Breathe deeply,

Experience completely,

And feel freely.

Let us begin by taking a deep,

Delicious cleansing breath.

Breathe in,

And exhale.

Breathe in again,

Inhale,

And exhale.

As you settle into your meditation space,

Allow your focus to become part of your heart.

Allow your focus to just settle into your heart.

By breathing deeply,

We are able to focus and listen in the stillness.

So if you can,

Just take a mental check at how you are feeling right now.

How is your energy vibrating right now?

And what are you feeling?

What are your emotions telling you right now?

Take a look at the energy scale where on the left-hand side,

There is love,

Compassion,

Fulfillment.

And on the right-hand side is sadness,

Anger,

Confusion,

And in the middle,

Contentment.

So if you can visualize this energetic line,

Your vibration,

Wherever your emotions are,

Check in with where you are right now.

How do you feel?

Let's take a breath in,

And exhale.

And if you happen to be feeling on the right-hand side,

Anger,

Upset,

Something's been bothering you today,

Know that there's a technique for breathing that all you have to do is exhale longer than you inhale.

So let's try that.

Breathe in,

And exhale two,

Three,

Four,

Longer than the in-breath,

And rest.

I always like to breathe in and hold,

Exhale,

And rest.

It's a simple thing that you can do throughout the day if you need to refocus on your stillness.

Practice that for a few moments.

Breathing in,

And exhaling longer than the in-breath.

Listening inside to what it is you're feeling,

And as you're breathing out,

As you're exhaling,

Knowing that just sitting in the stillness,

You will be able to see,

You will be able to understand,

You will be able to hear.

The idea with the energy and checking in with yourself,

With the energy vibration and checking in with yourself,

Is to move towards the middle of the line or to a higher vibration.

And for the next few moments,

Allow yourself to sit with that and ask yourself,

Why am I feeling this way?

Just notice,

Just notice,

And the why will come.

Notice in the silence.

Once you understand where it comes from,

Breathe into it again.

Notice.

Then allow yourself to hear,

Experience,

Feel whatever it is that you would rather feel.

See if you can grab that vibrational energy from the left and seek contentment,

Feel contentment,

And move to love and hope and perseverance.

Allow yourself just to feel,

Just to hear.

And now with whatever you're feeling,

Whatever you're experiencing,

Just embrace it,

Sit with it,

Know it and love it.

Love those feelings.

Love the nature of your being,

That beautiful person inside of you,

That beautiful soul that is within you,

Allow yourself to embrace,

Embrace it just as you are.

In the stillness,

Let your energy vibrate to the people in your life,

To the relationships you have,

To the connections that you have.

Allow your energy to vibrate towards those.

Allow that energy to vibrate towards the people that may have assisted in the anger or the sadness,

Or whatever it is you were feeling.

Just let your heart reach out and resonate with those people,

Those relationships,

Those connections,

People you hold dear,

People who you even hold at an arm's length away.

And check in with your vibration now.

Have you been able to step forward,

Step through?

Let us take another big,

Deep breath in and exhale,

Longer exhale than the inhale,

Knowing that you can come back to this at any part,

Any time of your day,

You are able to reconnect as you need.

Take this experience as far into your day as possible.

Love it,

Whatever it is,

And experience it.

And may you know that you are loved.
