Gratitude turns what you have into enough (and more). In this short guided gratitude meditation, place a hand on your heart space, breathe slowly and steadily, and let a warm “golden wave” of gratitude wash through your whole body. Release the “not enough” story and leave centered, soft, and strong. Use this when you’re tense, overthinking, or want a quick mood reset.

Gratitude cultivates power.

It turns what you have into enough and more.

Right now,

This gratitude meditation invites you to open your heart space and let gratitude wash over you like a warm golden wave.

Sit or lie down,

Close your eyes or gaze down,

And allow your body to soften.

Place one hand on your heart space,

The other on your belly,

And feel your calm,

Your fullness alive in your core.

With each inhale,

Breathe in peace,

And with each exhale,

Breathe out stress.

Relax into your breath,

Slow,

Steady,

Easy.

And inhale,

Feeling warmth bloom in your heart space.

Exhale,

Letting a soft smile rise.

And inhale,

Letting the feeling tone of gratitude fill your heart space like sunlight pouring in.

Exhale,

Releasing any stories of not enough.

They drift away like clouds.

And with your hand on your heart space,

Ask,

What am I genuinely grateful for in this very moment?

What am I grateful for that's inside of me?

And what am I grateful for that's outside of me?

Trust whatever rises,

Big or small,

It's perfect.

With one final inhale,

Breathe in deep gratitude filling every cell,

And exhale,

Letting it radiate outward.

Feel the mighty power of gratitude guiding you today and every day.

Smile softly,

Savoring this energy.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Flutter your eyes open,

Carrying this gratitude and flow into your day.

You got this.
