We will do one minute of box breathing.

Box breathing creates clarity and calm,

So simply notice how you feel now and see if a minute of box breathing makes a difference.

This breathing pattern is exactly what it sounds like.

We inhale to the count of four,

Hold to the count of four,

Exhale to the count of four,

And hold to the count of four.

Let's begin.

Start with an inhale and an exhale,
