This guided body scan meditation invites you into gentle body awareness through gratitude from head to toe. You’ll breathe into different areas—mind, eyes, shoulders, heart, hands, belly, legs, and feet—releasing tension as you go. It’s a calming practice for body relaxation and reconnecting with your body as a source of support. Leave feeling softer, grounded, and quietly grateful.

Transcript

Find a comfortable seated or lying position.

Close your eyes if it feels good and bring your hands to rest gently on your lap or by your sides.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your belly first,

Then your chest,

And exhale softly through your mouth,

Letting your body settle.

Now,

Direct your next inhale towards the top of your head,

Breathing in gratitude for your mind,

For your thoughts,

Ideas,

Dreams,

And exhale and release any tension there.

Now,

Inhale again,

Sending your breath and appreciation down to your eyes,

Thanking them for seeing beauty,

Colors,

Loved ones.

Exhale softly,

Letting go of strain.

Inhale directing your breath to your shoulders and neck,

Thanking them for carrying your day.

Exhale and release any tightness.

Inhale into your heart and chest,

Grateful for every beat that keeps you alive.

Exhale gently.

Inhale down to your arms and hands,

Thanking them for creating,

Holding,

Reaching out.

Exhale and soften.

Inhale into your belly and lower back,

Grateful for nourishment,

Rest,

Strength.

Exhale fully.

Inhale down to your legs and feet,

Thanking them for carrying you forward,

Grounding you.

Now,

Exhale and release.

One final full body breath.

Inhale gratitude for this whole miraculous body.

Exhale love and ease throughout.

Feel the warmth of appreciation lingering.

You are supported.

You are whole.

When ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Open your eyes,

Carrying this quiet thank you with you.

What a gift.

Keep being grateful,

My friend.

You've got this.

A deeply snoothing experience. Unlike standard body scans that sinply check for tension, adding gratitude shifted my mindset immediately. A gentle session that left me feeling surprising emotional and connected....
