Flying is all about new beginnings and endings.

It's an opportunity for us to explore the world and to enjoy all of the diversity that the world has to offer us.

As you begin your experience on your flight,

Let's take a moment to set an intention for why this travel matters.

What are you grateful for?

What do you look forward to?

And how might you call in that possibility right here and right now?

I invite you,

If you haven't yet,

To close your eyes or gaze down and begin to elongate your breath,

Breathing in and out through the nose,

Sending your breath down to your belly,

And just slowing down.

On your inhale,

You can repeat to yourself,

I breathe in peace.

And on your exhale,

I breathe out stress.

I breathe in peace.

I breathe out stress.

And on your next inhalation,

I invite you to bring your hand to your heart center,

Connecting with the beating of your sacred vessel of love and light and possibility,

Your queen,

Really tuning in to the beating of your heart.

And once again,

I invite you to bring back your intention for this destination,

For this journey that you are embarking on.

How do you intend to feel?

What are you excited about?

What possibilities exist only because you are choosing to travel today?

Begin to breathe those feelings and intention into your heart,

Sinking between your breath and your heartbeat with your intention.

Breathing in those feelings of possibility,

Breathing out any feelings of overwhelm,

Breathing in feelings of excitement,

Breathing out feelings of stress.

If there was one word to describe the way you intend to feel right here and right now,

What would it be?

Allow that possibility to become one with you by breathing it into your heart and letting go of anything that's working against it.

And from this place of groundedness and possibility,

You can now release your hands and choose whether you'd like to have your palms facing up to receive energy or your palms facing down to ground your energy.

Meaning palms up should you want more energy and palms down if you want to take your energy and channel it down into a grounded feeling.

Remembering and reminding yourself that you have this power.

When you choose your thoughts,

When you tune into your breath,

When you listen to your body,

All is well.

Continuing with this elongated breath,

Knowing that if any point you feel out of alignment with your intention for this flight and for this experience ahead of you,

That's okay.

You have permission to be human.

Simply bring yourself back to your breath,

Back to this present moment,

And if it serves you,

You can connect more deeply with your heart.

Using your heart as a tool and an anchor into the present,

Just like you can your breath.

What a gift that you always have this on you,

Whether you're at home,

In a plane,

In an airport,

Traveling to a new place.

Your heartbeat and your breath are always here to anchor you in the present.

What a gift.

And if at any moment your body begins to respond to turbulence or changes in your expectations for this experience,

Simply return to your breath,

Return to your heartbeat,

Return to what you can control within yourself.

I'm going to invite you now to move through two minutes of box breathing,

Knowing this is a powerful tool in calming the mind through the body and the breath.

Let's begin by inhaling and then exhaling.

On the next inhale,

I will begin to count.

Let's inhale,

Exhale.

And now inhale,

And now you can return to your normal breath and just tune in.

How are you feeling now?

Are you in alignment with your intention for this journey?

What would serve you right now?

Always remembering your breath and your heart are your greatest tools that you can control.

And once you're in tune with your breath and your heart,

You can be more in tune with your choices in the stories you're telling yourself.

In the stories you're telling yourself,

Remind yourself of how exciting this is.

Remind yourself of the opportunity to learn more about how you can take care of yourself in every moment,

Especially when you're in a situation that you're not in typically,

Like being in a plane.

What a gift it is to have more self-awareness,

Self-compassion,

And self-care as you move through experiences outside of your normal day-to-day experience.

And if at any moment throughout your flight,

You begin to feel fear or any vibration that is not serving you,

Come back to your breath,

Come back to your heart.

And in moments that feel particularly difficult,

I invite you to place your hand on your heart and begin to rub your heart in a circle.

In the same way you may rub the back of a child that you love when they are overwhelmed,

To let them know that everything's okay.

We're all in this together.

To let them know that everything's okay.

We're here together.

You're not alone.

Everything is okay.

As you take your hand and you rub it on your heart space,

It helps to connect you with the physicality of what you have control over right now.

