In this reading, Mary Ann Pack defines karma from a new perspective. Do we really carry karmic energy with us into the non-physical realm? Do we suffer in this life because of something we did in a previous life? Do we carry karmic energy in our bodies? Or does karma actually have way less power than we've been taught to believe? Welcome,

This is your host,

Marianne Pack,

Spiritual medium,

Oracle for the many,

And a joy advocate.

This reading is entitled,

Is Karma Real?

Karma has been such a big discussion point.

There are many who believe that when we leave this life and then return for another lifetime,

We carry all the negative things we did in that previous life forward into the next and the next and the next until we get it fixed or get it right,

As if we must correct our bad deeds from previous lifetimes in future lifetimes.

This belief has never resonated with my soul,

Especially as I learn more about the universal laws.

As I understand energy and vibration better,

I clearly see that we are creating our realities in every life we live.

It's always about how we're living now and now and now.

It's a moment by moment creation of our lives.

So recently I came across this quote from my mentor,

Abraham Hicks,

And wanted to share it with you.

What they say about karma more truly resonates with my soul.

Maybe it will offer you some relief about your reality.

Maybe it will give you a new perspective to live more freely authentic to who you really are as pure positive energy.

Here's their quote.

The reason why karma does not exist the way most people think of it is because in the moment you croak in one fell swoop,

You leave behind all negativity that you picked up along your physical trail.

You cannot bring negativity into pure positive energy.

Your re-emergence into the non-physical is a clearing process.

If your inner being will not join you in one negative thought,

What are the chances that your inner being will send you back into a lifetime to fix something that you screwed up in the last time?

You did not create this incarnation before you got here.

You're recreating it now.

This quote totally resonates with my soul.

Not just because I want to believe nice airy fairy stuff to ease my mind,

But because I believe that we are all pure positive energy of light and love at the core of our spiritual eternal being.

Our physical mind body may choose to do things that are negative in any lifetime,

But it doesn't get carried forward into the next life.

This is because we are always creating a life in real time.

Every now moment is giving us the opportunity to decide how we want to create our reality.

Sometimes we choose something wonderful.

Other times we choose something shitty.

But it's all about now,

In the moment creation.

Not something drug in from a past life or many lifetimes ago.

We get a fresh start for every single lifetime.

Everything we created in a previous life,

As we asked for,

The improvements we'd prefer,

We expanded our inner being.

We've expanded who our inner being becomes.

And with each decision we made as our preferences,

We expanded.

So even when we croak and re-emerge into the non-physical,

We leave with a more expanded version of who we really are than when we began that life.

Anytime we come back into physical life,

We will be starting from a more expanded version than our last life,

And with a clean slate,

So to speak.

We will always be expanding,

Even as we are in the non-physical realm.

Abraham says that there is still contrast in the non-physical,

But is so much more muted or subtle.

But even eternally,

We are making our preferences and expanding who we are.

So we're ahead of the game each time we choose to come back into a physical life experience.

A Woman Asked the Many a Question I remember once when I was giving a message to someone who had asked a question for the many,

My spirit guides to answer.

They said something similar.

The woman's question was an inquiry whether it was safe to wear her mother's earrings.

Her mother had re-emerged in the non-physical,

And apparently had lived kind of negatively.

The woman was asking if her mother's negativity was still surrounding those earrings.

She was concerned that maybe she shouldn't wear the earrings.

The many reassured her that as her mother transitioned back into non-physical,

That all negativity she had surrounding her life and her possessions fell away and was no longer an issue energetically.

So they reassured this woman to wear her mother's earrings with great joy and as a pleasurable memory to remember her as she is now as pure positive light and love instead of as she was in her physical life.

This let me know that although we may live life with a lot of negativity,

It doesn't follow us or remain attached to our eternal soul.

That when we enter into the realms of pure positive energy of non-physical,

We are completely free from all negative energy.

It's like a reboot into pure love and joy.

Nothing can follow us into non-physical that doesn't match that high vibrational energy frequency.

Any negativity or low vibrational energy must fall away and we are cleared and free from anything less than pure positive energy that we are.

