Welcome.

This is your host,

Marianne Pack,

Spiritual medium,

Author,

And a joyologist.

This reading is entitled,

Who Am I?

You Are Joy.

Who am I?

We have all asked this question at one time or another.

What answer have you come up with?

Have you listened to others who tell you who they think you are?

Have you been indoctrinated to believe that you are unworthy,

Unlovable,

Or maybe even sinful?

Have you listened to society and been shamed into a closet?

Have you been taught that there is only one person to be and you're doing it all wrong?

No matter your beliefs about who you are,

How do you feel about who you are?

My religious upbringing indoctrinated me to believe that I was innately sinful,

Needing to be saved because I was not worthy on my own.

My condition required me to ask for forgiveness before I could be admitted into heaven.

Constantly fighting against sinning and failing caused so much emotional upheaval in my life.

Guilt,

Shame,

And tons of fear were a daily experience.

Crying was a daily ritual,

Begging for forgiveness,

Especially since I might have committed the unpardonable sin unknowingly.

I lived like this for most of my life until I began feeling that there must be something more to this.

I really felt like my spiritual walk should feel good.

It should feel good to love God and others,

Myself not included,

Of course.

Loving yourself was selfish and sinful.

I was taught that joy meant Jesus,

Others,

Yourself.

You were always last on the importance scale.

So I began asking for help.

I started looking for mentors with whom I resonated.

I studied everything I could get my hands on that felt like the real truth.

That's when I found my mentor,

Abraham Hicks.

If you're unfamiliar with them,

You can click on their YouTube channels and find them if you'll just put Abraham Hicks in the search bar and whatever subject you're looking for.

You'll find thousands of free videos with the teachings of Abraham.

You'll thank me later.

Then I evaluated my beliefs by how they felt to my soul.

If they felt good and brought me joy,

I kept them.

Or maybe I only needed to tweak them slightly.

Others' beliefs that felt horrible,

I made and made me fearful,

I began to release.

The more I studied with Abraham,

The more I began to love myself.

Then one day I came across a video recording that included them saying the following,

You are joy,

Looking for a way to express.

It's not just that your purpose is joy.

It is that you are joy.

You are love and joy and freedom and clarity expressing.

Energy,

Frolicking and eager.

That's who you are.

And so if you're always reaching for alignment with that,

You're always on your path and your path will take you into all kinds of places.

We will not deny that you will not discover miracles and create benefits and be involved in creation and that you will not uplift humanity.

We will not say that you will not find satisfaction in so many things that you create,

But we can't get away from the acknowledgement that you are pure positive energy that translates into the human emotion of joy.

Did you understand what they just said?

Does this not just thrill your socks off?

When I first heard this,

My heart leapt inside my chest.

I felt chills of love and joy flood my soul.

I was in raptured delight.

I listened to this over and over and even transcribed it so I could quickly remind myself of their soothing,

Life-giving words.

This was the very first time that I heard that I was joy.

I wasn't the lost human that I was indoctrinated to believe,

Completely separated from God.

I was the pure positive energy that translates into the human emotion of joy.

I am joy embodied and and embodied.

Joy is also my purpose.

I am not only joy,

But my purpose is joy.

I get to experience as much joy as possible.

Not only that,

But I am love and joy and freedom and clarity,

Energy,

Frolicking and eager.

That sounds like someone I want to be.

That felt so freaking good.

I can get behind that belief in who I am.

Now I know who I am.

I am love and joy embodied.

I am spirit,

Mind,

Body blended into wholeness.

My physical body is home to my non-physical,

Eternal soul,

Spirit,

Inner being who loves and adores me beyond words.

I am such pure positive energy that I can only be expressed as the human emotion of joy.

That's who I am.

As I align with who I am as joy,

I'm promised a path that will take me into all kinds of places.

I will discover miracles and create benefits,

Be involved in creation,

Uplift humanity,

And find satisfaction in so many things that I create.

That sounds like the kind of life I want to live.

What about you?

Do you know that you are joy embodied?

Do you know your purpose is to experience as much joy as possible?

I hope you go back and listen to that Abraham quote.

Get out your journal and write it down verbatim.

Sit with this message and ask yourself if this feels like it resonates with your soul,

Not with your mind.

Your mind has been indoctrinated to believe lies about who you really are,

Remember?

What does your soul say?

Your inner being,

Your soul knows the truth.

In that still small voice inside,

What is your inner being saying about this message?

Is it saying,

Yeah baby,

That's us.

I adore you.

You are my joy.

Maybe it's time for you to do what I had to do and continue to do.

Evaluate your beliefs.

Which beliefs feel bad and activate a negative emotion within you?

Which beliefs feel good and activate a positive emotion within you?

As beliefs come up in your day-to-day life,

Feel how they resonate with your soul or contradict your soul.

Guess which ones to keep and which ones to chunk.

After I wrote this quote verbatim,

Then I rewrote it for me in the first person.

I personalized it just for me and shortened it so I could easily memorize the most important parts that I wanted to always remember.

Here's my personalized version.

I am joy looking for a way to express.

It's not just that my purpose is joy.

It is that I am joy.

I am love and joy and freedom and clarity expressing.

Energy frolicking and eager.

That's who I am.

And so if I'm always reaching for alignment with that,

I'm always on my path and my path will take me into all kinds of places.

I am pure positive energy that translates into the human emotion of joy.

I can't tell you how many times I have repeated this over and over to myself as I practice aligning with who I really am.

It soothes my anxiety.

It calms my mind and relaxes my body.

My hope is that you begin to know who you are.

If you need help,

I'm always here to remind you.

Big hugs,

Marianne.