Rub your heart as long as you need to,

Reminding yourself and your inner child that you are not alone in these feelings.

You are not alone in this experience.

And you are paying close attention so that all your needs are met to the best of your ability right here,

Right now.

Big breath in.

Big breath out.

Big breath in.

Big breath out.

Continuing to breathe in peace,

Big breath out.

Continuing to breathe in peace and breathe out stress,

Knowing that is such a gift that you have access to anytime you want.

And that it's such a gift to learn how to take care of yourself in situations that you can only try when they're happening,

Like being on this flight.

How amazing that you get to grow in this way today.

And every time you are in a situation that takes you out of your comfort zone,

You get to learn how resilient you are.

You get to learn how powerful you are.

And you get to learn how to evolve in a way that serves you.

Because the world needs you.

The world needs you.

Because the world needs you.

The world needs your original medicine.

And often,

That requires travel to spread that energy and those messages throughout the world.

Being a vessel of love and light and possibility can be challenging when you are faced with discomfort.

But it is through the discomfort and giving yourself permission to be human and giving yourself permission to be human that you push on those evolutionary edges and you step more deeply into your power.

To the best of your ability,

This is something you can put energy and intention towards creating on purpose and not simply experiencing because you have to.

Big breath in.

Big breath out.

Big breath in.

Big breath out.

And as you continue to tune in to your physical needs,

I invite you now to begin to do a body scan with your elongated body.

I invite you now to begin to do a body scan with your elongated breath,

Starting at the top of your head and making your way down to your feet.

Notice where you can soften.

Notice where you can release tension.

Starting at the top of your head with your forehead,

What can you release there?

Around your eyes,

Softening,

Your jaw,

Your neck,

Making any adjustments you need when you notice them.

Down to your shoulders.

When you exhale,

Can you allow your shoulders to drop even a little bit more?

Sending your breath to any part of your body that could use it.

Noticing the tops of your arms,

Your forearms,

Wrists,

Your hands,

Your fingers,

Softening,

Letting go.

Down through your chest,

Your back,

Your belly,

Your seat,

Thighs,

Your knees,

Shins and calves.

Finally,

Making your way all the way down to your feet.

Just tuning into your body,

Softening wherever it's tight,

Releasing anywhere you're holding on.

Allowing your body to reflect your intention.

What do you want to feel as a result of this experience?

What are you excited about?

And what are you grateful for as a result of taking this flight?

What gifts exist inside of your evolution in this way?

Allow yourself to choose the possibility of love,

The possibility of love,

Of enthusiasm,

Of appreciation and growth,

And to the best of your ability,

Shedding energy of fear,

Discomfort,

Or anything that's holding you back from being able to simply be here now.

Breathing in peace,

Breathing out stress,

And utilizing the tools of your heart and your breath as many times as you need throughout this flight so that you can have an experience of ease,

Grace,

Flow,

And possibility.

Knowing that this is part of your journey,

Your journey into the future,

Your journey into the next steps of your chapter of life,

And having gratitude for the opportunity to learn more about how you can take care of yourself and that little child that lives inside you.

Continue to listen to this practice as many times as you need throughout your flight to support you in feeling grounded,

In control,

And in alignment with your intention so that you can experience the gifts of travel and shed what isn't serving you in that process.

Breathing in peace,

Breathing out stress,

Having faith in your destiny that you are safe,

You are protected,

You are loved,

You are well.

Everything is happening for you.

This is your opportunity to continue to evolve in the most perfectly imperfect journey to alignment.

Keep going,

My friend.

Keep going,

My friend.

I'm about to get on a plane to fly home after battling a case of vertigo all day. I've been so concerned my anxiety of flying and verdigo will cause me to become a medical emergency on the plane. I was going to leave the airport but I found this and it has calmed and empowered me enough that I feel I can through it with self compassion. I Will go home tonight to greet my five year old daughter and squeeze her with joy. That's my intention. Thank you!💜
