Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or laying down,

And gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling the air move through your body,

Steady and grounding.

And exhale,

Slowly releasing tension.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Allowing yourself to settle,

And exhale,

Letting go of any resistance.

Now from a place of loving observation,

Bring to mind a limiting belief that's been holding you back from your desires.

Maybe it's a thought like,

I'm not ready.

I don't have what it takes.

This will never change.

Notice these fear-based thoughts and meet them with love.

Forgive yourself and choose again.

Now,

Like you would for your own best friend if you heard them speaking to themselves this way,

Gently reframe this belief into a possibility.

What is true about this situation that would serve you?

If you're afraid you're not ready,

Perhaps you can replace that with,

I'm growing and learning every day.

If you think you don't have what it takes,

Remind yourself that I have everything I need within me.

Stuck in thinking things won't change?

Try change is possible one step at a time.

Now,

Allow your reframe to wash over you and create a sense of power and confidence.

Feel this new possibility take root within you,

Grounding in truth,

Strength,

And potential.

Now,

Silently repeat to yourself,

I reframe my experiences to see the possibilities.

Bringing a smile to your face,

Take one final deep breath in,

Drawing in that stability and wisdom,

And exhale,

Feeling grounded,

Strong,

And open to a new perspective.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of possibility into your day.

You got this,

One step at a time,

Without judgment of pace.