What a blessing to know this truth.

How was the belief in karma created?

I think that the idea of karma was created because people didn't know how to explain bad circumstances or any negative emotion that they experienced.

They felt like they had to blame it on something.

So karma was born.

When in fact these people were simply experiencing negative energy and experiences because they didn't deliberately choose their thoughts to create the reality they really desired and deserved.

In other words,

They were not in alignment with who they really were as beings of pure positive light and love.

They allowed outside influences and circumstances that they didn't want to be their object of attention more than aligning with the joy of who they were and creating the life of their dreams.

We're either aligned or we're not.

We're either creating our reality influenced by source or by default as we look to outside circumstances and others opinions and beliefs.

When we allow ourselves to be indoctrinated into beliefs that don't serve our highest good,

We will experience struggle and pain.

Until we have a crisis or a moment of reawakening,

We will continue to design our reality with negativity that we created in this lifetime,

To be sure.

But it's not karma.

Suck it up,

Cupcake.

We are the creators of our reality.

It's time to take our responsibility for the life we live and stop blaming karma.

However,

Once we have that moment of reawakening,

We can't go back.

We know too much.

We just asked for something more,

Something better,

Something expanded our inner being.

We now can acknowledge that we create any mess in our lives and can actually see its value.

All these negative experiences give us the opportunity to choose differently from here on out.

Of course,

There's a belief in good karma,

Too.

Yes,

There's a belief in good karma,

Too.

That's all fine and well,

But you can't believe in only one kind of karma.

It's either both or none at all.

I watched too many people in the church pick and choose the most convenient tenants of faith that were to their liking.

Again,

Good karma can be a control thing.

If someone can make you believe that if you do good deeds in one life,

You get credit for those in the next life,

It's still coercing you to live in a way that is controlling your decisions about how to live life under the threat of bad karma or the reward of good karma.

Those beliefs about karma are indoctrinated beliefs that do not serve anyone's highest good.

Simply choose what you do in life that feels good to you.

It's so nice to know that this life we are creating now is not overshadowed by anything we did in past lives.

We come into each life knowing who we really are.

Sure,

We get bogged down by life experiences and indoctrination into limiting beliefs of others in authority,

But we do have a choice.

Once we recognize that we are not creating the life we really want,

We can change it at any time.

We are free to choose.

We are not in bondage with karma looming over our lives.

We get to create each life anew.

How will you live this life now that you know there is no karma to blame?

How will you choose to design your life this go-round?

Those who teach karma may have control issues.

The belief in karma is related to similar beliefs that I was indoctrinated into in the church.

Just as the dogma of the church keeps its congregants under control with fear of damnation,

Coercing followers into conformity and obedience,

Karma does the same thing.

Those who are proponents of karma want to control your life.

If they can make you fearful enough so as not to choose anything that displeases them or their belief system,

Then they have control over your life.

If they can teach you to believe that you'll pay for this sin or bad deed in the next life,

They can control your decision and keep you on their straight and narrow path.

Which limits your choices.

You're not free.

You're in bondage to the fear of karma.

Our triad of intention is freedom,

Growth,

And joy.

We come into each and every life with this triad of intention.

The basis of all life is freedom.

We are so free.

We could choose bondage,

But why?

Let's choose to return our freedom.

Return to our freedom to choose anything that interests us.

Our growth is the natural expansion of making our preferences for improvement or what we desire that makes us happy.

Our inner being is always expanding and with every decision and every request we make.

And our purpose in each and every life is joy.

Abraham says that we are joy.

It's who we are at the core of our inner being.

And that we are here in this life to experience as much joy as possible.

That goes for every life we choose to come into.

So if others want to believe in karma,

They have the freedom to choose that kind of bondage.

For us who want to create our reality in every now moment,

We will purposefully seek joy and live in freedom,

Resulting in our growth and expansion into the newest,

Biggest,

Best,

Baddestest version of who we really are.

And until next time,

When we do it all again,

Enjoy,

Love,

Peace,

Abundance,

Freedom,

And well-being.
