness away.

It's about acknowledging it and breathing into it.

So if you're feeling a bit of sadness,

It's okay.

It's okay.

Give it a hello.

Ah,

I know that you're being supported at this moment.

That we are around 80 people in the session at the moment,

Vibrating with light.

And we're being we're sending love to each other.

We're sending support to each other.

We are a network.

So,

You know,

Some of us might be going through a period of,

Of heaviness or sadness.

And they need a bit more support and light and love.

So if you have a bit of light to share,

Let's share this light and love with whoever is in need at this moment.

Ah,

Check with yourself if you're holding your breath.

Ah,

Let's take a deep breath into the belly,

Out through the feet.

Ah,

Let's bring some love into that third chakra.

It's working really hard at this moment.

So let's be compassionate with ourselves.

It's okay.

And it's also nice to enjoy a bit of silence.

So bring your attention to yourself at the moment.

See what happens when you're in this silence,

Listening to the tuning fork.

If anything comes up for you,

What are you noticing?

Breathing in this energy into your third chakra.

Every deep breath in,

You're bringing fresh energy,

Fresh vitality,

Fresh power into your third chakra.

And if you feel like you're holding your breath,

Again,

Just bring your breath lower in the body and release through your feet.

We're integrating this fresh energy,

Having it circulate through your body.

So you might be feeling a bit of tingling around your third chakra or your lower back or your legs.

Just allow it to be.

Beautiful.

And now we're going to bring our attention to the right side of the third chakra.

We're going to comb through the field there.

See what happens,

What shows up.

Just remain curious with yourself.

And a little bit of the word that I'm hearing here is injustice.

All these moments where we felt maybe that others or the world or ourselves that we've been unjust,

Unjust.

So there's a bit of forgiveness here also to be,

To be channeled.

Forgiveness for yourself,

Forgiveness for others,

If others have not been just.

But staying in that feeling of injustice is also giving your power away.

It's sometimes strengthening victimhood and not really giving you the reins of your own life.

So let's,

Let's flow here with forgiveness.

And I know sometimes forgiveness is hard,

Especially if a lot of wrongdoing has happened in our life.

A lot of stuff has been unjust in our eyes.

But sometimes a lot of these lessons come to teach us how strong we are and how resilient we are.

So let's ground ourselves in that resilience.

Let's bring some compassion and some forgiveness.

Knowing that if we can forgive and let go,

We become infinitely stronger.

And let the emotion flow.

If there's some emotion coming up for you,

Let it flow,

Let it appear,

Let it flow out with your out-breath.

Again,

We're flowing here with light.

Light for your process,

Light for your path,

Light for any struggles.

Again,

If you're feeling that you're holding your breath,

This is a reminder to take a deep breath into the belly and out through your feet.

It's feeling,

It's feeling more,

More loving,

More loving towards yourself,

More loving towards others.

It's a brighter tone and there's a bit of release there,

A bit of acceptance.

And acceptance is surrender as well.

And let's bring,

Let's bring the energy of gratitude as well into the space.

So wherever you are,

Thank yourself and thank your life.

Really,

Really mean it.

Really give yourself a big,

Big thank you.

From the bottom of your heart,

Thank you for,

For enduring everything that you've endured.

Thank you for being who you are.

Thank you for being who you are.

From the bottom of your heart,

Thank you for,

For enduring everything that you've endured until this point.

Thank yourself for carrying so much.

Yeah,

And be proud,

Be proud of who you've become,

Of who you are.

Be proud of showing up for yourself today.

Because being proud of who you are lets you also take ownership.

Take ownership of your path,

Of your process.

And in ownership lies also your power.

Yeah,

Yeah.

So let's bring that energy into the third chakra in the next in-breath.

Let's bring that ownership into the third chakra.

Nice and bright ownership.

And circulating this ownership through your whole system now.

With every breath you take,

You circulate this sense of gratitude,

The sense of,

Of ownership through your whole energy system,

Your whole body.

Yes,

I feel that power in the ownership.

I feel,

I feel that strength.

There's,

There's a lot of strength in ownership.

So let's bring that strength into the field.

Amazing.

So that adjustment is done.

And now we're gonna,

We're gonna close the field.

So keep your attention to yourself.

We're gonna get this hologram balanced and flowing.

Connecting this hologram to all of you at home.

Bringing all this healing,

All this vibration to your own personal space,

Wherever you're at.

So take a deep breath in.

Slowly.

Breathe in the sound of the Tibetan bowl.

As you start bringing your attention to your feet.

Your knees.

Pelvic floor.

Your hips.

Your stomach.

Your chest.

Your neck.

Your face.

Your arms.

Your hands.

Maybe you feel the need to stretch wherever you are.

Take a deep breath in and out.

As you become more aware of your body.

Take a deep breath in and out.

As you become more aware of the space around you.

Of any sounds around you.

We're gonna seal the practice with three oms.

With the Tibetan bowl.

So take a deep breath in.

And whatever tone you feel on your next breath out.

We're gonna sing together all three times.

Beautiful.

Take your time to open your eyes.

Maybe slowly get yourself into a seated position.

And check in with yourself.

Check in with yourself how you're feeling at the moment.
